Schließlich ergibt sich der Vorteil, daß die sich die über die Warenbahn erstreckenden Latten wesentlich stabiler als einseitig freistehende Latten sind, so daß die Latten insgesamt höhere Bahnzugkräfte abstützen können. Alternativ könnten die Latten auch einfacher und materialsparender hergestellt werden. Durch die durchgehende Auflage der Warenbahn über deren gesamte Breite wird diese sehr sauber über die Latten geführt, ohne Falten oder Wellen zu werfen.   2. Appliance according to Claim 1, characterized in that the laths (13, 13') possess a sliding surface (21) outside the part-region (20a) designed with the greater adhesive power.
  3. Appliance according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the laths (13, 13') are covered with an adhesive covering (20) in the part-region (20a) designed with greater adhesive power.
  4. Appliance according to Claim 3, characterized in that the adhesive covering (20) has a knob-like structure and/or is provided with liquid-discharging ducts.
  5. Appliance according to at least one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that every second lath (13, 13') is assigned to the same control device (14, 14').
  6. Appliance according to at least one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the control devices (14, 14') are formed by control discs (15, 15') or control rings, on which engage links (18) which are distributed over their circumference and which are connected operatively to the laths (13, 13').
  7. Appliance according to Claim 6, characterized in that the control discs (15, 15') or control rings are held pivotably in their angular position (α) with respect to the axis of rotation (8) of the roller (5) by actuating drives (19, 19').
  8. Appliance according to at least one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the laths (13, 13') are supported in sliding guides (9) which are oriented axially with respect to the roller (5) and which are held in a stationary manner on the rotatable roller (5).
  9. Appliance according to at least one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the control devices (14, 14') are connected operatively to an actuating drive (19, 19') in each case.
