Abstract

Eine Reinigungsvorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Hohlraumes, ins- besondere eines Innenraumes einer Großküchen- oder Bäckereianlage weist erste Mittel zum lediglich zeitweisen Einsatz der Reinigungsvorrichtung im Hohlraum und zweite Mittel zum selbständigen Ausführen eines Reinigungsprogrammes im eingesetzten Zustand auf. Mit einer solchen Reinigungsvorrichtung und einem entsprechenden Verfahren hierzu können Hohlräume nacheinander und ständig wiederkehrend besonders günstig gereinigt werden.
