Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for washing laundry in a countercurrent washing machine, wherein the laundry in a number of in a conveying direction seen consecutive working chambers each one of these is subjected to the associated treatment step, wherein the used Wash liquor passed through the working chambers in countercurrent to the laundry is, and wherein during a treatment step, the intended working chamber is pivoted about a rotation axis reversing. It concerns furthermore a countercurrent washing machine suitable for carrying out the method.
In the industrial washing of laundry, on the one hand a comparatively large amount of laundry to be treated, on the other hand also comparatively complex impurities are safely removed from the laundry should, a so-called countercurrent washing machine is used come. Such a countercurrent washing machine, as for example DE 198 12 386 A1, usually comprises a number of in one Conveying direction for the laundry successive working chambers. These working chambers, which are pivotable about a common axis of rotation are each for receiving a specific amount of laundry and to carry out a chamber-specific treatment step, such as a prewash, a main wash or a rinse. During the washing process The working chambers are reversing about their common axis of rotation panned, d. H. at an angle of less than 360 °, for example by 300 °, turned. In this reversing pivoting movement, supported by the respective chamber wall arranged driving ribs, the laundry intensive moved in the wash liquor.
After expiration of such a wash cycle, the laundry is in each case in the direction of conveyance seen for the laundry next work chamber spent. For this purpose, the countercurrent washing machine a continuous through the working chambers Include conveyor spiral. For further transport of the laundry are doing the working chambers to a full turn, d. H. at an angle of more than 360 °, rotated about its axis of rotation, the transport device onward transport causes the laundry in the next working chamber. There are seen in the conveying direction of the laundry first working chambers usually as Vorwaschkammern, the subsequent working chambers as wash chambers and seen in the conveying direction last working chambers designed as flushing chambers.
The wash liquor becomes common in such a countercurrent washing machine guided against the conveying direction of the laundry through the working chambers. For this purpose, the wash liquor at the output end for the laundry in the countercurrent washing machine fed and flows through holes in the transport device against the conveying direction of the laundry through the working chambers. At the designated as task end for the laundry feed point for the laundry the wash liquor is then removed again. By such a countercurrent principle The laundry comes through the countercurrent washing machine during its transport with increasingly clean wash liquor in contact.
Especially in the design of such a countercurrent washing machine for the Treatment of relatively heavily soiled, for example, oily, laundry a particularly high washing and rinsing performance is a design target. It is desirable, in terms of a particularly high washing and rinsing a reliable washing result with the least possible use of washing water and detergents.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a method for washing Indicate washing in a countercurrent washing machine of the type mentioned above, with a particularly high washing and rinsing and thus in particular a comparatively low water requirement is achievable. In addition, one for the Carrying out the method particularly suitable countercurrent washing machine be specified.
With regard to the method, this object is achieved according to the invention by that at each pivoting cycle in each case a part of the located in this working chamber Wash liquor separated or skimmed off, via the pivoting movement of the Working chamber spent in an upper area of this working chamber and from there again the remaining wash liquor is added.
The invention is based on the consideration that for a particularly high Washing or rinsing power available in the respective working chamber Fleet should be exploited to a particularly high degree. Therefore The should be attached to the laundry to be washed with dirt dissolved particularly high efficiency of the laundry and brought into the wash liquor or emulsified into it. A high transfer rate of soiling into the wash liquor is basically by the provision a comparatively high amount of wash liquor, so a comparatively large amount of water, possible. But also at a comparatively lower Amount of water a high transfer rate when removing contaminants From the laundry and their introduction to the wash liquor should be a comparatively high differential speed between wash water and laundry fibers be provided because such a high differential speed due to the shearing action of the water flowing past the fiber with detergents a particularly favorable separation of the contaminants caused by the respective fiber. A comparatively high differential speed between laundry and water is already existing in existing plants achieved that on the driver the laundry within the respective working chamber lifted out of the wash liquor and from elevated position in the wash liquor is thrown back. An additional increase in mechanical Contributions to the washing effect is now achieved by adding still in the respective working chamber a part of the fleet in a position above transported to the laundry to be treated and from there using the gravitational Acceleration is poured on the laundry to be treated.
Such an increase in efficiency or flushing performance can both in intended for the actual washing of the laundry working chambers, ie in Prewash or wash chambers, as well as designed for rinsing the laundry Working chambers or rinsing chambers may be provided. The as wash chambers provided working chambers may be in a countercurrent washing machine double-walled, with one between an inner, perforated Drum wall and a surrounding outer wall of the respective working chamber existing space usually for feeding the wash liquor with detergents or other media, or also used for removal Components of the wash liquor is provided. In such a double-walled designed working chamber is the now planned increase the washing performance achievable in a particularly favorable manner, by advantageously Embodiment of the part of the wash liquor in a number of between the perforated inner drum wall and the surrounding outer wall arranged Scoop pocket is cached.
