Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif d'arrêt pour un conduit de fumée (9) dans une installation d'évacuation des fumées d'un foyer, ladite installation d'évacuation des fumées comportant une soufflante, active pendant les phases de combustion du foyer et destinée à générer une surpression dans le conduit de fumée (9), et ledit dispositif d'arrêt comportant un élément d'arrêt (3), qui est monté de manière mobile entre une position de fermeture, obturant le conduit de fumée (9), et une position d'ouverture, libérant au moins en partie le conduit de fumée (9), et qui, sous l'effet de la sollicitation par une surpression, peut être amené dans le sens opposé d'une force de fermeture hors de la position de fermeture vers la position d'ouverture,
    caractérisé par un dispositif auxiliaire de réglage, actif de manière réversible en fonction de la température, pour l'élément d'arrêt (3), ledit dispositif auxiliaire de réglage comportant au moins un élément de réglage auxiliaire (7) sensible à la température, disposé dans le conduit de fumée (9) ou à proximité du conduit de fumée (9), pour l'élément d'arrêt (3), et ledit élément de réglage auxiliaire (7) étant configuré pour exercer, en cas d'augmentation de sa température dans une plage de températures déterminée, une force sur l'élément d'arrêt (3), laquelle agit, en particulier en continu ou en discontinu, progressivement à l'encontre de la force de fermeture.
  2. Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif auxiliaire de réglage comporte au moins un élément bimétallique pour former l'élément de réglage auxiliaire (7) sensible à la température.
  3. Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de réglage auxiliaire (7) sensible à la température est réalisé au moins partiellement dans un matériau à effet de mémoire.
  4. Dispositif d'arrêt selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par des moyens de chauffage actionnables de manière commandée, en particulier des moyens de chauffage par résistance électrique, destinés à chauffer l'élément de réglage auxiliaire sensible à la température.
  5. Dispositif d'arrêt selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'arrêt (3) est un clapet d'arrêt monté pivotant.
