Claims (10)

  1.     the mutually connecting means (16, 26) being of the ratchet-type to enable the engagement/disengagement of said mutually connecting means,
    the means for guiding the male portion (10) being constituted by a sleeve (15) extending opposite the means (11) for connecting said male portion along a length (L1) in the longitudinal direction and a transverse dimension (D1), and the means for guiding the female portion (20) being constituted by a second cavity (25) extending opposite the means (21) for connecting said female portion (20) and having a length (L2) and a transverse dimension (D2) that are complementary to those of the sleeve,
    each length (L1, L2), respectively, being at least equal to the value of the transverse dimension (D1, D2), respectively,
    characterized in that the connecting means (11, 21) of each male/female portion comprise a channel (12, 22) for the passage of the lace/cord (2), whose transverse cross-section (d1) corresponds to that of the lace/cord (2), this channel (12, 22) opening out via a shoulder (13, 23) in a first cavity (14, 24) having a transverse cross-section (d2) greater than that (d1) of the channel (12, 22), and capable of receiving a knot (2c) formed in the associated end (2a) of the cord/lace (2).
  2. Clasp especially for a cord or lace (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that each length (L1, L2), respectively, corresponds to approximately twice the value of the transverse dimension (D1, D2), respectively.
  3. Clasp especially for a cord or lace (2) according one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that the sleeve (15) of the male portion (10) has a cylindrical shape, and in that the cavity (25) of the female portion (20) also has a cylindrical shape.
  4. Clasp especially for a cord or lace (2) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the mutually connecting means are of the projection (26) groove (16) type.
  5. Clasp especially for a cord or lace (2) according to claim 4, characterized in that the mutually connecting means (16, 26) are borne by the sleeve/cavity (15, 25).
  6. Clasp especially for a cord or lace (2) according to claim 5, characterized in that the mutually connecting means (16, 26) extend over the periphery of the sleeve/cavity (15, 25).
  7. System for connecting the ends of at least one lace or cord (2), characterized in that it comprises a clasp (3) according to any of claims 1 to 6.
  8. Lacing system especially for a footwear article, of the type constituted of a lace (2), the two ends of which are joined to form a traction loop (2b), characterized in that the ends of the lace (29) are connected together by means of a clasp (3), according to any of claims 1 to 7, to form the loop (2b) constituting a traction loop that makes it possible to exert the necessary traction force for tightening the footwear article.
  9. Footwear article comprising a lacing system and a clasp according to any of claims 1 to 8.
  10. Use of a clasp for connecting the ends of a lace or cord according to any of claims 1 to 8, for example, to connect a glove to a sleeve.
