This invention has as object the structure of the bag partially transparent.
This structure includes a flat bottom from which there are developing walls with handles available to the user.
The peculiarity of this invention consists in the fact that the walls and the bottom come from the union and from the subsequent folding of two or more sheets that contain at least one sheet of material substantially transparent at sight and at least a sheet of papery material. Besides this aspect, these two or more sheets are united in a solid manner by the corresponding longitudinal borders through means of fixing.
The advantage is that the invention contains an equipment for the realisation of a structure of a bag partially transparent that contains two lines of movement for tapes of the above mentioned sheets, disposed coupled functionally speaking in a parallel manner for the longitudinal union of the above mentioned tapes.
Each of these two lines is made of a cylinder of support for a coil of tapes of sheets and from intermediate rolls that direct and stretch the tape unrolled by the bobbin.
There are present also means of advancement and synchronism of the relative advancement of each tape of each line of movement
Between these two lines there are disposed means of fixing for the union of the borders of the above mentioned contiguous tapes.

Description

  • The present invention has for object one structure of partially transparent bag and one equipment for its realization.
  • Nowadays the bags used from the points of sale in order to allow the purchaser to transport the acquired goods represent an important advertising vehicle.
  • In fact, on the external walls of such bags names, logos, images, slogan etc can be brought back, that recall to the purchaser and to all those who observe the bag, the point of sale or the chain of stores where it has been acquired the goods or still, the house manufacturer of the same good.
  • The fact that these bags come then often reused from the purchaser, increases the diffusion mainly and penetration of the advertising message inside both the markets of reference sale and other diversified markets.
  • Also the bought product or the confection that contain it can be considered a publicity vehicle. In fact both on the confection and on the product can be present logos, writings, messages or images.
  • To have the possibility to render through the bag the product or its confection visible it turns out therefore an ulterior increment of the penetration of the advertising message in the market.
  • It is however intuit able as the clarity and the clearness of the written ones and the images brought back on the walls of the bags are important factors to the aim of one correct perception of the advertising message.
  • Consequently the quality of press of the written ones and of the images on the bag is fundamental for one optimal visualization of the same ones.
  • To succeed to obtain a good quality of press of the written ones and the images on the bag, and at the same time, to render the product contained to the inside of the same bag visible turns out therefore a strongly desirable condition for who decides to use this type of advertising channel.
  • Currently, in order to render the product to the inside of the bags visible, bags of transparent plastic are used on which there are printed the logos and the advertising messages.
  • The press on such bags does not turn out however of acceptable quality with the technologies notes and to favourable costs and therefore it is not possible to obtain this double characteristic of quality of press and transparency of the bag.
  • Also as far as the bags of papery material however standards of quality of press do not reach elevate standards.
  • The quality of the obtainable press with the current technologies is not in a position to reach, as an example, standard of "photographic" type, in how much machinery of press with photographic quality is not in a position to support the dimensions of the sheets of papery material that serve in order to produce the bags of medium and great format.
  • In fact the bags, in particular those of papery material, usually as produced leaving from an only sheet glued for the own borders exact opposite and refolded until obtaining, typically, a rectangular shape.
  • Such sheet is, too much great usually from being able to be inserted to the inside of a machine of press with photographic quality and therefore it is rerun to machinery of abilities to advanced insertion that work but with decidedly inferior standards of press.
  • Main task of the present invention is that one to eliminate the problems evidenced in the well-known types of bags , devising a printed publication structure of partially transparent bag that allows to bring back on the own external walls writings or images with photographic quality and that it allows the visibility from the outside of its content.
  • In the within of the exposed main task over, an important scope of the present invention is that one to realize a printed publication equipment for the realization of bags on which reproduced they are writings or images with the technologies currently to disposition.
  • Ulterior an important scope of the present invention is that one to realize a structure of partially transparent bag that is particularly resistant.
  • Still a scope of the present invention is that one to realize a structure of partially transparent bag that is aesthetically appreciable. Not last scope of the present invention is that one to put to point one structure of partially transparent bag, produced with systems and well known technologies.
  • These and other scopes still, than more clearly will appear later on, are reached from a structure of partially transparent bag, comprising a bottom plan from which walls with handles available are developed to the customer, characterized from the fact that said walls and bottom is gained from the union and the successive folding of two or more sheets, the above mentioned two or more sheets comprising at least a material sheet substantially transparent at sight and at least a sheet of papery material, mentioned two or more sheets being solidly joined for correspondents longitudinal borders by means of means of implantation.
  • Favourably the invention comprises an equipment for the realization of a structure of partially transparent bag, characterized from the fact that comprises at least two disposed lines of movement for saying tapes sheets joined in parallel for the longitudinal saying union tapes, each of said two lines at least being formed from a cylinder of support for a saying coil tapes and from intermediate rolls that direct and stretch the tape carried out from said coil, being present means of advance and synchronism of relative advance of every tape of each line of movement, between braces of said lines being disposed average of implantation for the union of the saying borders tapes contiguous between them.
  • Ulterior characteristics and advantages of the invention one will turn out mainly of the description of a type of preferred but not exclusive execution of the invention , indicative and not
    • figure 1 represents one seen perspective of a bag according to the invention;

