Das Bogenfördersystem ist als Kettenfördersystem ausgebildet und besteht aus paarweise angeordneten vorderen und hinteren Kettenrädem 1, 2, über die Ketten 3 mit Greifer tragenden Greiferwagen 4 umlaufen. Die Greifer übemehmen die in den Druckwerken einer Druckmaschine im Schön- oder im Schön- und Widerdruck bedruckten Bogen in einem Tangentenpunkt des in Förderrichtung letzten bogenführenden Zylinders 14 der Druckmaschine, wobei sie die Vorderkanten des Bogens fixieren. Unterhalb des Bogenförderweges ist eine Bogenleiteinrichtung 7.1 angeordnet, die sich über die maximale Bogenbreite erstreckt und eine Kammer umfasst. Die Kammer steht mit dem Lüfter 12.1 in Verbindung, mit dem im Inneren der Kammer ein Unterdruck oder nach einer Ausführung der Erfindung wahlweise ein Unter- oder ein Überdruck erzeugbar ist. Auf der dem Bogenförderweg zugewandten Seite weist die Kammer Öffnungen auf, über die ein endloses, ebenfalls Öffnungen aufweisendes Saugband 8 umläuft. Das Saugband 8 bewegt sich mit einer annähernd konstanten Umlaufgeschwindigkeit. Nach einer anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird die Umlaufgeschwindigkeit des Saugbandes 8 in Abhängigkeit von der Fördergeschwindigkeit des Bogenfördersystems gesteuert.

Die Bogenleiteinrichtung 7.1 ist aus einer ersten Betriebsstellung 9, dargestellt mit durchgehender Linie, in der sie die von dem Bogenfördersystem dem Auslegerstapel 5 zuzuführenden Bogen leitet, in eine zweite Betriebsstellung 10, dargestellt mit gestrichelter Linie" in der sie von dem Bogenfördersystem freigegebene Bogen der Bogenaufnahmeeinrichtung 11 zuführt, verschwenkbar. Dazu ist auf der dem bogenführenden Zylinder 14 zugeordneten Seite der Bogenleiteinrichtung 7.1 ein Drehpunkt ausgebildet.
In der ersten Betriebsstellung 9 erstreckt sich die Bogenleiteinrichtung 7.1 parallel zum unteren Trum der Kette 3.
Der Bogenleiteinrichtung 7.1 ist in Förderrichtung eine weitere Bogenleiteinrichtung 7.2 nachgeordnet, die ebenfalls eine Kammer mit Öffnungen und einen Lüfter 12.2 umfasst, mit dem im Kammerinneren ein Unterdruck erzeugbar ist.
Grundsätzlich kann die Bogenleiteinrichtung 7.1 an beliebiger Stelle unterhalb des Bogenförderweges angeordnet sein, was auch eine Anordnung nach der weiteren Bogenleiteinrichtung 7.2 oder zwischen zwei weiteren Bogenleiteinrichtungen 7.2 mit einschließt.
Dem Abbremsen der Bogen dient eine unmittelbar vor dem Auslegerstapel 5 angeordnete und als Saugwalze ausgebildete Bogenbremse 6.
Oberhalb der Bogenleiteinrichtung 7.1 ist eine Blaseinrichtung 16 angeordnet, die auf die Oberseiten der Bogen wirkende Blasluft erzeugt.

Bei der Verarbeitung von Schöndruckbogen erzeugen die Lüfter 12.1, 12.2 entweder einen Unterdruck, der die Hinterkanten der Schöndruckbogen an die Bogenleiteinrichtungen 12.1, 12.2 ansaugt und somit führt oder sind nicht aktiv. Ist am Saugband 8 ein Unterdruck angelegt, läuft das Saugband 8 mit einer der Fördergeschwindigkeit des Bogenfördersystems entsprechenden Umlaufgeschwindigkeit um.
Oberhalb des Auslegerstapels 5 werden die Bogen von den Greifern freigebeben, von der Bogenbremse 6 abgebremst und auf dem Auslegerstapel 5 abgelegt.

Zur Unterstützung des Ansaugens werden die Bogen auf der Bogenoberseite der Wirkung einer von der Blaseinrichtung 16 erzeugten Blasluftströmung ausgesetzt.
Das Saugband 8 transportiert die angesaugten Bogen bis zu der Bogenaufnahmeeinrichtung 11, wo es sie freigibt.

Claims (8)

  1. Feed device of a sheet-processing machine, particularly printing machine, with a sheet conveying system, which feeds sheets selectably to a feed stack (5) or releases the sheets for deposit in a sheet receiving device (11) arranged in front of the feed stack (5) in conveying direction (13), with a sheet guide device (7.1) arranged below the sheet conveying system and extending along the sheet conveying path, characterised in that the sheet guide device (7.1) comprises at least one circulating suction belt (8), which has openings and which acts on the undersides of the sheets, wherein the sheet guide device (7.1) is displaceable from a first operating setting (9), in which it guides the sheets to be fed from the sheet conveying system to the feed stack (5), to a second operating setting (10), in which it feeds sheets, which are released by the sheet conveying system, to the sheet receiving device (11).
  2. Feed device according to claim 1, characterised in that the sheet guide device (7.1) comprises a chamber in which an underpressure can be generated by means of a fan (12.1) and which has, on the side facing the sheet conveying path, openings over which a suction belt (8) runs.
  3. Feed device according to claim 2, characterised in that an excess pressure or an underpressure can be selectably produced by the fan (12.1).
  4. Feed device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a blower device (16) is arranged above the sheet guide device (7.1).
  5. Feed device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that control means, which act on the sheet conveying system and by which release of the sheets selectably for feed of the sheets to the feed stack (5) or for release prior to the feed stack (5) is controllable, are provided.
  6. Feed device according to claim 5, characterised in that the sheet conveying system comprises circulating gripper carriages (4) with grippers, and a pivotable gripper control cam (15), which when pivoted actuates the grippers in such a manner that these release the sheets above the sheet guide device (7.1), is provided as control means.
  7. Feed device according to claim 6, characterised in that the gripper control cam (15) is connected with the sheet guide device (7.1) in such a manner that on pivotation of the sheet guide device (7.1) the gripper control cam (15) is also pivoted.
  8. Feed device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a container displaceable transversely to the sheet conveying path is provided as sheet receiving device (11).
