Description
Claims (3)
- A process for producing fried instant noodles, characterized in that an oil/fat composition comprising at least 50 wt.% of diglycerides is used as frying oil.
- A process according to claim 1, wherein as a raw material for noodles, an antioxidant is added in a proportion of from 0.001 to 1 wt.%.
- Fried instant noodles obtainable by a process according to claim 1 or 2.
