- Merkmalsdaten von einer der Datenerfassungseinrichtungen empfängt,
- die den empfangenen Merkmalsdaten zugehörige Datengruppe DG ermittelt, die erste Daten DG-1 und zweite Daten DG-2 umfaßt,
- erste Zeitdaten festlegt, die einem ersten Zeitpunkt (T1) zugeordnet sind, der dem Zeitpunkt der Datenerfassung der Merkmalsdaten entspricht,
- einen Datensatz DS-Z anlegt, der die Merkmalsdaten und die ersten Zeitdaten umfaßt,
- bestimmte erste Daten DG-1 der Datengruppe DG und die ersten Zeitdaten an eine ausgewählte Verarbeitungseinheit überträgt,
- zweite Zeitdaten festlegt, die einem späteren Zeitpunkt (T2) zugeordnet sind, und
- bestimmte zweite Daten DG-2 der Datengruppe DG und die zweiten Zeitdaten an die Verarbeitungseinheit überträgt, und
- die ersten Daten DG-1 und die ersten Zeitdaten empfängt,
- auf der Basis der empfangenen ersten Daten DG-1 und der ersten Zeitdaten einen Datensatz DS-V anlegt, und
- nach Empfang der zweiten Daten DG-2 und der zweiten Zeitdaten diese und den Datensatz DS-V automatisch nach merkmals- und zeitbezogenen Kriterien auswertet.

- eine oder mehrere Verarbeitungseinheiten mit einem dritten Speicherbereich zum Speichern von Datensätzen DS-V,
- eine Datenübertragungseinrichtung, die Daten zwischen den Datenerfassungseinrichtungen und der Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung sowie zwischen der Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung und den Verarbeitungseinheiten überträgt, wobei
- (a) Merkmalsdaten von einer der Datenerfassungseinrichtungen empfängt,
- (b) in dem ersten Speicherbereich eine den empfangenen Merkmalsdaten zugehörige Datengruppe DG ermittelt,
- (c) die Zugangsberechtigung der empfangenen Merkmalsdaten für die ermittelte Datengruppe DG überprüft,
- (d) durch einen Timer erste Zeitdaten festlegt, die einem Anfangszeitpunkt (T1) zugeordnet sind, der dem Zeitpunkt der Datenerfassung der Merkmalsdaten entspricht,
- (e) in dem zweiten Speicherbereich einen Datensatz DS-Z anlegt, der die Merkmalsdaten und die ersten Zeitdaten umfaßt,
- (f) bestimmte erste Daten DG-1 der Datengruppe DG und die ersten Zeitdaten an eine ausgewählte Verarbeitungseinheit überträgt,
- (g) nach Erhalt eines Auswertebefehls (A) durch den Timer zweite Zeitdaten festlegt, die einem Auswertezeitpunkt (T2) zugeordnet sind, und
- (h) bestimmte zweite Daten DG-2 der Datengruppe DG und die zweiten Zeitdaten an die Verarbeitungseinheit überträgt, und
- (i) die ersten Daten DG-1 und die ersten Zeitdaten empfängt,
- (j) auf der Basis der empfangenen ersten Daten DG-1 und der ersten Zeitdaten in dem dritten Speicherbereich einen Datensatz DS-V anlegt, und
- (k) nach Empfang der zweiten Daten DG-2 und der zweiten Zeitdaten diese und den Datensatz DS-V automatisch nach merkmals- und zeitbezogenen Kriterien unter Berücksichtigung der Zeitdauer zwischen dem Anfangszeitpunkt (T1) und dem Auswertezeitpunkt (T2) auswertet.

- Übertragen von bestimmten zweiten Daten DG-2 der Datengruppe DG und der zweiten Zeitdaten an die Verarbeitungseinheit, und
- automatisches Auswerten der empfangenen zweiten Daten DG-2 und der zweiten Zeitdaten sowie des Datensatzes DS-V durch die Verarbeitungseinheit nach merkmals- und zeitbezogenen Kriterien.
Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum automatischen Management von merkmalsbezogenen Daten (Merkmalsdaten) und zeitbezogenen Daten (Zeitdaten), die aufweist:mehrere Datenerfassungseinrichtungen (2), die Merkmalsdaten erfassen,eine oder mehrere Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtungen (5), die den Merkmalsdaten zugeordnete Datengruppen DG (DG1, DG2, ..., DGn) speichern,eine oder mehrere Verarbeitungseinheiten (9),eine Datenübertragungseinrichtung (12), die Daten zwischen den Datenerfassungseinrichtungen (2) und der Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) sowie zwischen der Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) und den Verarbeitungseinheiten (9) überträgt, wobeiMerkmalsdaten von einer der Datenerfassungseinrichtungen (2) empfängt,die den empfangenen Merkmalsdaten zugehörige Datengruppe DG ermittelt, die erste Daten DG-1 und zweite Daten DG-2 umfaßt,erste Zeitdaten festlegt, die einem ersten Zeitpunkt (T1) zugeordnet sind, der dem Zeitpunkt der Datenerfassung der Merkmalsdaten entspricht,einen Datensatz DS-Z anlegt, der die Merkmalsdaten und die ersten Zeitdaten umfaßt,bestimmte erste Daten DG-1 der Datengruppe DG und die ersten Zeitdaten an eine ausgewählte Verarbeitungseinheit (9) überträgt,zweite Zeitdaten festlegt, die einem späteren Zeitpunkt (T2) zugeordnet sind, undbestimmte zweite Daten DG-2 der Datengruppe DG und die zweiten Zeitdaten an die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) überträgt, unddie ersten Daten DG-1 und die ersten Zeitdaten empfängt,auf der Basis der empfangenen ersten Daten DG-1 und der ersten Zeitdaten einen Datensatz DS-V anlegt, undnach Empfang der zweiten Daten DG-2 und der zweiten Zeitdaten diese und den Datensatz DS-V automatisch nach merkmals- und zeitbezogenen Kriterien auswertet (Fig. 1).
- Vorrichtung zum automatischen Management von merkmalsbezogenen Daten (Merkmalsdaten) und zeitbezogenen Daten (Zeitdaten), die aufweist:mehrere Datenerfassungseinrichtungen (2), die Merkmalsdaten erfassen,eine oder mehrere Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtungen (5) mit einem ersten Speicherbereich (6) zum Speichern von den Merkmalsdaten zugeordneten Datengruppen DG (DG1, DG2, ..., DGn), die jeweils erste Daten DG-1 und zweite Daten DG-2 umfassen, und einem zweiten Speicherbereich (7) zum Speichern von Datensätzen DS-Z,eine oder mehrere Verarbeitungseinheiten (9) mit einem Speicherbereich (10) zum Speichern von Datensätzen DS-V,eine Datenübertragungseinrichtung (12), die Daten zwischen den Datenerfassungseinrichtungen (2) und der Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) sowie zwischen der Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) und den Verarbeitungseinheiten (9) überträgt, wobei(a) Merkmalsdaten von einer der Datenerfassungseinrichtungen (2) empfängt,(b) in dem ersten Speicherbereich (6) eine den empfangenen Merkmalsdaten zugehörige Datengruppe DG ermittelt,(c) die Zugangsberechtigung der empfangenen Merkmalsdaten für die ermittelte Datengruppe DG überprüft,(d) durch einen Timer (8) erste Zeitdaten festlegt, die einem Anfangszeitpunkt (T1) zugeordnet sind, der dem Zeitpunkt der Datenerfassung der Merkmalsdaten entspricht,(e) in dem zweiten Speicherbereich (7) einen Datensatz DS-Z anlegt, der die Merkmalsdaten und die ersten Zeitdaten umfaßt,(f) bestimmte erste Daten DG-1 der Datengruppe DG und die ersten Zeitdaten an eine ausgewählte Verarbeitungseinheit (9) überträgt,(g) nach Erhalt eines Auswertebefehls (A) durch den Timer (8) zweite Zeitdaten festlegt, die einem Auswertezeitpunkt (T2) zugeordnet sind, und(h) bestimmte zweite Daten DG-2 der Datengruppe DG und die zweiten Zeitdaten an die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) überträgt, und(i) die ersten Daten DG-1 und die ersten Zeitdaten empfängt,(j) auf der Basis der empfangenen ersten Daten DG-1 und der ersten Zeitdaten in dem Speicherbereich (10) einen Datensatz DS-V anlegt, und(k) nach Empfang der zweiten Daten DG-2 und der zweiten Zeitdaten diese und den Datensatz DS-V automatisch nach merkmals- und zeitbezogenen Kriterien unter Berücksichtigung der Zeitdauer zwischen dem Anfangszeitpunkt (T1) und dem Auswertezeitpunkt (T2) auswertet (Fig. 1).