Diese Austragseinrichtung besteht aus einem abfallenden Austragskanal, der auf der Innenseite des Förderbandes vorgesehen und dem Fördertrum gegenüber offen ist, so daß die in den Aufnahmelöchern des Förderbandes vereinzelten Münzen durch die Aufnahmelöcher in den Austragskanal eintreten und zur weiteren Behandlung abgeführt werden. Da die Dicke des Förderbandes die Münzdicke übersteigt, können in den einzelnen Aufnahmelöchern, deren Querschnitt lediglich die Aufnahme einer Münze erlaubt, zwei Münzen axial übereinander aus dem Münztrichter gefördert werden. Aus diesem Grunde ist eine Abwerfeinrichtung für in den Aufnahmelöchern übereinanderliegende Münzen in Form einer mit radialen Ausstoßfingern versehenen Walze vorgesehen, die synchron mit dem Förderband angetrieben wird und mit den Ausstoßfingern von der Innenseite des Förderbandes her in die Aufnahmelöcher eingreift, so daß die Münzen von der das Fördertrum des Förderbandes aufnehmenden Gleitfläche soweit angehoben wird, daß eine allfällig mitgenommene zweite Münze über den Rand der Aufnahmeöffnung abgleitet und in den Münztrichter zurückfällt. Nachteilig bei dieser bekannten Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von Münzen ist allerdings, daß die sichere Befüllung der Aufnahmelöcher des Förderbandes mit Münzen aus dem Münztrichter eine bestimmte Übergabelage der Münzen erfordert, was nur durch eine aufwendige Ausbildung des Münztrichters gewährleistet werden kann. Außerdem können die vereinzelten Münzen kaum mit der notwendigen Genauigkeit innerhalb der Aufnahmelöcher so ausgerichtet werden, daß eine einfache Erfassung der Münzabmessungen während des Austragens der vereinzelten Münzen aus dem Münztrichter möglich wird.
