Claims (34)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbewahren und Auftragen eines kosmetischen oder Pflegeprodukts, umfassend einen dieses Produkt enthaltenden Behälter und einen Auftragansatz zum Abgeben und Auftragen des in dem Behälter enthaltenen Produkts, wobei dieser Ansatz eine Auftragfläche bildet, die über mindestens eine Öffnung mit Produkt versorgt wird, wobei in dieser Vorrichtung der Ansatz einen ersten Teil (14) und einen zweiten, an dem ersten angebrachten Teil (15) umfasst, wobei dieser zweite Teil mindestens teilweise die Auftragfläche bildet, und die Öffnung (30a) in einer Vertiefung oder Nut (25; 49) in einem Abstand von dieser Auftragfläche ausmündet, wobei diese Nut oder Vertiefung einen ersten Abschnitt (25c; 49; 63a) und einen zweiten Abschnitt (25d; 49b; 63c; 63d) umfasst, die bezüglich der Öffnung so angeordnet sind, dass der erste Abschnitt mindestens bei der ersten Verwendung mit Produkt gefüllt ist, bevor der zweite Abschnitt mit Produkt gefüllt ist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt mit dem ersten Abschnitt über mindestens einen zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Teil (14; 15) gebildeten Durchgang (33) in Verbindung ist, wobei dieser zweite Abschnitt in der Lage ist, das gesamte auf der Auftragfläche im Überschuss vorhandene Produkt oder einen Teil davon zu sammeln, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass dieser Durchgang (33) ständig offen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Auftragfläche mindestens einen abgeschrägten Abschnitt umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Nut oder Vertiefung auf Höhe ihrer auf der Auftragfläche ausmündenden Öffnung beflockt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gesamte Auftragfläche beflockt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung auf dem Ansatz exzentrisch angeordnet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Auftragfläche mindestens einen abgeschrägten Abschnitt umfasst und dass die Öffnung im unteren Teil dieses abgeschrägten Abschnitts gelegen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Nut oder Vertiefung zwischen dieser Öffnung und der Auftragfläche Wege aufweist, die dem Produkt verschiedene Lastverluste entgegenstellen, so dass das Produkt einem bevorzugten Weg folgt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Nut oder Vertiefung oder eine veränderliche Höhe aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur eine Öffnung in dieser Nut oder Vertiefung ausmündet.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Öffnung, über die diese Nut oder Vertiefung an der Auftragfläche ausmündet, groß genug ist, um der Oberfläche der Lippen oder der Haut zum Zeitpunkt des Auftrags zu gestatten, mit dem im Inneren enthaltenen Produkt in Kontakt zu kommen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei beliebige entgegengesetzte Ränder dieser Nut oder Vertiefung auf Höhe der Auftragfläche in einem Abstand von mehr als 1 mm voneinander entfernt angeordnet sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche keine Erhebungen wie Spitzen aufweist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut oder Vertiefung mindestens teilweise durch einen oder mehrere Durchbrüche des zweiten Teils gebildet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser Durchgang (33) einen Umlauf des Produkts unter dem zweiten Teil (15) gestattet.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der beiden Teile eine Beflockungsbeschichtung umfasst, die sich bis zu dem Rand dieses Teils erstreckt, wobei dieser Rand mit einem nicht beflockten Rand des anderen Teils in Kontakt ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil einen nicht beflockten ringförmigen Außenmantel umfasst.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil ein Gitter (15) umfasst oder von einem Gitter gebildet ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil eine ringförmige Nut (25) oder eine Vertiefung umfasst, die sich gemäß einer geschlossenen Kurve erstreckt.
  19. Vorrichtung nach dem unmittelbar vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Nut oder Vertiefung auf Höhe ihrer äußeren Öffnung keine Verringerung ihres Querschnitts aufweist, so dass sie der Oberfläche der Haut oder der Lippen gestattet, in das Innere tiefer einzutreten, um gegebenenfalls Produkt zu entnehmen.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (42) eine veränderliche Höhe aufweist, so dass eine abgeschrägte Auftragfläche gebildet wird und ein bevorzugter Weg für das Produkt geschaffen wird.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil ein Element (54) umfasst, das mit dem ersten Teil zusammenwirkt, um ein Ventil zu bilden, das in der Lage ist, sich unter der Wirkung des Drucks des Produkts zu bewegen.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil einen einen Strahlbrecher bildenden zentralen Teil umfasst, der in oder gegenüber einem Durchgang zur Zufuhr des Produkts gelegen ist.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil einen einen Strahlbrecher bildenden Teil umfasst, der gegenüber einem Durchgang zur Zufuhr des Produkts gelegen ist.
  24. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil an dem ersten dicht befestigt ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil- aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das von dem zur Herstellung des ersten Teils verwendeten Material verschieden ist.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragfläche eine abgeschrägte Fläche und eine sich um die abgeschrägte Fläche herum erstreckende Seitenfläche umfasst, wobei die abgeschrägte Fläche und die Seitenfläche beflockt sind.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter von einem Körper (18) gebildet ist, der mit einem Teil (14) des Ansatzes einstückig ausgeführt ist.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Kolben (20) umfasst, um auf das im Behälter enthaltene Produkt zum Zweck seiner Abgabe einen Druck auszuüben.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine komprimierbare Wand umfasst, die es gestattet, das Produkt mit Hilfe eines beispielsweise durch den Benutzer darauf ausgeübten Drucks abzugeben.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Pumpe umfasst.
  31. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter bezüglich des Restes der Vorrichtung beweglich ist, so dass die Pumpe betätigt wird und eine Produktdosis abgegeben wird.
  32. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter abnehmbar ist und eine Nachladung bildet.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Verschlusskappe umfasst, die mindestens ein inneres Verschlusselement aufweist, das in der Lage ist, das oder die Öffnungen zum Austritt des Produkts zu bedecken, wenn sie auf dem Ansatz an ihrem Platz ist.
  34. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Auftragfläche mindestens teilweise beflockt ist, wobei die Beflockungsbeschichtung ohne Bohrung der Öffnung nach Beflockung und ohne Einführung eines Einsatzes in diese Öffnung während der Beflockung hergestellt ist.