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eines oder eine Kombination der folgenden Merkmale:die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) ermittelt die Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2), von der die erfaßten Merkmalsdaten stammen, und wählt unter Berücksichtigung der ermittelten Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2) eine Verarbeitungseinheit (9) zur Übertragung der Daten aus;die Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2) überträgt zusätzlich zu den erfaßten Merkmalsdaten eine Absenderkennung, anhand derer die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) eine Verarbeitungseinheit (9) zur Übertragung der Daten auswählt;die Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2) überträgt zusätzlich zu den erfaßten Merkmalsdaten eine Adressatenkennung, anhand derer die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) eine Verarbeitungseinheit (9) zur Übertragung der Daten auswählt;die automatische Auswertung durch die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der ersten Zeitdaten und der zweiten Zeitdaten;die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) legt die zweiten Zeitdaten nach Erhalt eines Auswertebefehls (A) fest;die Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2) erfaßt den Auswertebefehl (A) und überträgt ihn an die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5);die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) fügt die zweiten Zeitdaten dem Datensatz DS-Z hinzu;die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) fügt die empfangenen zweiten Daten DG-2 und die zweiten Zeitdaten dem Datensatz DS-V hinzu;die Merkmalsdaten umfassen personenbezogene Daten (Personendaten) und/oder sachbezogene Daten (Sachdaten);die Merkmalsdaten umfassen Identitätsdaten (I) und einen Zugangsberechtigungscode (Z);die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) überprüft nach Empfang von Merkmalsdaten die Zugangsberechtigung der empfangenen Daten für die ermittelte Datengruppe DG;die Zugangsberechtigung wird durch einen Vergleich erfaßter Merkmalsdaten (Z) mit in der ermittelten Datengruppe DG gespeicherten Daten (Z') überprüft;die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) überträgt nur bei Vorliegen der Zugangsberechtigung Daten an die Verarbeitungseinheit (9);die Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2) weist ein Kartenlesegerät (3), das die Identitätsdaten (I) von einer Datenkarte (1) liest, und eine Eingabeeinheit (4) auf, die den Zugangsberechtigungscode (Z) erfaßt;die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) weist einen Timer (8) auf, der die ersten und zweiten Zeitpunkte (T1, T2) vorgibt;die ersten Zeitdaten umfassen Daten zu einem Anfangszeitpunkt (T1) und die zweiten Zeitdaten umfassen Daten zu einem Auswertezeitpunkt (T2);die automatische Auswertung durch die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung der Zeitdauer zwischen dem Anfangszeitpunkt (T1) und dem Auswertezeitpunkt (T2);die Datengruppen DG (DG1, DG2,..., DGn) werden bei der erstmaligen Datenerfassung der zugehörigen Merkmalsdaten von der Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) erzeugt;die Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2) weist eine Ausgabeeinheit (14) auf, die in der Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) gespeicherte Datensätze DS-Z anzeigt;die Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2) erfaßt den Auswertebefehl (A) durch Lesen der Datenkarte (1);die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) weist eine Ausgabeeinrichtung (11) auf, die das Ergebnis der automatischen Auswertung ausgibt und insbesondere anzeigt;die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) weist eine Eingabeeinheit (13) zur Eingabe zusätzlicher verarbeitungsrelevanter Daten (DX) auf;die Zeitdauer (ZD) zwischen dem Erfassen der Identitätsdaten (I) und dem Erfassen des Zugangsberechtigungscodes (Z) wird ermittelt und die Zugangsberechtigung wird festgestellt, wenn die Zeitdauer (ZD) eine vorgegebene Zeitdauer nicht überschreitet, wobei andernfalls die Identitätsdaten (I) gesperrt werden;die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) erzeugt eine Transaktionsnummer (TN), die einem Datensatz DS-Z zugeordnet ist;die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) ordnet eine Datengruppe DG mehreren unterschiedlichen Merkmalsdaten zu;die Datenübertragung über die Datenübertragungseinrichtung (12) erfolgt verschlüsselt;die Datenübertragung erfolgt über das Internet als Datenübertragungseinrichtung (12), vorzugsweise nach einem TCP/IP-Übertragungsprotokoll;die Datenkarte (1) ist als elektronisch lesbare Magnet- oder Chipkarte ausgebildet;die Datenkarte (1) wird in einem Kartenlesegerät eines Zutrittsberechtigungssystems gelesen und für die Ermittlung einer Zutrittsberechtigung berücksichtigt;die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) weist einen ersten Speicherbereich (6) zum Speichern der Datengruppen DG (DG1, DG2,..., DGn) und einen zweiten Speicherbereich (7) zum Speichern der Datensätze DS-Z auf;die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) weist einen Speicherbereich (10) zum Speichern der Datensätze DS-V auf.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 als Erfassungs- und Abrechnungssystem für Dienst- und Serviceleistungen, insbesondere als Hotelbuchungs- und -abrechnungssystem.
