Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum ein- oder beidseitigen Auftragen eines flüssigen Mediums auf eine laufende Warenbahn, insbesondere Kartonbahn, mita) wenigstens einer Walze (1, 1a), die die Bahn stütztb) wenigstens einem zwischen der Walze (1, 1a) und der jeweiligen Seite der Warenbahn (3) bestehenden Zwickel (Z, Za)c) wenigstens einer Zufuhreinrichtung (5, 5a) für das Auftragsmedium (M), wobei die Zufuhreinrichtung (5, 5a) einen Dosierkörper (12, 12a) mit Abgabeöffnung (15, 15a) aufweist, welche in den Zwickel (Z, Za) hineinragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßd) der Dosierkörper (12, 12a) im Bereich seiner Abgabeöffnung (15, 15a) so ausgebildet ist, daß eine definierte Auftragskammer (14, 14a) besteht zur Abgabe des Auftragsmediums (M) an die laufende Warenbahn (3) in annähernd orthogonaler Richtung. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Dosierkörper (12, 12a) mit einem austauschbaren und an die Größe und Form des Zwickels (Z, Za) anpassbaren Aufsatz (13, 13a), der auch die Auftragskammer (14, 14a) enthält, versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Auftragskammer (14, 14a) in minimalem Abstand zur laufenden Warenbahn (3, 3a) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Auftragskammer (14, 14a) mittig mit wenigstens einer Abgabedüse (15, 15a) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die wenigstens eine Abgabedüse (15, 15a) als Sprühdüse ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mehrere getrennt voneinander beaufschlagbare Sprühdüsen (15, 15a), vorzugsweise in mehrere Ebenen angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Auftragskammer (14, 14a) von seitlichen Wänden, insbesondere Wülsten (18) begrenzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Auftragskammer (14, 14a) in ihrer Größe und der in ihr herrschende Druck veränderbar ist durch Verstellbarkeit der seitlichen Wülste (18, 18a). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Zufuhreinrichtung (5, 5a) und/oder der Dosierkörper (12, 12a) und/oder die Auftragskammer (14, 14a) höhenverstellbar und/oder schwenkbar ausgebildet sind.
