Claims (10)

  1. Fachbildungsvorrichtung für eine Jacquard-Webmaschine (M), bei der die wechselnde vertikale Betätigung von zwei Messersätzen (11, 11') durch eine einzige Eingangswelle (30) wirkt wird, die zu einer kontinuierlichen Drehbewegung (R) angeregt wird und sich zwischen zwei Platten (20, 21) erstreckt, die Schwingwellen (50, 60) abstützen, die mit kinematisch mit den Messersätzen verbundenen Schwenkhebeln (51 - 54, 62, 64) ausgerüstet sind, wobei die Eingangswelle in der Nähe jeder Platte mit Mitteln (70, 80) zum Antrieb der Schwenkhebel ausgerüstet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwingwellen (50, 60) sich parallel mindestens zwischen den Platten erstrecken und jeweils mit der Eingangswelle durch eine einzige exzentrische (71, 81) Kurbelverbindung (70, 80; 72, 82) verbunden sind, eine Verbindung, die jeweils in der Nähe jeder Platte (20, 21) angeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwingwellen (50, 60) über den Messersätzen (11, 11') angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwingwellen (50, 60) im Wesentlichen identisch sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingangs- (30) und Schwingwellen (50, 60) durch Lager (23a, 23b, 25a, 25b, 26a, 26b) abgestützt sind, die an den Platten (20, 21) befestigt sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lager von geschmierten Kugellagern (23a, 23b, 25a, 25b, 26a, 26b) gebildet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platten (20, 21) im Wesentlichen identisch sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingangswelle (30) geeignet ist, an jedem ihrer Enden (31, 32) mit einer Antriebsmotorwelle (40) verbunden zu werden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbeln (72, 82), die jeweils zu den Verbindungen (70, 80) gehören, in Phase sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbeln (72, 82), die jeweils zu den Verbindungen (70, 80) gehören, gegenphasig sind.
  10. Jacquard-Webmaschine, ausgerüstet mit einer Fachbildungsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
