- les figures 4A-4E illustrent les différentes étapes de montage d'un essoreur selon l'invention sur l'ensemble de conditionnement et d'application de la figure 3 ; et
- les figures 5A et 5B sont relatives respectivement à un second mode de réalisation et à un troisième mode de réalisation de l'essoreur selon l'invention.
Claims (19)
- Essoreur (10) destiné à équiper un récipient (101) contenant un produit, notamment cosmétique, à appliquer au moyen d'un applicateur, ledit essoreur étant au moins en partie réalisé en un matériau élastiquement déformable, ledit essoreur comprenant un corps (11) dont une partie (21, 22) forme l'organe d'essorage proprement dit, et des moyens (14, 14'-14"') destinés à assurer l'accrochage de l'essoreur (10) sur le récipient (101), lesdits moyens d'accrochage (14, 14'-14"') étant constitués d'au moins une lèvre flexible (14, 14'-14"') s'étendant sur la surface extérieure du corps (11), et dont une première extrémité est rattachée au corps (11) de l'essoreur selon une zone de jonction (16), une seconde extrémité (15) de la lèvre (14, 14'-14"') étant libre, ladite lèvre (14, 14'-14"'), en l'absence de contrainte, formant avec le corps (11) un angle aigu de manière à opposer une résistance à l'introduction de l'essoreur dans le récipient, sensiblement inférieure à la résistance qu'elle oppose lors de son extraction.
- Essoreur (10) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le corps (11) est constitué d'un élément tubulaire (11) comprenant une première extrémité (19) destinée, en position montée de l'essoreur (10) sur le récipient, à être en regard d'un fond (103) du récipient (101), et une seconde extrémité (18), opposée à la première.
- Essoreur (10) selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que ladite zone de jonction (16) est disposée à distance non nulle de ladite première extrémité (19) du corps.
- Essoreur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que ledit angle est compris entre 30° et 60°, et de préférence entre 35° et 55°, et de préférence, d'environ 45°.
- Essoreur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la surface extérieure du corps (11) présente, en regard des moyens d'accrochage (14, 14'-14"'), un renfoncement (17), de manière à réduire encore la résistance opposée à l'introduction de l'essoreur (10) dans le récipient (101) par lesdits moyens d'accrochage (14, 14'-14"').
- Essoreur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5 caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'essorage proprement dit (21, 22) est formé d'un bord intérieur (22) de section réduite de l'élément tubulaire (11), ledit bord intérieur (22) étant à distance non nulle de ladite première extrémité (19).
- Essoreur (10) selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que ledit bord intérieur de section transversale réduite (22) est situé axialement entre la première extrémité (19) et ladite zone de jonction (16), à distance non nulle de cette dernière.
- Essoreur (10) selon la revendication 6 ou 7 caractérisé en ce que ledit bord de section réduite (22) est constitué du bord libre d'une lèvre annulaire (21) inclinée en direction de la première extrémité (19).
- Essoreur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8 caractérisé en ce que la seconde extrémité (18) de l'élément tubulaire (11) forme un rebord (12) apte à venir en appui sur un bord du récipient délimitant une ouverture (105) de ce dernier.
- Essoreur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que, au moins l'organe d'essorage proprement dit (21, 22) ainsi que les moyens d'accrochage (14, 14'-14"'), sont réalisés en un matériau élastiquement déformable.
- Essoreur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que ledit matériau élastiquement déformable est choisi parmi les élastomères thermoplastiques ou réticulés, notamment les EPDM, les caoutchoucs naturels, les élastomères de nitrile, de butyle ou de silicone.
- Essoreur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une première portion (25) réalisée avec un premier matériau, élastiquement déformable, lesdits moyens d'accrochage (14, 14'-14"') ainsi que l'organe d'essorage proprement dit (21, 22) étant disposés sur ladite première portion, et une seconde portion (24) réalisée en un second matériau, différent du premier, ledit essoreur (10) étant réalisé notamment par bi-injection ou surmoulage.
- Essoreur (10) selon la revendication 12 caractérisé en ce que le second matériau est constitué d'une polyoléfine, notamment d'un polypropylène ou d'un polyéthylène.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et d'application (100) d'un produit, notamment cosmétique, ledit ensemble comprenant un récipient (101) contenant le produit, et un organe d'application (109) pour appliquer ledit produit, ledit ensemble étant caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'un essoreur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, ledit essoreur (10) étant apte à être traversé par ledit organe d'application (109) lorsque ce dernier est retiré du récipient, de manière à permettre un dosage de la quantité de produit présent sur l'organe d'application (109).
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce que le récipient (101) est formé d'un corps (102) séparé d'un col (104) par un épaulement (106), un bord libre du col délimitant une ouverture (105) au voisinage de laquelle est monté ledit essoreur (10).
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 15 caractérisé en ce que, en position montée de l'essoreur (10) sur le récipient, les moyens d'accrochage (14, 14'-14"') sont sensiblement en butée contre l'épaulement (106).
- Ensemble (100) selon la revendication 16 caractérisé en ce que, en position montée de l'essoreur (10) sur le récipient (101), les moyens d'accrochage (14, 14'-14"') sont contraints élastiquement.
- Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 17 caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'application (109) est solidaire, via un élément de liaison (108), d'un organe de préhension (107), ledit organe de préhension (107) formant un élément apte à obturer de manière amovible ladite ouverture (105).
- Ensemble (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 18 caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'application (109) est constitué d'un applicateur pour les cils ou les sourcils, notamment sous forme d'une brosse torsadée ou moulée, d'un eye liner, d'un pinceau, d'un bloc de mousse, d'un fritté, d'une plume, ou d'un feutre.
