Claims (10)
- Appareil de refroidissement pour véhicules automobiles, comprenant un capot de ventilateur (1) et des échangeurs de chaleur, dont au moins un échangeur de chaleur (2) présente des caisses collectrices (3, 4), des moyens de fixation (5a) sur le bord (6) du capot de ventilateur (1) coopérant avec des moyens de fixation (5b) au niveau des caisses collectrices (3, 4) ou avec des moyens de fixation (5b) au niveau d'un cadre d'installation (70) et au moins l'un des moyens de fixation (5a, 5b) étant réalisé sous forme de crochet d'encliquetage élastique (7) avec un ergot d'encliquetage (8) et une butée (12) pour l'ergot d'encliquetage (8),
le crochet d'encliquetage élastique (7) étant réalisé sur le bord (6) du capot de ventilateur (1) qui s'encliquète lors du positionnement du capot de ventilateur (1) dans un logement (9) sur la caisse collectrice (3) ou sur le cadre d'installation (70), caractérisé en ce qu'un prolongement (11) est réalisé au-dessus d'un point de raccordement (10) du crochet d'encliquetage (7), une force de pression sur le prolongement (11) permettant de desserrer le crochet d'encliquetage (7) et d'enlever le capot de ventilateur (1). - Appareil de refroidissement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le crochet d'encliquetage (7) constitue, dans sa position d'encliquetage dans le logement (9) approximativement en forme de U (deux parois), un palier fixe entre le capot de ventilateur (1) et la caisse collectrice (3) ou le cadre d'installation (70).
- Appareil de refroidissement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le crochet d'encliquetage (7) peut être encliqueté par engagement positif dans le logement (9) de telle sorte que dans la direction Z orientée vers le haut et le bas, le mouvement de l'ergot d'encliquetage (8) soit limité contre une butée (12) dans le logement (9, en haut) et en bas par l'application du crochet d'encliquetage (7) sur le fond (13) du logement (9),
en ce que le crochet d'encliquetage (7) vient en prise de part et d'autre avec une paroi (14) du logement (9) dans la direction Y (direction transversale du véhicule),
et en ce que le crochet d'encliquetage (7) présente dans la direction X (direction longitudinale du véhicule) seulement un faible jeu entre les deux parois (14, 15) du logement (9). - Appareil de refroidissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le crochet d'encliquetage (7) conjointement avec le logement (9) constitue le seul moyen de fixation (5) d'un côté de l'appareil de refroidissement.
- Appareil de refroidissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une projection (20) est formée sur le crochet d'encliquetage (7), approximativement à la hauteur de l'ergot d'encliquetage (8) du côté opposé de l'ergot d'encliquetage (8), laquelle projection s'étend vers une paroi (14) du logement (9) pour fixer le crochet d'encliquetage (7) contre tout desserrage accidentel.
- Appareil de refroidissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux ou trois moyens de fixation (5) sont disposés du côté de l'appareil de refroidissement opposé au crochet d'encliquetage (7).
- Appareil de refroidissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux ou trois autres moyens de fixation (5) sont à chaque fois disposés sur les côtés transversaux opposés (direction Y) de l'appareil de refroidissement, lesquels sont réalisés sous forme de goupilles et de crochets sur le bord du capot de ventilateur, qui doivent être fixés aux à des parties latérales (25, 26) de l'échangeur de chaleur (2).
- Appareil de refroidissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le point de raccordement (10) du crochet d'encliquetage (7) est réalisé sur une saillie du bord (6) du capot de ventilateur (1) présentant des profilages (23, 24, 27).
- Appareil de refroidissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la butée (12) est réalisée sur la paroi de la caisse collectrice (3) ou sur le cadre d'installation (70).
- Appareil de refroidissement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre d'installation (70) est un profilé en U ouvert vers le haut, dont les deux branches (71, 72) sont connectées au moyen du capot de ventilateur (1) au niveau de paliers fixes (74) entre le capot de ventilateur (1) et les branches (71) et (72).
