Wie bei dem bereits zuvor beschriebenen Aufsatzteil ist auch hier die in der Abbildung links dargestellte Stachelwalze 6 über die Blattfeder 17, welche mit den Mitnehmern 16 am Epilationskopf zusammenwirkt, antreibbar. An der Achse 9 der gegenüberliegenden Stachelwalze 7 ist eine Trägerplatte 21 gelagert, welche ihrerseits eine weitere Stachelwalze 20 trägt. Da - wie bereits zuvor beschrieben - die Stachelwalzen aus einzelnen aufeinanderfolgenden Ringen zusammengesetzt sind, ersetzen die Trägerplatten 21 zwei sonst an dieser Stelle vorgesehene Stachelwalzenringe. Durch die Anlenkung der Stachelwalze 20 an die Achse 9 ist sie gemeinsam mit der Stachelwalze 7 verschiebbar und elastisch vorgespannt im Grundkörper 10 gelagert.
