Im Interesse kurzer Betriebs-, Rüst-, Montage- und Austauschzeiten sind die Druckbogenanleger 3 in einem Maschinengestell 8 lösbar befestigt, wobei mit dem Maschinengestell 8 die Fördervorrichtung 2 verbunden ist, entlang welcher die gesammelten Druckbogen unterhalb der Druckbogenanleger 3 transportiert werden.
In Fig. 2 ist ein Maschinengestell 8 gezeigt, das zur Aufnahme von zwei Druckbogenanlegern 3 ausgeführt ist; dieses dargestellte Maschinengestell 8 kann auch als Gestellteil 9 für eine Sammeleinrichtung 1 mit mehr als zwei Druckbogenanlegern 3 verwendet werden. Das gleiche Konstruktionsprinzip des Gestellteils 9 könnte auch für nur einen Druckbogenanleger 3 angewendet werden.
Die Druckbogenanleger 3 sind auf einem ihnen zugehörigen Ständer 11 aufgebaut, der die feste Verbindung eines Druckbogenanl'egers 3 mit dem Maschinengestell 8 bzw. einem Gestellteil 9 übernimmt.
Zur Einstellung oder Aenderung des Abstandes zwischen einem Druckbogenanleger 3 und der die Druckbogen sammelnden Fördervorrichtung 2 ist eine Verstellvorrichtung 12 zwischen Druckbogenanleger 3 und Ständer 11 vorgesehen, mit welcher die Höhe und Seitenlage des Druckbogenanlegers 3 gegenüber der Auflageposition eines Druckbogens an der Fördervorrichtung 3 eingestellt oder geändert werden kann. Wie schon oben erwähnt, könnte die Einstellung oder Aenderung des Abstandes manuell oder motorisch, oder mittels programmierter Steuerung vorgenommen werden; solche Möglichkeiten sind bei Sammelheftern nicht unbekannt.
Zur Aufnahme einer Steuervorrichtung der Druckbogenanleger 3 eignet sich der hohl ausgebildete Ständer 11 ganz besonders. In Fig. 2 ist an der Aussenseite des Ständers 11 eine für die Steuervorrichtung bestimmte Steckeranordnung ersichtlich. Aus der Darstellung in Fig. 2 ist eine aus Druckbogenanleger 3, Verstellvorrichtung 12 und Ständer 11 zusammengebaute Anlegereinheit erkennbar, die sich mittels Hubwagen oder Hubstapler oder einem anderen Hebezeug leicht ausbauen resp. ersetzen lässt.
Der Einbau einer Anlegereinheit erfolgt jeweils zwischen zwei Seitenschildern 13, 14 eines Gestellteils 9, der auch für eine Anlegereinheit ausgebildet sein kann und demnach etwa halb so lang wie der dargestellte Gestellteil 9 ist.
Die Gestellteile 9 weisen im Bereich des Maschinenfusses Nivelliervorrichtungen 15 auf, um die Gestellteile 9 gegenseitig auszurichten.
Zur Führung von Druckluft und Vakuum zum Betrieb der Druckbogenanleger 3 weisen die Gestellteile 9 die Seitenschilder 13, 14 parallel zur Fördervorrichtung 2 durchsetzende Rohrleitungsabschnitte 16 auf, an denen Rohrstutzen 17 zur Entnahme eines Mediums angeordnet sind.