  • Front line 31a, defined in right position, turns out decided staggered in advance regarding the second line, defined in left position.
  • Each of these two lines 31 is formed respective from a cylinder of support 32 for one coil 33 of tape of sheets 34 in order to produce bags; every tape is formed from a right border 34r and a left border 34t.
  • Each line 31 is constituted moreover from a series of rolls formed from a first, a second, a third, a fourth and a fifth intermediate roll 35a, 35b, 35c, 35d, 35e that direct and stretch the tape carried out from the first coil 33.
  • The first and the third roll 35a and 35c are positioned to the same height, with tape 34 that inferiorly passes to their surface, while according to roll 35b third roll is situated between sayings first and third but in advanced position to the aim to make to go up tape 34 and to stretch it, making it cover a feature ascending-descending.
  • In order to make to advance two tapes 34 with the same speed they are present means of advance and synchronism of the relative advance of every tape 34 of each line of movement 31.
  • Such means they comprise, on each line 31, toothed flexible organs of transmission, which, as an example in this form, respective for every line, one 40 chain supply of teeth 41 towards the outside.
  • Such flexible organs are paired on each line 31, with kinematics elements rotating, in this form constituted from pair of toothed crowns 42 in couple with said chain 40.
  • Two trees of dismissal 43a and 43b come out respectively everyone from one correspondent toothed crown 42 of each line 31 in such way from being able to connect them in an operative manner through a connection to chain 44 or, alternatively, by means of a connection to strap.
  • In this way the toothed crowns 42 and therefore 40 chains rotate with the same speed.
  • In order to move the tapes 34 chains 40 gear own teeth 41 to the inside of predefined holes of reply 45 in series on the left borders 34t of same tapes 34, dragging in ahead the tapes of the two lines with the same speed and therefore in synchronized way.
  • The couples of crowns 42 with respective chain 40 are arranged inferiorly according to the roll 35b, gearing between the portions ascending-descending of the tape 34.
  • The two tapes 34 of the two lines 31a and 31b they are contiguous and they turn out to have the respective contiguous borders, left and respectively right 34t and 34r, super imposable between them.
  • The disposition of the lines 31a and 31b is such for which the respective tapes 34 turn out however staggered between them up to the zone of union of their contiguous borders.
  • Lower the third intermediate roll 35c, between two lines 31, are arranged means of implantation for the saying union borders of contiguous tapes.
  • Such means of implantation comprise a head 47 distributor of adhesive 47a on the left border 34t of tape 34 of the line 31b that is in an inferior position according to the line 31a.
  • Higher the zone of saying union borders of contiguous tapes, on each line 31 there are disposed means for the trimming of the portion of the borders 34t on which there are positioned the holes of reply 45.
  • Such holes of reply for the trimming comprise one couple of circular knives 50 exact opposite, respectively inferiorly and superiorly, to left sayings borders 34t.
  • In order to eliminate the residual ones of the trimming, on both the lines are present aspirator tubes 51.
  • Lower the zone of saying union borders of contiguous tapes are positioned the fourth and fifth roll 35d and 35e in order to allow to direct tapes 34 correctly.
  • The operation of the aforesaid equipment is following.
  • The coils come carried out from the advance of the tape 31, in its turn possible from the movement of the chains 40 that gear with own teeth 41 on predefined holes 45 on the borders of the tapes, dragging the same tapes.
  • The synchronism of chains 40 is possible thanks to the dismissal trees 47 that come out from crowns 42 and connected by means of chain 44.
  • Lower the third intermediate roll 35c the knives 50 trim the borders of the tapes and the aspirator tubes 51 eliminate the residual ones of the trimming.
  • Subsequently the head 47 distributes adhesive on the left border 34t of tape 34 of the line 31b that is in an inferior position according to the line 31a.
  • To this point the guideline of the tapes given from the intermediate rolls is such for which contiguous borders of the two contiguous tapes they are overlapped and thanks to the adhesive they are fixing, obtaining therefore an only tape of double substantial width.
  • Subsequently , such tape comes cross - sectional cut in order to obtain an only sheet of the adequate dimensions in order to realize the wished bag.
  • It is to notice as on the tapes of the coils whichever type of image can have been previously printed , also images with photographic quality, in how much the dimensions of the tape can be such to allow of the use with machinery of press with photographic quality.
  • To this purpose middle position comprised between the coil and the zone of union of the two tapes can be thinkable moreover to integrate a machine of press in one.
  • Practically it has been stated like that the invention therefore described brings a solution for the problems evidenced in the famous types of bags of papery material; in particular with the present invention a printed publication structure of partially transparent bag that allows to bring back on the own external walls writing or images with photographic quality has been excogitated and that it allows the visibility from the outside of its content.
  • Still, with the present invention has come true printed publication structure of bag in papery material on which reproduced writings and images with the technologies currently to disposition. Moreover, with the present invention has been come true structure of bag in aesthetically appreciable papery material.
  • The conceived invention therefore is susceptible of numerous varying modifications and, all re-entering in the within of the inventive concept; moreover, all the details could technically be replaced from other elements equivalents.
  • Practically, the materials employed as long as compatible with the specific use, still less the dimensions, could be whichever according the requirements and the state of the technique.
