Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von aus Einzelteilen zusammengeleimten Holzbauteilen,a) wobei brett- oder balkenförmige Holzeinzelteile (4) bereitgestellt und gegebenenfalls an ihren stirnseitigen Enden (2) mit einer Keilverzinkung versehen werdenb) wobei wenigstens zwei Holzeinzelteile (4) zur Bildung eines durchgehenden Holzstranges (3) in Längserstreckungsrichtung aneinandergereiht und an ihren Enden (2) miteinander verleimt und verpreßt werden,c) wobei der so gebildete Holzstrang (3) in Vorschubrichtung weitertransportiert und dann angehalten wird,d) wobei die Position des in Vorschubrichtung hinteren Endes des Holzstranges (3) ermittelt und die Transportwegstrecke des Holzstranges (3) gemessen wird,e) wobei wenigstens ein weiteres Holzeinzelteil (4) mit dem Holzstrang (3) verleimt und verpreßt wird,f) wobei die Verfahrensschritte c) bis e) bedarfsweise mehrfach durchgeführt werden,g) und wobei die herzustellenden Holzbauteile mittels einer Ablängeinrichtung (20) in der jeweils gewünschten Länge von dem Holzstrang (3) abgetrennt werden,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablängeinrichtung (20) während des Weitertransports des Holzstranges an der ermittelten Ablängstelle (21) positioniert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem Holzstrang (3) zu verbindenden Holzeinzelteile (4) jeweils vor dem Positionieren des hinteren Endes des Holzstranges (3) an der Preßstelle (12) mit ihrem mit dem Holzstrang (3) zu verleimenden Ende (2) gegen den Holzstrang (3) positioniert und danach zusammen mit dem Holzstrang (3) in Vorschubrichtung zur Preßstelle (12) weitertransportiert wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von aus Einzelteilen (4) zusammengeleimten Holzbauteilen, mit einer ortsfesten Presse (10), die zum taktweisen Verpressen von an ihren Enden mit Leim und ggf. einer Keilverzinkung versehenen Holzeinzelteilen (4) zu einem durchgehenden Holzstrang (3) ausgebildet ist, mit einer Transportvorschubeinrichtung (14) zum Weitertransportieren des Holzstrangs (3) zu einer Ablängeinrichtung (20), mittels der die herzustellenden Holzbauteile in der jeweils gewünschten Länge von dem Holzstrang (3) abtrennbar sind, mit einem Weggeber (22) zur Messung der Transportwegstrecke des Holzstrangs (3) und mit einem Positionssensor (11) zur Erfassung der Position des in Transportrichtung hinteren Endes des Holzstranges (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablängeinrichtung (20) entlang des Holzstranges (3) verschiebbar gelagert und mit einer Positioniereinrichtung verbunden ist, daß die Positioniereinrichtung einen Sollpositionseingang aufweist, der mit einem Positionssignalausgang einer Steuereinrichtung (13) verbunden ist, und daß die Steuereinrichtung (13) an dem Weggeber (22) zur Messung der Transportwegstrecke des Holzstrangs (3) und an dem Positionssensor (11) zur Erfassung der Position des in Transportrichtung hinteren Endes des Holzstranges (3) angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschiebeweg der Positioniereinrichtung größer oder gleich der Länge eines längsten zu dem Holzstrang (3) zu verleimenden Holzeinzelteiles ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (13) zum Positionieren der Ablängeinrichtung (20) während des Weitertransportierens des Holzstrangs (3) mit der Transportvorschubeinrichtung (14) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Presse (10) eine zum gleichzeitigen Verpressen mehrerer Holzeinzelteile (4) mit dem Holzstrang ausgebildete Strangpresse ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Presse (10) wenigstens zwei Preßschuhpaare aufweist, deren Preßschuhe (17, 18) jeweils quer zur Transportrichtung des Holzstranges (3) in ihrem Abstand zueinander veränderbar sind, daß die Preßschuhpaare in Transportrichtung des Holzstranges (3) relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, und daß zwischen den Preßschuhpaaren ein quer zur Transportrichtung des Holzstranges (3) relativ zu dem Holzstrang (3) bewegbares Fräs- und Beleimaggregat zum Keilverzinken und Beleimen der stirnseitigen Enden der Holzeinzelteile (4) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Positionssensor (11) zur Erfassung der Position des in Transportrichtung hinteren Endes des Holzstranges (3) ein optischer Sensor, insbesondere ein Lichttaster ist, und/oder ein kapazitiver Sensor ist.
