Claims (7)

  1. Couvercle de carter (1, 11, 17) pour moteurs à combustion interne constitué d'au moins une couche métallique (4, 13, 19), en particulier une tôle, avec un élément d'étanchéité vulcanisé à action statique (2, 16) dans la face de bride de couvercle (9) qui fait saillie vers l'extérieur axialement au-dessus du couvercle de carter (1, 11, 17), caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de carter (1, 11, 17) est réalisé sous forme d'écran thermique de sorte que l'élément d'étanchéité (2, 16) est protégé contre une surchauffe provenant d'un rayonnement thermique extérieur.
  2. Couvercle de carter selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de carter (1) est constitué de deux tôles disposées l'une sur l'autre (4, 5) et en ce qu'une tôle dentée (3) est disposée entre les tôles, tôle dentée dont les dents sont pressées localement à des profondeurs différentes dans les surfaces des plaques de montage (4, 5) de sorte que la tôle dentée (3) sert d'entretoise pour les tôles (4, 5).
  3. Couvercle de carter selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de carter (11) est constitué de deux tôles disposées l'une sur l'autre (13, 14) et en ce qu'une couche d'isolation (12) est disposée entre les tôles (13, 14), les tôles (13, 14) étant disposées en contact l'une sur l'autre dans la zone de la face de bride de couvercle (15).
  4. Couvercle de carter selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de carter (17) est constitué de deux tôles disposées l'une sur l'autre (19, 20) et en ce que la couche d'isolation (18) disposée entre les tôles (19, 20) est de l'air, les tôles (19, 20) étant disposées en contact l'une sur l'autre dans la zone de la face de bride de couvercle.
  5. Couvercle de carter selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de carter (17) est constitué de deux tôles disposées l'une sur l'autre (19, 20), la tôle (20) qui est disposée à l'opposé de la face de montage étant déformée en formant au moins une nervure (21).
  6. Couvercle de carter selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de carter est constitué de deux tôles disposées l'une sur l'autre et en ce que des entretoises, des colliers de serrage ou des dispositifs de ce genre, au moyen desquels les tôles sont espacées, sont disposés entre les tôles.
  7. Couvercle de carter selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de carter (1, 11, 17) est constitué de deux matières différentes disposées l'une sur l'autre, la matière (5, 14, 20) disposée à l'opposé de la surface de montage étant un métal thermo-réfléchissant.
