Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gestell für eine Badewanne, insbesondere eine Säuglingsbadewanne, bestehend aus Kopfteilen mit zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Füßen und aus die Kopfteile miteinander verbindenden Seitenteilen zur Aufnahme der einander gegenüberliegenden Ränder einer Badewanne.
  • Die z.Zt. auf dem Markt erhältlichen Gestelle sind zur Aufnahme von verschiedenen Badewannentypen ausgelegt. Diese Gestelle sind auf eine feste Bedienhöhe eingestellt. Die Badewanne liegt dabei auf dem oberen Rohrprofil in Längsrichtung auf. Somit ist die Badewanne nicht stabil gesichert, da die Badewanne sich in Längsrichtung verschieben bzw. in Schräglage bei der Verwendung unkontrolliert bewegen kann.
  • Die GB-A-1 061 089 bildet den Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht daher darin, ein Gestell der eingangs genannten Art vorzuschlagen, in der die Badewanne sicher gehalten wird.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil von Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
  • Somit greifen die freien Enden der Endabschnitte der Seitenteile unter den Rand einer eingesetzten Badewanne, während die Kopfteile eine Verschiebung der Badewanne verhindern.
  • Vorteilhaft sind die vertikal verlaufenden Endabschnitte der Seitenteile in unterschiedlichen Höhen mit vertikal verlaufenden Abschnitten der Kopfteile verbindbar.
  • Vorzugsweise haben die vertikalen Abschnitte der Kopfteile und die vertikalen Endabschnitte der Seitenteile Durchtrittsöffnungen für Verbindungsschrauben. Vorzugsweise sind in den vertikalen Abschnitten der Kopfteile und/oder den vertikälen Endabschnitten der Seitenteile mehrere Durchtrittsöffnungen im Abstand übereinander angeordnet.
  • Vorteilhaft bestehen die Kopfteile und/oder die Seitenteile aus Rohren.
  • Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführüngsform sind an den Verbindungsstellen zwischen den Kopfteilen und den Seitenteilen konkave Zwischenteile mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung für die Verbindungsschrauben angeordnet. Vorzugsweise bestehen die Zwischenteile aus Kunststoff.
  • Vorteilhaft sind die Seitenteile zwischen den Kopfteilen aufeinander zu verlaufend ausgebildet.
  • Die Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen beispielhaft dargestellt. Es zeigen:

    eine Verbindungsstelle zwischen Kopf- und Seitenteilen in vergrößerter Darstellung in perspektivischer Ansicht und
    Fig. 3
    die Verbindungsstelle nach Fig. 2 im Schnitt.
  • Nach Fig. 1 besteht ein Gestell für eine Badewanne aus zwei Kopfteilen 1 mit zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Füßen 2, die durch Seitenteile 3 miteinander verbunden sind. Wie die Figuren 1 bis 3 zeigen, bestehen die Kopfteile 1 und die Seitenteile 3 aus entsprechend gekrümmt ausgebildeten Rohren. Die Rohre sind vorzugsweise aus Metall.
  • Die Endabschnitte 4 der Seitenteile 3 sind vertikal nach oben verlaufend ausgebildet und mit vertikal verlaufenden Abschnitten 5 der Kopfteile 1 durch Verbindungsschrauben 6 verbunden.
  • Wie insbesondere die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen, weisen die Endabschnitte 4 der Seitenteile 3 und die Abschnitte 5 der Kopfteile 1 (Fig. 3) im Abstand übereinander angeordnete Durchtrittsöffnungen 7 auf, sodass die Seitenteile und die Kopfteile in unterschiedlichen Höhen miteinander verbindbar sind. Damit kann die Höhe einer eingesetzten Badewanne auf die Größe des Benutzers eingestellt werden.
  • Wie insbesondere die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen, sind an den Verbindungsstellen der Endabschnitte 4 mit den Abschnitten 5 konkave Zwischenteile 8 aus Kunststoff mit einer Dürchtrittsöffnung für die als Schlossschraube ausgebildete Verbindungsschraube 6 vorgesehen. Die Verbindungsschrauben wirken mit Flügelmuttern 9 zusammen.
  • Durch die Flügelmutter 9 sind Kopfteile 1 und Seitenteil 3 einfach zu lösen und in der gewünschten Höhe miteinander zu verbinden, wobei die Zwischenteile 8 für einen-sicheren Halt sorgen.
  • Bei Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Gestells werden die Kopfteile 1 und Seitenteile 3 in der gewünschten Höhe miteinander verbunden, wobei jedoch stets die freien Enden der Endabschnitte 4 der Seitenteile 3 die Kopfteile 1 überragen. Somit greifen diese freien Enden der Endabschnitte 4 der Seitenteile 3 stets unter den Rand einer eingesetzten Badewanne, sodass diese sicher gehalten ist. Die seitlich verlaufenden gekrümmten Kopfteile 1 verhindern dabei ein-Verschieben einer eingesetzten Badewanne.
  • Eine weitere Sicherheit ergibt sich dadurch, dass die Seitenteile 3 zwischen den Kopfteilen 1 aufeinander zu verlaufend ausgebildet sind, wie dies die Fig. 1 zeigt, sodass der Bodenbereich einer eingesetzten Badewanne gesichert ist

Claims (8)

  1. Gestell für eine Badewanne, insbesondere eine Säuglingsbadewanne, bestehend aus Kopfteilen (1) mit zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Füßen (2) und aus die Kopfteile (1) miteinander verbindenden Seitenteile (3) zur Aufnahme der einander gegenüberliegenden Ränder einer Badewanne, wobei die Seitenteile (3) nach oben in den Wannenrand ragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endabschnitte (4) der Seitenteile (3) vertikal nach oben verlaufend ausgebildet sind und in wesentlichen parallel dazu verlaufenden vertikalen Abschnitten (5) der Kopfteile (1) verbünden sind und dass die freien Enden der Endabschnitte zur Aufnahme des Wannenrandes die Kopfteile (1) nach oben überragen.
  2. Gestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikal verlaufenden Endabschnitte (4) der Seitenteile (3) in unterschiedlichen Höhen mit vertikal verlaufenden Abschnitten (5) der Kopfteil (1) verbindbar sind.
  3. Gestell nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Abschnitte (5) der Kopfteile (1) und die vertikalen Endabschnitte (4) der Seitenteile (3) Durchtrittsöffnungen (7) für Verbindungsschrauben (6) haben.
  4. Gestell nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den vertikalen Abschnitten (5) der Kopfteile (1) und/oder den vertikalen Endabschnitten (4) der Seitenteile (3) mehrere Durchtrittsöffnungen (7) im Abstand übereinander angeordnet sind.
  5. Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopfteile (1) und/oder die Seitenteile (3) aus Rohren bestehen.
  6. Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Verbindungsstellen zwischen den Kopfteilen (1) und den Seitenteilen (3) konkave Zwischenteile (8) mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung für die verbindungsschrauben (6) angeordnet sind.
  7. Gestell nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenteile (8) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
  8. Gestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenteile (1) zwischen den Kopfteilen (2) aufeinander zu verlaufend ausgebildet sind.
