Abstract
Ein Verfahren zur Honbearbeitung schlägt vor, mit einem Dornhonwerkzeug entweder gleich oder im Anschluss an ein Dornhonen mit dem gleichen Werkzeug eine Nachbearbeitung durchzuführen, bei der das Verhältnis von Hubgeschwindigkeit zu Drehzahl des Werkzeugs deutlich erhöht wird. Dadurch wird eine Kreuzstruktur der Honspuren erreicht, die ein besseres Ölhaltevermögen zulässt. One method for honing suggests performing post-processing with a mandrel honing tool, either immediately or after mandrel honing with the same tool, in which the ratio of the lifting speed to the speed of the tool is significantly increased. This creates a cross structure of the honing traces, which allows better oil retention.