- Verfahren zum automatischen Management von merkmalsbezogenen Daten (Merkmalsdaten) und zeitbezogenen Daten (Zeitdaten), das folgende Schritte umfaßt:Erfassen von Merkmalsdaten durch eine Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2),Empfangen der Merkmalsdaten durch eine Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5),Ermitteln einer den empfangenen Merkmalsdaten zugehörigen Datengruppe DG,Festlegen von ersten Zeitdaten, die einem ersten Zeitpunkt (T1) zugeordnet sind, der dem Zeitpunkt der Datenerfassung der Merkmalsdaten entspricht,Anlegen eines Datensatzes DS-Z, der die Merkmalsdaten und die ersten Zeitdaten umfaßt,Übertragen von bestimmten ersten Daten DG-1 der Datengruppe DG und der ersten Zeitdaten an eine ausgewählte Verarbeitungseinheit (9),Empfangen der ersten Daten DG-1 und der ersten Zeitdaten durch die Verarbeitungseinheit (9),Anlegen eines Datensatzes DS-V auf der Basis der empfangenen ersten Daten DG-1 und der ersten Zeitdaten,Festlegen von zweiten Zeitdaten, die einem späteren Zeitpunkt (T2) zugeordnet sind, durch die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5),Übertragen von bestimmten zweiten Daten DG-2 der Datengruppe DG und der zweiten Zeitdaten an die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) undautomatisches Auswerten der empfangenen zweiten Daten DG-2 und der zweiten Zeitdaten sowie des Datensatzes DS-V durch die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) nach merkmals- und zeitbezogenen Kriterien.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere der folgenden Schritte ausgeführt werden:Ermitteln derjenigen Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2), von der die erfaßten Merkmalsdaten stammen, und Auswählen einer Verarbeitungseinheit (9) zur Übertragung der Daten unter Berücksichtigung der ermittelten Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2);Übertragen einer Absenderkennung zusätzlich zu den erfaßten Merkmalsdaten, anhand derer die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) eine Verarbeitungseinheit (9) zur Übertragung der Daten auswählt;Übertragen einer Adressatenkennung zusätzlich zu den erfaßten Merkmalsdaten, anhand derer die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5) eine Verarbeitungseinheit (9) zur Übertragung der Daten auswählt;Automatisches Auswerten durch die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) unter Berücksichtigung der ersten Zeitdaten und der zweiten Zeitdaten;Festlegen der zweiten Zeitdaten nach Erhalt eines Auswertebefehls (A);Erfassen des Auswertebefehls (A) von der Datenerfassungseinrichtung (2) und Übertragen des Auswertebefehls (A) an die Zentralverarbeitungseinrichtung (5);Hinzufügen der zweiten Zeitdaten zu dem Datensatz DS-Z;Hinzufügen der empfangenen zweiten Daten DG-2 und der zweiten Zeitdaten zu dem Datensatz DS-V;Prüfen der Zugangsberechtigung der empfangenen Merkmalsdaten für die ermittelte Datengruppe DG;Prüfen der Zugangsberechtigung durch einen Vergleich erfaßter Merkmalsdaten (Z) mit in der ermittelten Datengruppe DG gespeicherten Daten (Z');Übertragen von Daten an die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) nur bei vorliegender Zugangsberechtigung;Automatisches Auswerten durch die Verarbeitungseinheit (9) unter Berücksichtigung der Zeitdauer zwischen dem Anfangszeitpunkt (T1) und dem Auswertezeitpunkt (T2);Erzeugen der Datengruppen DG (DG1, DG2, ... DGn) bei der erstmaligen Datenerfassung der zugehörigen Merkmalsdaten;Ermittlen der Zeitdauer (ZD) zwischen dem Erfassen der Identitätsdaten (I) und dem Erfassen des Zugangsberechtigungscodes (Z) und Feststellen der Zugangsberechtigung, wenn die Zeitdauer (ZD) eine vorgegebene Zeitdauer nicht überschreitet, wobei andernfalls die Identitätsdaten (I) gesperrt werden;Erzeugen einer Transaktionsnummer (TN), die einem Datensatz DS-Z zugeordnet ist;Zuordnen einer Datengruppe DG zu mehreren unterschiedlichen Merkmalsdaten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei die Merkmalsdaten personenbezogene Daten (Personendaten), sachbezogene Daten (Sachdaten), Identitätsdaten (I) und/oder einen Zugangsberechtigungscode (Z) umfassen.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, wobei die ersten Zeitdaten Daten zu einem Anfangszeitpunkt (T1) und die zweiten Zeitdaten Daten zu einem Auswertezeitpunkt (T2) umfassen.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, wobei die Datenübertragung über das Internet, vorzugsweise nach einem TCP/IP-Übertragungsprotokoll, und gegebenenfalls verschlüsselt vorgenommen wird.
- Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 9 als Erfassungs- und Abrechnungssystem oder in Erfassungs- und Abrechnungssystemen für Dienst- und Serviceleistungen, insbesondere als Hotelbuchungs- und -abrechnungssystem.
