Claims (9)
- Druckgießkolben, insbesondere für Vakuum-Druckgießmaschinen, mit einem an einer Kolbenstange befestigbaren Grundkörper (11), auf den ein hohlzylindrischer Gleitkörper (13) montierbar ist, wobei der Gleitkörper (13) von mindestens einem geschlitzten Ring (14, 15) gebildet ist, der unter radialer Vorspannung auf dem Grundkörper (11) montierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (30) den mindestens einen Ring (14, 15) an einer Stelle vollständig auftrennt, dabei aber einen derartigen Verlauf aufweist, dass an der Trennstelle die beiden Abschnitte (15.1, 15.2) des Ringes (15) ineinander greifen, sodass der Ring (15) radial nur begrenzt aufweitbar ist.
- Druckgießkolben nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (30) des mindestens einen Ringes (15) einen annähernd Ω-förmigen Verlauf aufweist.
- Druckgießkolben nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gleitkörper (13) aus mehreren geschlitzten Ringen (14, 15) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Schlitze (30) der Ringe (14, 15) in Umfangsrichtung versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Druckgießkolben nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringe (14, 15) an ihren Stoßstellen jeweils komplementäre Absätze (31) aufweisen, sodass die Ringe (14, 15) nach der Montage in axialer Richtung miteinander verzahnt sind.
- Druckgießkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Grundkörper (11) und dem mindestens einen Ring (14, 15) mindestens ein elastisch verformbarer Schraubenfederring (27) zur Erzeugung der radialen Vorspannung angeordnet ist.
- Druckgießkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Ring (14, 15) mittels einer Spannmutter (21) auf dem Grundkörper (11) befestigbar ist.
- Druckgießkolben nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannmutter (21) verdrehfest am Grundkörper (11) und an der Kolbenstange anordenbar ist.
- Druckgießkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Stirnfläche (12) des Kolbens (10) und der Stirnfläche (17) des Gleitkörpers (13) ein Ring (18) aus einem härteren Material als das des Gleitkörpers (13) angeordnet ist.
- Druckgießkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (11) aus Stahl oder Kupfer und der Gleitkörper (13) aus Stahl, Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung gefertigt sind.
