Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fördereinrichtung für Bogenlagen (33), mit wenigstens zwei hintereinander angeordneten Fördervorrichtungen (23, 24), von denen die in Förderrichtung vordere Fördervorrichtung (24) eine niedrigere Geschwindigkeit als die hintere aufweist, wobei wenigstens eine Ionisiereinrichtung (30, 31) umfaßt ist, mittels der die Bogenlagen (33) elektrostatisch aufladbar sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Fördereinrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß im Bereich der vorderen Fördervorrichtung (24) eine Saugeinrichtung (34) angeordnet ist, mittels der die Bogenlagen (33) in wenigstens einem Bereich der Bogenlagen (33) mit Saugluft (35) beaufschlagbar sind. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zeichnet sich durch die folgenden Verfahrensschritte aus:

  • elektrostatisches Aufladen der Bogenlagen (33),
  • Transportieren der aufgeladenen Bogenlagen (33) in einen Überlappbereich (26), in dem in Transportrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Bogenlagen (33) zur Überlappung gebracht werden, und
  • Beaufschlagen der zur Überlappung zu bringenden Bogenlagen (33) am in Förderrichtung hinteren Ende der Bogenlagen mit Saugluft (35), um diese auf eine Geschwindigkeit zu bringen, die in etwa derjenigen entspricht, mit der die schon zur Überlappung gebrachten Bogenlagen (33) transportiert werden.
