Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Zusammenheften eines Stapels von Unterlagenblättern sowie ggf. zum Ablegen eines derartigen Heftstapels in einem Ordner mit Abheftmechanik, umfassend eine unter dem Unterlagenstapel (2) anzuordnende Basislasche (5), eine auf dem Unterlagenstapel (2) anzuordnende Decklasche (6), mindestens einen biegsamen, an der Basislasche (5) festlegbaren und/oder befestigten Heftzungenstreifen (7), dessen zwei Heftzungen (13, 14) zwecks Zusammenheftens der Unterlagenblätter durch paarweise Lochungen des Unterlagenstapels (2) und der Decklasche (6) hindurchgefädelt werden und oberhalb des Unterlagenstapels (2) endseitig auf die Decklasche (6) umgebogen werden sowie wenigstens einer auf die Decklasche (6) unter Einschluß der Heftzungenenden (13', 14') aufschiebbaren Abdeckprofilschiene (8) mit Hinterschneidungen der Längskanten zum Umgreifen der Längskanten der Decklasche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckprofilschiene (8) in ihrer Längsrichtung zweigeteilt ist, derart, dass die beiden Teile (22, 22') von entgegengesetzten Stirnseiten auf die Decklasche (6) aufschiebbar sind.
- Heftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckprofilschiene (8) etwa mittig geteilt ist, so dass die Abdeckprofilschienenteile (22, 22') identische Form aufweisen.
- Heftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckprofilschienenteile (22, 22') an ihrer Stoßkante jeweils einen sich etwa über deren halbe Länge erstreckenden Fortsatz aufweisen, der mit einer Vertiefung in dem anderen Abschnitt der Stoßkante korrespondiert.
- Heftvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckprofilschienenteile (22, 22') vorzugsweise im Bereich ihrer Stoßkante eine die Griffigkeit erhöhende Profilierung (32), bspw. in Form einer Riffelung, aufweisen.
- Heftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die (profilierten) Griffbereiche (32) an der Oberseite sowie an beiden Längskanten vorgesehen sind.
- Heftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffbereiche (32) erhaben ausgebildet sind.
- Heftvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die profilierten und/oder erhabenen Griffbereiche (32) eine in Einschubrichtung weisende, pfeilartige Form haben.
- Heftvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterschneidung der Abdeckprofilschienenteile (22, 22') an deren peripherer Stirnseite durchgehend herumgeführt ist.
- Heftvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckprofilschienenteile (22, 22') je eine Lochung (33) aufweisen, die mit je einer Lochung (10, 17) der Basislasche (5) und der Decklasche (6) fluchtet.
- Heftvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckprofilschienenteile (22, 22') an den der Stoßkante benachbarten Bereichen in den Hinterschneidungsbereich hineinragende Fortsätze (31) aufweisen, die in Eingriff mit seitlichen Vorsprüngen und/oder Abstufungen (20, 20') an den Längskanten der Decklasche (6) gelangen können, um dadurch einer Öffnungsbewegung des betreffenden Abdeckprofilschienenteils (22, 22') entgegenzuwirken.
- Heftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Längskanten der Decklasche (6) nahe deren Stirnseiten sich zu denselben hin erweiternde Abstufungen (20, 20') vorgesehen sind, welche in der Öffnungsposition der Abdeckprofilschienenteile (22, 22') an deren in den Hinterschneidungsbereich ragenden Fortsätzen (31) zur Anlage gelangen und dadurch die Öffnungsbewegung begrenzen.
- Heftvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Längskanten der Decklasche (6) nahe von deren Mitte seitliche Vorsprünge vorgesehen sind, hinter welche die in den Hinterschneidungsbereich ragenden Fortsätze (31) der Abdeckprofilschienenteile (22, 22') zum Verrasten in deren Schließstellung greifen können.
- Heftvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzliche Plombierungsösen (42, 43) an den Längskanten oder der Oberseite der Abdeckprofilschienenteile (22, 22') nahe von deren Stoßfuge vorgesehen sind, durch welche ein bspw. mit einer Plombe versehener Draht durchgefädelt werden kann, so dass eine Öffnung der Abdeckprofilschiene (8) notgedrungen eine Zerstörung der Plombierung mit sich bringt und somit sofort erkennbar ist.
- Heftvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Decklasche (6) etwa mittig zwischen ihren beiden Stirnseiten eine Verbreiterung (21) aufweist, derart, dass die in der Schließstellung daran anliegenden, in den Hinterschneidungsbereich hineinragenden Fortsätze (31) der Abdeckprofilschienenteile (22, 22') die Längskanten der Decklasche (6) unter Ausbildung einer geringen Querwölbung derselben zusammendrücken.
- Heftvorrichtung nach der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Decklasche (6) in dem Bereich zwischen ihren inneren Lochungen (18) eine nutartige Vertiefung (40) zum Einlegen der umgebogenen Heftzungenenden aufweist.
- Heftvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Decklasche (6) und/oder die Abdeckprofilschiene (8) bzw. deren Teile (22, 22') über die äußeren Lochungen (16, 17, 33, 34) hinaus verlängert sind, und zwar vorzugsweise etwa um die 1,5- bis 2,5-fache Breite der Decklasche bzw. etwa um den 3- bis 4-fachen Lochungsdurchmesser.
