- the unwinder 1 cuts the sheath 11 with the knife 20 and, on the other hand, seals with the heating element 16 the end of the cut sheath element.
- the heating element 16 is maintained at a temperature corresponding to the melting temperature of at least one of the constituents of the sheath, by a regulation system not falling within the scope of the present invention.
- the operator has thus produced, from the sheath 11 and by a single operation of the oscillating arm 21, a sort of sachet open on one side, by which it is possible to introduce a product to be packaged.
- the operator can reintroduce the unclosed end of the bag into the window 10, so as to place this open end at the welding means 16.
- the user welds the fourth side of the bag and conditions, in a substantially leaktight manner, the product placed inside the packaging obtained from the sheath 11.
- the outlet head 5 comprises a second window 41, called the welding window, disposed above the outlet window 10.
- This welding window 41 is adapted to allow introduction, from the outside of the head, from the part of the packaging intended to be closed by the welding means 16.
- Figs. 5 and 6 illustrate a second alternative embodiment of the unwinder according to the invention which differs from the alternative embodiment described in relation to FIGS. 1 to 4 in that the cutting head 5 comprises a non-return flap 55 placed between the cutting means 15 and the welding means 16.
- One end of this flap 55 is preferably fixed to the arm 21 between the knife 20 and the sealing bar 25, while the other end extends to the window 10, as shown in fig. 5.
- the flap 55 thus extends by its own weight at the lower part of the outlet window 10.
- the flap 55 is made of a flexible material which has a melting temperature higher than the welding temperature of the sheath 11, so as not to be altered by the welding means 15.
- the flap 55 provides a non-return function to prevent access to the cutting means 15 from the outside of the head 5 by the outlet window 10. In fact, taking into account the position of the non-return flap 55, the sheath 11, coming from the coil 2, leaves the window 10 by passing below the flap 55 which then contributes to guiding the sheath 11 up to the window 10.
- the flap 55 limits this introduction, so that the end of the sheath can only be reintroduced into the head 5 up to the level of the means of welding 16. In this way, the flap 55 prevents the reintroduced part of the sheath from being cut by the cutting means 15 and thus avoids the formation of waste which would be liable to cause the groove 22 to jam.
- non-return flap 55 is made of a material which does not affect the efficiency of the welding means 16, so that the sheath coming from the coil 2 is perfectly welded when it is pressed between the heating bar 25 and the counter bar 26 with interposition of the flap 55 between the sheath 11 and the bar 25.
- a second window situated above the outlet window 10 as illustrated in the first variant.
- the outlet head 5 is removable and the body 3 has means for fixing the head 5 adapted to allow mounting of the head according to at least two distinct orientations.
- the head 5 can be adapted on the body 3, so that the coil 2 is placed below the head, as shown in FIG. 1 or, above the head 5, as shown in fig. 4.
- the means for fixing the head 5 to the body 3 can be, for example, constituted by screws, not shown, intended to pass into complementary holes 45 and 46 arranged, respectively, on the body 3 and the head 5 .
- the unwinder 1 can be attached to a support S, such as a wall or the lower part of a benchtop.
- the body 3 comprises means, not shown, for fixing or hooking to the support.

- the tunnel 50 advantageously defines, whatever the orientation of the body 3, a support and guide surface for the sheath 11 and guides the sheath so as to direct it towards the outlet window 10 of the outlet head 5.
- the guide means 6, and in particular the tunnel 50 are integral with the body 3.
- the tunnel 50 is adapted to then extend inside the outlet head 5 up to as close as possible to the cutting means 15.
- the guide means and more particularly the plate 33 and the rollers 30 and 31, are adapted to cause the sheath 11 to travel at an angle, so as to reduce, as much as possible, the 'total footprint of the unwinder 1.
