Claims (3)

  1. Procédé pour réaliser un bord laminé à partir d'une portion de bord (11) d'un tube, dans lequel une zone de début (14) de la portion de bord (11) est laminée par un outil (30) à commande forcée, et ensuite un poinçon de bordage (21) est introduit dans la portion de bord laminée (11) et borde celle-ci pour donner un rouleau (12),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la zone de début (14) de la portion de bord (11) est laminée par engagement par coopération de forme par l'outil (30) comprenant un poinçon de laminage (31) avec un rayon (32) et une contre-butée (34) et est pourvue du rayon (32).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'outil (30) comprend plusieurs contre-butées (34) extérieures réglables radialement par rapport à l'axe du tube, ainsi qu'un poinçon de laminage (31) et en ce que le laminage est réalisé dans les étapes suivantes :
    - réglage de la contre-butée extérieure (34) radialement vers l'intérieur jusqu'à venir en butée avec la portion tubulaire (11),
    - introduction du poinçon de laminage (31) dans la portion tubulaire (11) avec laminage de sa zone de début (14),
    - sortie du poinçon de laminage (31) hors de la portion tubulaire (11),
    - réglage de la contre-butée extérieure (34) radialement vers l'extérieur avec libération axiale de la portion tubulaire (11).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le bord laminé est monté sur une portion tubulaire (11) d'un dôme d'aérosol (10) pour des boîtes aérosol pour recevoir une tête de soupape.
