Claims (25)
- Steckverbindung für eine Leitung, insbesondere Busleitung, zur Energieund/oder Datenübertragung, umfassend eine rohrförmige Metallbuchse (2) und einen ebenfalls rohrförmigen Steckerteil (1) mit einer inneren Metallhülse (12), einem diese umgreifenden Gehäusemantel (20) und einem äußeren Betätigungsring (29), wobei im Kupplungszustand ein Stützrohrteil (16) der Metallhülse (12) in einem Führungsteil (4) der Metallbuchse (2) spielfrei gelagert ist und mindestens ein durch Verschieben des Betätigungsrings (29) lösbarer Schnapphaken (26) des Gehäusemantels (20) in eine Rastausnehmung (10) der Metallbuchse (2) eingreift.
- Steckverbindung nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallbuchse (2) einen dem Führungsteil (4) vorgelagerten Aufnahmeteil (3) für den Eingriff eines sich an den Stützrohrteil (16) anschließenden Lagerteils (15) der Metallhülse (12) aufweist und dass der Innendurchmesser des Aufnahmeteils (3) gleich oder nur etwas größer ist als der äußere Durchmesser des Lagerteils (15).
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Durchmesser des Stützrohrteils (16) der Metallhülse (12) kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser des Führungsteils (4) der Metallbuchse (2).
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Durchmesser des Aufnahmeteils (3) größer ist als der Innendurchmesser des Führungsteils (4) der Metallbuchse (2).
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Durchmesser des Lagerteils (15) der Metallhülse (12) größer ist als der äußere Durchmesser des Stützrohrteils (16).
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Lagerteil (15) der Metallhülse (12) und dem Aufnahmeteil (3) der Metallbuchse (2) ein Dichtring (19) vorgesehen ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtring (19) in einer Nut (18) des Lagerteils (15) oder des Aufnahmeteils (3) gelagert ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallbuchse (2) ein Außengewinde (9) und einen Anschlagbund (7) mit einer Aufnahme (8) für eine Dichtung aufweist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagbund (7) der Metallbuchse (2) etwa im Bereich zwischen dem Aufnahmeteil (3) und dem Führungsteil (4) angeordnet und das Außengewinde (9) an der der Aufnahme (8) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Anschlagbundes (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallbuchse (2) ein sich an den Führungsteil (4) anschlieäendes Rohrstück (6) aufweist und dass zwischen dem Führungsteil (4) und dem Rohrstück (6) innen ein ringförmiger Steg (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastausnehmung (10) in der Wand des Aufnahmeteils (3) der Metallbuchse (2) bevorzugt als Ringnut ausgebildet ist und dass der Rastausnehmung (10) eine Auflaufschräge (11) für den Schnapphaken (26) vorgelagert ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Metallhülse (12) des Steckerteils (1) mit einem an dem dem Stützrohrteil (16) abgewandten Endbereich ausgebildeten Gewinde (13) in ein Innengewinde (22) des Gehäusemantels (20) einschraubbar ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusemantel (20) mit einer Schulter (23) an einem Bund (14) der Metallhülse (12) abgestützt ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusemantel (20) mindestens einen, vorzugsweise vier am Umfang verteilt angeordnete Rasthaken (24) aufweist, der ein Widerlager (31) des Betätigungsrings (29) hintergreift.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsring (29) einen bevorzugt ringförmigen, den Schnapphaken (26) untergreifenden Entriegelungsteil (30) aufweist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schnapphaken (26) eine Gleitschräge (28) aufweist, die mit einer Führungsschräge (33) des Entriegelungsteils (30) korrespondiert.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schnapphaken (26) paarweise ausgebildet ist und dass bevorzugt vier am Umfang des Gehäusemantels (20) verteilt angeordnete Schnapphakenpaare vorgesehen sind.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rasthaken (24) kürzer sind als die Schnapphaken (26) und in Abständen zwischen zwei Schnapphakenpaaren je ein Rasthaken (24) angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusemantel (20) mit den Rasthaken (24) und Schnapphaken (26) sowie der Betätigungsring (29) mit dem Entriegelungsteil (30) aus schlagfestem Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Metallhülse (12) des Steckerteils (1) ein Lichtleiter (39), eine elektrische Spule (40), Leiteranschlüsse (42) und ein die Spule (40) umfassendes Ferritgehäuse (41) angeordnet sind und in der Metallbuchse (2) ein Lichtleitstab (34), ein diesen umhüllender Ferritkern (35), eine diesen umfassende Elektrospule (36), Anschlusskontakte (38) und ein Ferritabschlussring (37) sich befinden.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lichtleiter (39), die Spule (40) und das Ferritgehäuse (41) in dem Stützrohrteil (16) der Metallhülse (12) und der Lichtleitstab (34) mit dem Ferritkern (35) und der Elektrospule (36) in dem Führungsteil (4) der Metallbuchse (2) vorgesehen sind.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ferritabschlussring (37) in dem ringförmigen Steg (5) der Metallbuchse (2) angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lichtleitstab (34) mit dem Ferritkern (35) und der Elektrospule (36) fingerförmig gestaltet ist und in einen von der Spule (40) und dem Ferritgehäuse (41) begrenzten zylindrischen Raum (43) eingreift.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie im Sinne des Explosionsschutzes druckfest gekapselt oder in erhöhter Sicherheit oder als Vergusskapselung ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbindung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie im Sinne des Explosionsschutzes eigensicher ausgebildet ist.
