Claims (14)
- Teleskopausleger, insbesondere Teleskopausleger (1) für einen Mobilkran, mit einem Grundkasten (2), in dem ein oder mehrere Innenkästen (3 - 6) im wesentlichen koaxial ineinander geführt sind, die nacheinander durch ein erstes hydraulisches Zylinder/Kolben-System (7) wahlweise ein- oder ausfahrbar sind, wobei das erste hydraulische Zylinder/Kolben-System (7) an einem seiner beiden axialen Enden (Fußbereich) im Grundkasten (2) fixiert ist und mit seinem ausfahrbaren Teil mittels einer ersten Koppeleinrichtung (Sicherungs- und Verriegelungseinheit (12) an den jeweils zu verfahrenden Innenkasten (3 - 6) ankoppelbar ist und der jeweilige Innenkasten (3 - 6) in seiner eingefahrenen und seiner ausgefahrenen Stellung jeweils gegenüber dem nächstgrößeren Innenkasten (4 - 6) oder dem Grundkasten (2) verriegelbar und unmittelbar vor dem Verfahren nach Durchführung des Ankoppelns entriegelbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass parallel zu dem ersten hydraulischen Zylinder/Kolben-System (7) ein zweites hydraulisches Zylinder/Kolben-System (8) angeordnet ist, das ebenfalls mit einem seiner beiden axialen Enden im Grundkasten (2) fixiert ist und mit seinem ausfahrbaren Teil mittels einer zweiten Koppeleinrichtung (Sicherung- und Verriegelungseinheit 15) an den jeweils zu verfahrenden Innenkasten (3 - 6) ankoppelbar ist und dass die beiden Zylinder/Kolben-Systeme (7, 8) im Gegenlauf betreibbar sind. - Teleskopausleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Zylinder/Kolben-Systeme (7, 8) wahlweise auch im Gleichlauf betreibbar und gleichzeitig an jeweils denselben Innenkasten (3-6) ankoppelbar sind. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ausfahrbare Länge der beiden Zylinder/Kolben-Systeme (7, 8) jeweils deutlich kleiner ist als die ausfahrbare Länge des jeweiligen Innenkastens (3 - 6) und dass der jeweilige Innenkasten (3 - 6) mittels des ersten hydraulischen Zylinder/Kolben-Systems (7) aus der eingefahrenen Stellung über ein erstes Teilstück der gesamten ausfahrbaren Länge des Innenkastens (3 - 6) und mittels des zweiten hydraulischen Zylinder/Kolben-Systems (8) über ein zweites Teilstück der gesamten ausfahrbaren Länge des Innenkastens (3 - 6) bis in seine Endstellung verfahrbar ist. - Teleskopausleger nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ausfahrbare Länge der beiden Zylinder/Kolben-Systeme (7, 8) im Bereich von 40 % bis 60 % der größten ausfahrbaren Länge eines Innenkastens (3 - 6), insbesondere bei 50 % dieser Länge liegt. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Zylinder/Kolben-System (7, 8) als Koppeleinrichtung über zwei Sicherungs- und Verriegelungseinheiten (12a, 15a bzw. 12b, 15b) verfügt, von denen jeweils eine im Bereich des einen axialen Endes (Fußbereich) und die andere im Bereich des anderen axialen Endes (Kopfbereich) des Zylinder/Kolben-Systems (7, 8) (bezogen auf die eingefahrene Stellung) angeordnet ist. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Zylinder/Kolben-Systeme (7, 8) als Koppeleinrichtung jeweils nur mit einer Sicherungs- und Verriegelungseinheit (12, 15) versehen sind, die in axialer Richtung verschieblich und an beiden Enden des jeweiligen Zylinder/Kolben-System (7, 8) arretierbar sind. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Zylinder/Kolben-Systeme (7, 8) als Koppeleinrichtung jeweils nur mit einer Sicherungs- und Verriegelungseinheit (12, 15) versehen sind, von denen im eingefahrenen Zustand die eine im Bereich des einen axialen Endes (Fußbereich) des einen Zylinder/Kolben-Systems (7) und die andere (15) im Bereich des anderen axialen Endes (Kopfbereich) des anderen Zylinder/Kolben-Systems (8) angeordnet ist. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Zylinder/Kolben-Systeme (7, 8) auf unterschiedliche Teleskopierkraft ausgelegt sind, untereinander unterschiedliche Durchmesser aufweisen. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Zylinder/Kolben-Systeme (7, 8) bezüglich der Lastebene des Teleskopauslegers übereinander angeordnet sind. - Teleskopausleger nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylinder/Kolben-System (7) mit dem kleineren Durchmesser über dem Zylinder/Kolben-System (8) mit dem größeren Durchmesser angeordnet ist. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Zylinder/Kolben-Systeme (7, 8) aufeinander abgestützt sind, insbesondere über Gleitschienen (26). - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Zylinder/Kolben-Systeme (7, 8) mit seinem Zylinder (9, 13) im Grundkasten (2) fixiert ist und die Kolbenstange (10, 14) den beweglichen Teil des Zylinder/Kolben-Systems (7, 8) bildet. - Teleskopausleger nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungs- und Verriegelungseinheit (12) des ersten Zylinder/Kolben-Systems (7) an einem Zugrahmen (11) befestigt ist, der mit dem ausfahrbaren Ende der Kolbenstange (10) gekoppelt ist und sich in der eingefahrenen Stellung entlang des Zylinders (9) bis in den Fußbereich des Zylinders (9) erstreckt (Zugrahmenbauweise). - Teleskopausleger nach Anspruch 3 und einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Zylinder/Kolben-System (7) einen kleineren Durchmesser aufweist als das zweite Zylinder/Kolben-System (8) und mit seinem Zylinder (9) im Grundkasten (2) fixiert und bezüglich seiner einzigen Sicherungs- und Verriegelungseinheit (12) in Zugrahmenbauweise ausgeführt ist und dass das zweite Zylinder/Kolben-System (8) mit seiner Kolbenstange (14) im Grundkasten (2) fixiert und seine einzige Sicherungs- und Verriegelungseinheit (15) am oberen Ende seines ausfahrbaren Zylinders (13) befestigt ist.
