Abstract
A pliable container (1) device for waste material to be used specially inside motor vehicles, that may be applied by means of a self-sticking structure (3) to any internal surface, being of minimum encumbrance when not in use as is pliable, and with replaceable bags (5).
Description
A PLIABLE CONTAINER DEVICE FOR WASTE MATERIAL FOR MOTOR VEHICLES, WITH A SELF- STICKING STRUCTURE AND WITH REPLACEABLE BAGS The present invention concerns a pliable container device for waste material for motor vehicles, with a self-sticking structure and with replaceable bags.
It is known that the driver's cabin of motor vehicles often is filled with wrapping paper for food, empty cigarette packets, used paper handkerchiefs, small containers for drinks and other waste material which either fly out of the window and dirty the streets or make the ambient untidy or even unpresentable.
It is the aim of the present invention to realize a container for above mentioned waste material, unknown until now, especially for the inside of motor vehicles, that may be applied by means of a self-sticker to any surface, that has a minimum encumbrance when it is not used because it is pliable and may be filled with replaceable bags.
The advantages of the device according to the present invention are many and important:
- minimum realization cost;
- minimum encumbrance during use because it is completely pliable, and small emcumbrance when the internal bag is full;
- the possibility of moving said device from one wall to the other according to the needs, with a self-sticking system.
The device according to the present invention will be described more in detail hereinbelow relating to the enclosed draiwngs in which an embodiment is shown.
Figure 1 shows an external axonometric view of the device completely folded to a minimum encumbrance, when it is not used.
Figure 2 shows an exploded view of the details of the device according to the present invention.
Figure 3 shows a possible location for use, on the door of a motor vehicle.
The enclosed figures show a container device for small waste material for motor vehicles according to the present invention, consisting of:
- a container body 1 out of paper, cardboard, plastifϊed paper or similar, having a parallelepiped structure or of any other shape, pliable to a minimum encumbrance along lines 2 arranged during realization;
- a back self-sticking band 3, for the application to a wall;
- an upper cover 4 for closing, by dropping, the full container, and that may be completely pliable in a parallel direction to the empty container, according to figure 1 ;
- an equipment of a plurality of plastic or paper bags 5, to be thrown away and replaced when full.
In possible variants, said cover 4 may be arranged so as to be closed withself-sticking tongues or with a simple spring fastener or of other kind.
-» j
In a further variant the device according to the present invention may be simplified and even less expensive, without the internal bag, and may be thrown away when full.
Claims
1. A pliable container device for waste material for motor vehicles with a self-sticking structure and with replaceable bags, characterized in: - a container body (1) out of paper, cardboard, plastifϊed paper or similar, having a parallelepiped structure or of any other shape, pliable to a minimum encumbrance along lines (2) arranged during realization;
- a back self-sticking band (3), for the application to a wall; - an upper cover (4) for closing, by dropping, the full container, and that may be completely pliable in a parallel direction to the empty container;
- an equipment of a plurality of plastic or paper bags (5), to be thrown away and replaced when full.
2. A device according to claim 1 , characterized in a closing of said cover (4) with a self-sticking tongue (6).
3. A device according to claim 1 , characterized in a closing of said cover (4) with a spring fastener or of any other kind.
4. A device according to claim 1 , characterized in that in a less expensive and simplified variant it is realized without internal bag so as to be detached and thrown away once filled up.
