  • The present invention relates to a wet typewriter according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such wet writing instruments are used, for example, in the form of so-called markers which emit a fluorescent marking liquid for the purpose of identifying, for example, printed text passages. In order to prevent the capillary writing tip from drying out in the event of non-use of the writing instrument, a closing cap can be placed on the shaft in such a way that the writing tip is covered with respect to the environment.
  • Due to the high cost of producing such writing instruments, it is desirable that they do not throw away after consumption of the first filling of writing fluid, but to be able to refill writing fluid. There are various solutions for this in practice. Thus, for example wet writing devices are known in which on the shaft of the writing instrument a liquid-tight sealable Refill opening is provided. However, this alternative solution is relatively expensive due to the need to provide a tight but multiple separable connection between the refill port and a corresponding closure element. Another solution is to provide a writing fluid reservoir, the contents of which are pushed over the writing tip into the writing instrument.   • In addition to being able to refill writing fluid, it may also be attempted to increase the storage capacity of the writing fluid storage device. However, this alternative is often contrary to design reasons, since such a writing instrument should not have an excessive width and / or length.
  • Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2 000 280 685, which forms the closest prior art, discloses a marker in which the closure cap is provided, at its base opposite the attachment opening, with a sleeve in which a liquid-absorbing element is accommodated. The liquid-absorbing element is defined by a sleeve whose walls are spaced from the inner walls of the closure cap and by a top wall whose distance from the bottom of the closure cap is much smaller than the insertion opening of the cap.
  • In addition, goes from the French Patent Application 2,108,898 also a marker with a cap protruding. In the cap, an ink-filled cavity is provided, which is closed by a partition to the insertion of the cap. The distance of the partition wall from the bottom of the cap is much smaller than the distance to the insertion of the cap.
  • It is an object of the present invention to optimally arrange the writing liquid storage device in consideration of a high storage capacity and / or the design of the writing instrument in a wet writing machine of the type mentioned.
  • The above object is solved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments can be found in the subsequent claims 2 to 8.
  • In particular, by arranging the writing fluid storage device in the closure cap, the closure cap, which is often bulky for design reasons, for example, is usefully used, in which the dead volume present there at least partially accommodates the writing fluid storage device.   • In order to further increase the storage capacity of the writing instrument, it may moreover be provided that a further or second writing fluid storage device is arranged in the interior of the shaft. As a result, almost any existing dead volume of the writing utensil is usefully used as the writing liquid storage means.
  • It is advantageous if the capillarity of the writing fluid storage device arranged in the shaft is smaller than that of the capillary writing tip, but larger than that of the writing fluid storage device in the closing cap.
  • In order to prevent damage to the writing fluid storage device in the shaft by, for example, penetration of dirt particles from the environment in this case, it can further be provided that the writing fluid storage device provided in the shaft is closed off from the outside by a cover wall, which preferably holding the capillary writing tip.
  • The writing fluid storage device in the cap and / or shaft may be formed by a sponge or a fiber material. Of course, any other suitable material can be used.
  • A particularly cost-effective production of the wet writing device according to the invention can be achieved by the partition wall arranged in the cap and / or the cover wall provided on the shaft being attached in a liquid-tight manner to the closure cap or the shaft by means of ultrasonic welding.
  • Further advantageous embodiments and an embodiment of the wet writing device according to the invention are explained below in conjunction with the accompanying drawing figures.   • Spaced to the insertion opening 10d is located in the interior of the cavity 10c, a partition wall 10e, which extends at least approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the cap 10 and the writing instrument S and thus parallel to the bottom 10a. The distance of the partition wall 10e from the insertion opening 10d in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the closure cap 10 is much smaller than the distance of the partition wall 10e from the bottom 10a of the closure cap 10, as shown Fig. 2 evident.
