Description

  • The invention relates to a method for the production of loop handle carrier bags starting from a preferably provided with a bottom fold tubular web made of thermoplastic material.
  • Methods of this kind are known.
  • At one off DE 197 48 771 A1 Known methods for the production of loop handle bag made of thermoplastic material designed as grip loops carrying handles are connected to inwardly folded edge portions of the side walls of the carrier bag by welding or gluing with the respective side wall.
  • At one off DE 99 24 626 A1 Known method for producing loop handle carrying bags from a continuously fed two-ply thermoplastic plastic sheet whose edge areas for attaching the legs of the grip strips are folded on one side by 180 ° and folded back congruent after the attachment of the grip strip. These known methods For making loop handle carrying bags, it is necessary to fold over the edge portions of the carrier bags to reinforce the edges, resulting in an increased consumption of plastic film.
  • The forming of U-shaped loop handles of strips separated from a plastic sheet is for example from DE 20 12 084 A1 and DE 22 25 671 A1 known.
  • The object of the invention is to propose a method according to which loop handle carrying bags can be produced simply and inexpensively.
  • According to the invention, this object is solved by the features of claim 1.
  • The process of the invention can be carried out to save material, since the edge or seam envelope is eliminated. The glued or welded reinforcing sheet can be chosen freely in its thickness and film composition. It consists of a very sweat-friendly label foil, which leads to a shorter welding time of the handle loop and thus to an increase in production capacity. The loop handle bag produced by the method according to the invention has a good appearance, since an existing printing is not interrupted by a weld and no wrinkling occurs due to the shrinkage of welds.
  • Forming the superimposed, consisting of plastic strip loop handles and the welding on the inside of the edges of the plastic half slide cloths joined reinforcing tabs can be done for example in the manner as in DE 195 02 228 A1 has been described. Instead of a plate or a separating plate can thus be inserted between the welding areas of the legs of the loop handles as abutment a heatable welding jaw.
  • The invention further relates to carrier bags which have been produced by the process according to the invention.
  • An embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to the drawing. In this shows
  • Fig. 1
a side view of the handle portion of a loop handle carrying bag made by the method according to the invention,
    Fig. 2
a section through the Anschweißbereich two superimposed legs of the loop handles along the line II - II in Fig. 1 .
    Fig. 3
a graphic representation of the manufacturing process of the invention and
    Fig. 4 af
the individual steps of the method according to the invention for the production of loop handle carrying bags in the form of cross sections through the film web, half-tube web and loop handle pocket Fig. 3 ,
  • Starting from the Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is pulled from a content in a non-illustrated Ausaltelgestell retarded film roll 1 a flat sheet of film 2 made of thermoplastic material by means of extraction devices, not shown. This flat lying film web is in cross section in Fig. 4a shown.
  • This flat film web is then folded by a known device, not shown, centrally to a half-tube web 3, as in the section Fig. 4b is apparent. In this half-tube web, a bottom fold 4 is then inserted in a following processing station, the off Fig. 4c is apparent. From the continuous or intermittently preferred semi-tubular web is then the edge region 5 of the upper layer in the off Fig. 4d apparent manner beaten back on itself, so that the inner edge regions of the half-tube path are exposed.
  • From a film roll 6 made of sweat-friendly thermoplastic material is in the Fig. 3 Evidently, a plastic sheet 7 deducted, which is separated by a separating knife 8 in two equal width, lying in a plane tracks. These two webs are provided in a station 9 at their edges with adhesive orders 10, for example, Hotmetlaufträge. The glued webs are then deflected via a rod 11 in the plane of the exposed edge regions. From the glued sheets are then separated in pairs the reinforcing tabs 12 and in the off Fig. 4e apparent manner pressed onto the exposed inner edge regions of the half-tube web, in each case at a distance corresponding to the width of the loop handle carrying bags to be produced. After sticking the reinforcing tabs on the inner edge regions of the half-tube web, the upper edge region 5 in the Fig. 4f reflected manner, so that the reinforcing sheets lie on each other like a dekkungsgleich, in each case in the middle of the later still be separated loop handle carrier bags.
  • In the station 13 of two successive rollers 14, 15 made of thermoplastic plastic superimposed plastic sheets are deducted, of which superimposed gripping strips 14 are separated. These grip strips 14 are formed on top of each other to form U-shaped loop handles 16. The free ends of these loop handles are then slid between the aüfeinanderliegenden reinforcing tabs 12 and welded there by welds, preferably O-shaped welds, with the reinforcing sheets and on this with the edge regions of the half-tube web 3.
  • From the connected in the manner described with loop handles half-tube web then the finished loop handle bag 17 are welded by cross-weld seams. The preferably O-shaped welds 18 are in the out Fig. 2 apparent manner designed so that they connect the free ends of the legs of the loop handles 16 with the edge regions of the half-tube web, through the mediation of the reinforcing tabs 12 of particularly sweat-friendly material. However, a welding of the loop handles only with the slips may be sufficient.
  • In order to prevent welding of the superimposed legs of the handle loops with each other, they are provided with a release layer or between these a separator plate or a designed as a heatable Schweißbakke abutment is inserted during welding.
