Definitions
- the invention relates to a busbar system for lights, in particular a high-current rail system with an electrical Busbar, which has supply lines, which from a elastic, band-shaped insulating material are surrounded with a first feed, via which the busbar system a power supply can be connected.
- Busbar systems of the aforementioned type are particularly made of known outside.
- the elastic used Busbars are usually one Plastic material that around two supply lines is injected.
- the supply of the mains voltage in the Busbar system usually takes place via a mains plug, which at the end of the busbar system with the two Plastic material overmolded supply lines is attached.
- electrically conductive contact tips are provided.
- four contact tips are arranged, one in pairs electrical connection between the two supply lines in the busbar system and the adapter unit to do that to supply electrical light sources with electricity.
- the advantage of this Adapter unit is that it is variable at any point on the Busbar system can be connected. This leads to the fact that in known busbar systems Bulbs can be arranged variably Mains power supply always at one end of the Busbar system is provided.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a variable attachable supply of mains electricity in a busbar system to propose the type mentioned at the beginning.
- the Busbar system feed pairs of contact tips has, wherein each pair of the feed means electrically with one of the Connects supply lines and the busbar system over has at least one additional feed, which the Busbar system one more time to the power supply can be connected and which has pairs of contact tips, each pair electrically feeding the feed means with one of the Connects supply lines.
- the connection of the Busbar system via another feed means is therefore necessary because only via a connection using contact tips Currents of no higher than 2 amperes may be carried.
- 230 volts as is common in Europe, means Limit on a current of up to 2 amps that maximum Consumers with an output of 460 watts can be connected can.
- This maximum power means for an extended one Busbar system a significant limitation. It is therefore necessary, for a sensible grid feed-in another Provide feed means.
- the first and the further feed can be in one shared housing, i.e. that at least two Feed means have a common housing.
- a feed means have a holder or be connected to a bracket, the Track system via the bracket on a wall or ceiling is attachable.
- the band-shaped insulating material can also according to the invention at least in sections from one Laminating device to be surrounded.
- the part shown in Figs. 1 to 3 of an inventive Busbar system has a housing 1 with which the Track system attached to a wall or ceiling can be.
- the busbar system according to the invention is preferably over several such housings 1 on the ceiling or attached to the wall. Extends between these housings 1 then a first supply channel 2 formed by a pipe, in which power cord 3 are routed, via which to the Busbar system attached illuminant supplied with power become. Branch off from this supply channel 2 at right angles holder 4 are attached.
- These holders 4 are also tubular formed and their ends feed means 5 are provided. Through the tubular holder 4, the power cord 3 are from the Supply channel 2 through the tubular holder 4 to the Feed elements 5 out.
- the feed means 5 have illustrated embodiment two functions. On the one hand Mechanically connect a busbar 7 to the holders 4 and about it with the supply channel 2 and the housing 1 for others make an electrical connection between the Busbar 7 and those guided in the holders 4 from the Supply channel 2 branching power lines 3.
- the busbar 7 is formed by two supply lines, which are surrounded by an elastic, band-shaped insulating material are.
- the busbar 7 is enveloped by a lamination 6.
- the Lamination envelops the busbar 7 over its entire illustrated Length on, i.e. that the lamination as well as the busbar 7 have no interruptions in the area of the feed means 5.
- the feed means 5 must therefore have an electrical connection between the supply lines and the mains lines 3 To be able to produce both the lamination 6, and that Penetrate the insulating material of the busbar 7.
- the feed means 5 have annular segment cross-section Shells 51, 52 (Fig. 4 and 5), the shell 51 is fixed to the Holder 4 connected.
- the ends of the annular sections of the Shells 51, 52 each have flange-like contact surfaces 53.
- the second Shell 52 is then with its flange-like contact surfaces 53 on the flange-like contact surfaces 53 of the shell 51.
- the two Shells 51, 52 thus close the busbar 7 with its lamination 6 a.
- the two shells 51, 52 are in the area of flange-like contact surfaces 53 screwed together so that a permanent mechanical connection between the Feed means 5 and the busbar 7 with the lamination 6 is made.
- pairs of contact tips 54 are provided for the electrical connection of the feed with the Supply lines in the busbar 7 .
- This Contact tips 54 become when screwing the shells 51, 52nd through the lamination 6 and the insulating material of the busbar 7 pressed so that an electrical connection of the contact tips 54 with the supply lines provided in the busbar 7 will be produced.
- Each pair of contact tips is used a connection between the feed and the Supply line manufactured.
- two feed means 5 are shown, which have a common housing, i.e. the shells of the the two feed means are connected to one another in one piece. Further a further lamination 55 is provided with which the Feed materials are covered on their outside to a to achieve an appealing external design of the feed means.
