Description
Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung längsnahtgeschweißter Rohre, bei dem ein von einem Vorrat kontinuierlich abgezogenes Metallband allmählich zum Schlitzrohr geformt, und der Längsschlitz des Schlitzrohres verschweißt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallband (2) durch eine erste aus mehreren dicht an dicht hintereinander angeordneten Ziehsteinen (8,9,10,11 ) mit sich in Fertigungsrichtung verringerndem Durchmesser bestehende Formstufe hindurchgezogen wird, daß das Metallband (2) in jedem der Ziehsteine (8,9,10,11) in Umfangsrichtung zunehmend gerundet, daß das Schlitzrohr in einer letzten aus einem Ziehstein mit sich in Fertigungsrichtung verringernden Durchmesser bestehenden Formstufe (15) unmittelbar vor dem Schweißpunkt geschlossen wird, und daß vor dem letzten Ziehstein (15) die Bandkanten durch ein in das Innere des Schlitzrohres hineinragendes Schwert (14) derart geführt werden, daß die Bandkanten exakt im Schweißpunkt gelegen sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallband (2) durch Ziehsteine (8,9,10,11,15) aus Hartmetall, Keramik oder Diamant gezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metallband (2) vor dem Eintritt in den ersten Ziehstein (8) an seinen Bandkanten derart verformt wird, daß der Krümmungsradius an den verformten Bandkanten dem Krümmungsradius des fertigen Rohres (5) nahezu entspricht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schweißen durch einen Laser (16) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von längsnahtgeschweißten Metallrohren, bestehend aus einer ein Metallband in mehreren Stufen zu einem Schlitzrohr formenden Formeinrichtung sowie einer den Längsschlitz des Schlitzrohres schließenden Schweißvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formeinrichtung (3) eine erste aus mehreren dicht an dicht hintereinander angeordneten Ziehsteinen (8,9,10,11) bestehende Formstufe, die dazu geeignet ist, das Metallband (2) zunehmend zu dem Schlitzrohr zu runden, wobei die Ziehsteine eine konusförmig verlaufende Öffnung aufweisen, und eine zweite Formstufe aus einem Ziehstein (15) mit einer konusförmig verlaufenden Öffnung aufweist, in welcher im Gebrauch das Schlitzrohr unmittelbar vor der Schweißvorrichtung (16) geschlossen wird und daß zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Formstufe vor dem letzten Ziehstein (15) ein in das Innere des Schlitzrohres hineinragendes die Bandkanten führendes Schwert (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ziehsteine (8,9,10,11,15) aus Hartmetall bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ziehsteine (8,9,10,11,11) aus Keramik bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ziehsteine (8,9,10,11,15) aus Diamant bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem ersten Ziehstein (8) ein Rollenwerkzeug angeordnet ist, das im Gebrauch lediglich an den Bandkanten angreift und diese derart vorverformt, daß die Krümmung der Bandkantenbereiche gleich der Krümmung des fertig geschweißten Rohres ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß hinter dem letzten Ziehstein (15) eine Laserschweißrichtung (16) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eintrittsöffnung des jeweils nachfolgenden Ziehsteins der ersten Gruppe eine Eintrittsöffnung aufweist, deren Durchmesser größer ist als die Austrittsöffnung des davor gelegenen Ziehsteins.
