Claims (16)
- Fensterladen (1) mit wenigstens zwei Befestigungsbändern (3) zum Einhängen in an einer Gebäudeöffnung (4) vertikal übereinander angeordnete Lagerbolzen oder Kloben (5), wobei jedes Befestigungsband (3) eine Lagerhülse (6) zum Übergreifen des Klobens (5) aufweist und wobei jedes Befestigungsband (3) relativ zu dem Fensterladen (1) beziehungsweise zu seiner Befestigungsstelle an einem Rahmenschenkel (7) dieses Fensterladens (1) in zwei rechtwinkelig zueinander orientierten Richtungen, nämlich horizontal und vertikal, verstellbar oder justierbar und festlegbar ist, wobei das jeweilige Befestigungsband (3) ein horizontales Langloch (8) hat, das in Gebrauchsstellung von einem Befestigungselement durchsetzt ist, und wobei eine das Befestigungsband (3) außenseitig übergreifende Abdeckung (9) vorgesehen ist, die das Befestigungsband (3) bei einer insbesondere horizontalen Verstellbewegung führt und übergreift und die ihrerseits zusammen mit dem Befestigungsband (3) in Querrichtung vertikal verstellbar und festlegbar ist, wobei an der Befestigungsstelle für Befestigungsbänder (3) auf der Außenseite des Rahmenschenkels (7) des Fensterladens (1) eine Halteplatte (10) angeordnet ist, an der das Befestigungsband (3) und die Abdeckung (9) jeweils rechtwinkelig zueinander verschiebbar geführt und festlegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (9) an ihrer Unterseite einen umlaufenden, im Bereich des querverlaufenden Befestigungsbandes (3) unterbrochenen Rand (18) hat, der die Halteplatte (10) über zumindest einen Teil ihrer Dicke übergreift, dass die Abmessung der Halteplatte (10) in vertikaler Richtung des Verlaufes des Rahmenschenkels (7) geringer als die der Abdeckung (9) ist und dass die vertikalen Teile der genannten Ränder (18) der Abdeckung (9) gegenüber der Halteplatte (10) einen Schiebesitz bilden.
- Fensterladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte (10) einen Langschlitz (11) mit hinterschnittenen Rändern (12) aufweist, die eine in den Langschlitz (11) eingreifende Mutter (13) oder einen Kopf einer Kopfschraube mit einem Schiebesitz übergreifen, und dass die Mutter (13) von einer die Abdeckung (9) und das Langloch (8) des Befestigungsbandes (3) durchsetzenden Klemmschraube (15) oder die die Abdeckung (9) durchsetzende Kopfschraube von einer Mutter beaufschlagt ist.
- Fensterladen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Gebrauchsstellung die Abdeckung (9) bei lockerer oder gelockerter Klemmschraube (15) zusammen mit dem von ihr übergriffenen Befestigungsband (3) und zusammen mit der übergriffenen Mutter (13) oder dem übergriffenen Schraubenkopf in dem Langschlitz (11) der Halteplatte (10) und relativ zu der Halteplatte (10) verschiebbar ist.
- Fensterladen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Gebrauchsstellung der Langschlitz (11) in der Halteplatte (10) in vertikaler Richtung verläuft.
- Fensterladen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte (10) auf dem Rahmenschenkel (7) befestigt, zum Beispiel angenietet, insbesondere mittels Hohlnieten (17) fixiert, oder angeschraubt ist.
- Fensterladen nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterschneidungen an dem die Halteplatte (10) insbesondere durchsetzenden Langschlitz (11) an in Montagestellung vertikal verlaufenden parallelen Rändern (12) dieses Langschlitzes (11) angeordnet sind und im Querschnitt eine Schwalbenschwanzform bilden, also von der Außenseite der Halteplatte (10) zu dem Rahmenschenkel (7) des Fensterladens hin schräg von außen nach innen auseinanderlaufende Flächen bilden.
- Fensterladen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schrägungswinkel der an dem Langschlitz (11) in der Halteplatte (10) befindlichen Hinterschneidungen jeweils etwa 45° beträgt.
- Fensterladen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an der Mutter (13) oder dem Schraubenkopf befindlichen, mit den Schrägflächen der hinterschnittenen Ränder (12) zusammenwirkenden Ränder (13a) mit einem Schrägungswinkel versehen sind, der dem Schrägungswinkel der Hinterschneidungen entspricht, so dass sie im wesentlichen flächig daran anliegen.
- Fensterladen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter (13) oder Schraubenkopf im Bereich des Langschlitzes (11) der Halteplatte (10) einen trapezförmigen Querschnitt hat, an dem ein zum Beispiel etwa quaderförmiger Überstand (13b) vorgesehen ist, der in das in dem Befestigungsband (3) angeordnete Langloch (8) ragt.
- Fensterladen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Dicke der Mutter (13) oder des Schraubenkopfes etwa der Summe der Dicken der Halteplatte und des Befestigungsbands entspricht.
- Fensterladen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessung des Überstandes (13b) der Mutter (13) oder des Schraubenkopfes etwa Breite des Langlochs (8) in dem Befestigungsband (3) entspricht und das Befestigungsband bei einer horizontalen Einstellbewegung zumindest teilweise mitführt.

- Fensterladen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (9) ein Spritzguß-oder Zinkdruckgußteil ist, an dem die umlaufenden Ränder (18) und/oder Aussparungen zum Übergreifen und Führen des Befestigungsbands (3) angeformt sind.
- Fensterladen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter (13) und die Klemm- oder Befestigungsschraube (15) aus korrosionsbeständigem Stahl bestehen.
