Claims (10)

  1. Maschine zum Schneiden in Scheiben (1) eines Produkts, insbesondere Brot, die Mittel zum wunschgemäßen Einstellen der Schneidstärke des Produkts umfasst, die es erlauben, die Sägen oder Schneidklingen (5, 5') einander anzunähern oder voneinander zu entfernen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellmittel aus Mitteln zum wunschgemäßen Indrehungsetzen eines Tragrahmens (7, 7') bestehen, auf welchem die Klingen (5, 5') zu einer senkrechten Drehachse (R) angeordnet sind, und aus Mitteln zum Wahren (8) der Ausrichtung der Klingen (5, 5') von einer Schneidstellung zur anderen.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragrahmen (7) jeweils obere (11) und untere (12) Klingenhalter umfasst, die angelenkt montiert sind, von welchen das eine Ende die Schneidklinge (5) hält und das andere Ende auf einem das Haltemittel bildenden Gegenrahmen (8) angelenkt ist, und dass der Rahmen und der Gegenrahmen zu beiden Seiten der Maschine jeweils oszillierbar in Gleitelementen (9, 13) gelagert sind, wobei mindestens die Gleitelemente des Rahmens und des Gegenrahmens, die auf derselben Seite angeordnet sind, um verschiedene senkrechte Drehachsen drehbar sind, die sich in derselben senkrechten Ebene (Pr) befinden.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der oberen Klingenhalter (11) ein Einstellmittel für die Klingenspannung umfasst, das aus einem Gewindeschaft (17) besteht, der auf dem Gegenrahmen angeordnet ist, und dadurch, dass ein elastisches Mittel (18) in Auflage auf einer Mutter (19) koaxial zu dem Gewindeschaft (17) montiert ist.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine zweite Reihe in Längsrichtung und parallel zueinander oszillierender Klingen (5') umfasst, die voneinander beabstandet und zwischen der ersten Klingenreihe (5) auf einem zweiten Rahmen (7') und zweiten Gegenrahmen (8'), die ähnlich wie der erste Rahmen (7) und Gegenrahmen (8) auf Gleitelementen eingerichtet sind, eingefügt sind, welche eine gegensinnige Bewegung der ersten (5) und zweiten (5') Schneidklingen sicherstellen.
  5. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die senkrechte Ebene (Pr) einer stationären Seitenwand des Maschinenchassis entspricht.
  6. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die senkrechte Ebene (Pr) der Längsmittenachse der Maschine entspricht.
  7. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Reihe von Stößeln (6) umfasst, die aus einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Wand (27) bestehen, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Produkt bei dem Schneiden dieses Letzteren zusammenzuarbeiten, und aus einem Schwingarm (28) senkrecht zu der vertikalen Wand, der um senkrechte Achsen (29 und 30) angelenkt auf Querstreben montiert ist, die um eine senkrechte Drehachse schwenken können, die sich auf der Drehachsenebene (Pr) befindet und daher ein Annähern oder Entfernen zwischen den Schwingarmen (28) bewirkt, was es erlaubt, deren Bewegung mit dem Einstellmittel des Abstands der Klingen so zu synchronisieren, dass sich die Stößel immer in der Mitte des Abstands befinden, der zwei Schneidklingen trennt.
  8. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Mittel (26) zum Andrücken des Produkts auf den Schneidtisch (2) umfasst, das in der Nähe der Klingen (5 und 5') angeordnet ist.
  9. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Tragrahmen um ihre senkrechte Achse gemäß einem Winkel in der Größenordnung von 0 bis 40°, der jeweils einer maximalen und einer minimalen Stärke entspricht, schwenken können.
  10. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zum Fernsteuern des Typs Elektromotor und Einstellpult umfasst, die das Bewegen des/der Rahmen(s) und Gegenrahmen(s) auf die gewünschte Scheibenstärke erlauben.