In a possibly single-walled, designed as a rinsing chamber Working chamber, the intermediate storage of the part of the wash liquor, however expediently arranged in a number of outside of the drum wall Scoop bags.
With regard to the countercurrent washing machine which is particularly suitable for carrying out the method the task is solved by at least one Working chamber has a number of scoop pockets, the wash liquor side communicate with the interior of the respective working chamber such that in a starting position, a part of the washing liquor located in this working chamber overflowed into the respective scoop pocket, in this scoop pocket over the Pivoting movement of the working chamber in an upper space region of the working chamber is promoted and from there back into the interior of the working chamber flowing back.
Such a configuration is during a wash cycle, ie during the reversing swinging back and forth of the respective working chamber, allows caching of a portion of the wash liquor in a scoop pocket. As a result of the further pivoting of the working chamber enters the in the scoop pocket cached part of the wash liquor in a opposite the laundry elevated position and pours from there under appropriate Speed increase due to gravity on the in the working chamber located laundry.
For a particularly favorable casting effect the scoop pockets are advantageously each on the outside of the associated working chamber defining Drum wall arranged. To ensure a reliable overflow of the Part of the wash liquor in the scoop pocket in and out of this again To ensure is in a further or alternative advantageous embodiment of the respective scoop pocket and the associated working chamber common Intermediate wall element over a large area, preferably substantially completely, as Perforated sheet formed. By such a configuration is ensured in particular that on the perforations in the perforated plate a large area Bedarfsweiser Transfer of the wash liquor from the working chamber into the scoop pocket and back is possible. On the other hand, the perforated plate ensures a sufficient Stability, so that the laundry to be washed reliably in the interior of the respective Working chamber is retained.
A trained as a wash chamber working chamber can already have a Double wall structure with a limiting the interior of the working chamber, continuously designed as a perforated wall drum wall and with a surrounding this Have outer wall. In such a working chamber is the Providing the scoop pockets in a particularly simple way possible by in an advantageous development of the respective drum wall and they surrounding outer wall formed gap to form the Schöpfaschen a number of chamber plates are arranged.
The quantitative extent of the additionally accessible via the scoop pockets Washers or the traceable on the scoop pockets increases in Efficiency or washing performance are essentially conditioned by the geometric dimensions of the pocket pockets, especially compared to the dimensions of the working chambers and the usual operating conditions in the treatment of the wash liquor, in particular by their flow rate. A particularly far-reaching increase in efficiency is achievable, in an advantageous embodiment of a working chamber over its circumference distributed about eight to twelve, preferably ten, scoop pockets are assigned. The or each scoop pocket is expediently in the circumferential direction of associated with a working chamber bounded by a pair of chamber plates, with respect to a predetermined by the axis of rotation vertex an opening angle of 10 ° to 20 °, preferably of about 15 °, form. The scoop pockets are in the rest position of the associated working chamber seen, advantageously arranged substantially in the lower outer area.
The further transport of the laundry from a working chamber in the direction of conveyance seen next working chamber can by any suitable Funds are made. Advantageously, however, for the further transport of the laundry provided the working chambers sequentially continuous transport spiral.
The advantages achieved by the invention are in particular that by the lifting pockets made possible by the scoop pockets to a position above the laundry and the subsequent pouring of this Part of the wash liquor on the laundry an additional contribution to the differential speed between wash liquor and laundry is provided. This is the result mechanical contribution to the washing result, ie the removal of impurities from the fibers as a result of a shearing action due to passing wash liquor, significantly increased compared to known countercurrent washing systems. Especially can be raised in the meantime and from elevated position the laundry cast wash liquor a new, radial speed contribution be associated with the appropriate geometric design in comparison effectively magnified, for example, the prevailing axial velocity contribution increased by a factor of 6 to 8, is. Depending on the degree of soiling and type of laundry to be washed and composition and quantity As a result, the wash liquor used can be a gain of the Washing or rinsing capacity by up to 60% with all the resulting savings, for example, for the washing water used, give.

An
The
In
The working
2 ebenfalls befindlichen Waschflotte in relativer Bewegung gehalten,
During operation of the
For a good washing result is provided, inter alia, at comparatively

jeweils in Förderrichtung x gesehen nachfolgende Arbeitskammer 2 verbracht
wird. After completion of a wash cycle, so after performing the turn

To further increase the mechanical contribution to the washing effect and
so that the washing or rinsing power at comparatively low water demand
To further increase, a number of the working
One designed as a
großflächig mit dem Innenraum der jeweiligen Waschkammer 8.In the embodiment of FIG. 2, seen in the rest position of the associated working
In Fig. 2a, the
After a similar mode of action is also in the rinsing 10 a
Part of the wash liquor separated during pivoting and in a compared to
Laundry promoted 40 elevated position. As can be seen from FIGS. 3a and 3b,
However, the
The mode of action of the rinsing
