Claims (16)
- Drehriegelverschluß (10, 110) mit Zugeinrichtung, bestehend aus einem Verschlußgehäuse (12, 112), das an einem äußeren Ende eine Steckschlüsselöffnung und an seinem anderen, inneren Ende einen Drehriegel (18, 118) aufweist, und das mit einem Ende (16) durch einen an den Außenquerschnitt des Gehäuses (12, 112) angepaßten Durchbruch in einer Wand, wie Türblatt (20, 120) hindurchsteckbar und festlegbar ist, mit einem ersten, zum äußeren Ende (14, 114) hin offenen, zur Gehäuseachse koaxialen Lagerbereich (28, 128) für einen Steckschlüssel-Aufnahmekopf (30, 130), und mit einem an den ersten Lagerbereich (28, 128) anschließenden, zum entgegengesetzten inneren Ende (16) des Gehäuses (12, 112) hin offenen zweiten Lagerbereich (34, 134) für einen den Drehriegel (18, 118) tragenden, in dem zweiten Lagerbereich (34, 134) drehbar und axial verschieblich gelagerten Riegelantriebsfuß (36, 136), wobei zwischen Steckschlüssel-Aufnahmekopf (30, 130) und Drehriegel (18, 118) eine Kupplungseinrichtung (48, 148, 76, 176, 72, 172) vorgesehen ist, die mit einer Nockenstift-Nockenbahn-Einrichtung (48, 148, 50, 150) zur Drehung und/oder Axialverschiebung des Drehriegels (18, 118) mit Bezug auf das Gehäuse (12, 112) bei Drehung des Steckschlüssel-Aufnahmekopfes (30, 130) versehen ist, und zwischen Steckschlüssel-Aufnahmekopf (30, 130) und Drehriegel (18, 118) einen winkelmäßig begrenzten Freilauf (72, 172, 76, 176) ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom Steckschlüssel-Aufnahmekopf (30, 130) eine im Querschnitt runde Welle (38, 138) ausgeht, die über den Drehriegelantriebsfuß (36, 136) hinausragt und an dem hinausragenden Ende mit einer Querbohrung (46, 146) zur Aufnahme eines Nockenstiftes (48, 148) versehen ist, und daß von der vom Gehäuse (12, 112) abgewandten Seite des Riegels (18, 118) eine Nockenbahn (50, 150) gebildet wird, auf der der Nockenstift (48, 148) gegen Federkraft (80, 180) geführt wird, und daß der Außenumfang des Riegelantriebsfußes (36, 136) einen nichtrunden Querschnitt (52, 152) aufweist und in einem ebenfalls nichtrunden Querschnitt aufweisenden Durchbruch in einem ersten Abschnitt des zweiten Lagerbereichs (34, 134) axial verschieblich und in einem zweiten Abschnitt (64, 164) des zweiten Lagerbereichs (34, 134) begrenzt drehbar ist.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehbarkeit auf etwa 90° begrenzt ist.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nichtrunde Querschnitt des Riegelantriebsfußes (36) im Querschnitt ein Prallelogramm mit abgerundeten Ecken ist.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nichtrunde Querschnitt des Durchbruches im zweiten Abschnitt (64) aus zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Kreisabschnitten (66, 166) besteht, die durch zwei zueinander parallele oder annähernd parallele Seitenwände (68) oder durch in das Lumen des Durchbruchs eindringende Nasenbereiche (152) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (12) durch eine Zwischenwand (42) in den ersten und den zweiten Lagerbereich (28, 34) aufgeteilt ist, welche Zwischenwand (42) einen Kreisdurchbruch (40) zum Durchtritt der Welle (38) aufweist, die vom Steckschlüssel-Aufnahmekopf (30) ausgehend den Riegelantriebsfuß (36) durchdringt.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im ersten Lagerbereich (28) der Steckschlüssel-Aufnahmekopf (30) mit einer hinteren Ringschulter auf der Zwischenwand (42) sich abstützt.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich im zweiten Lagerbereich (34) eine Spiraldruckfeder (80) einerseits auf der Zwischenwand (42), andererseits auf der Stirnfläche des Riegelantriebsfußes (36) abstützt.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehriegel (18) eine die Nockenbahn (50) kreisförmig umschließende Wand (84) bildet, die ein Herausgleiten des Nockenstiftes in Arbeitsstellung verhindert.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bestehend aus einem Verschlußgehäuse (12), das an dem einen äußeren Ende einen Flansch (14) aufweist, und das mit seinem anderen (inneren) Ende (16) durch einen an den Außenquerschnitt des Gehäuses (12) angepaßten Durchbruch in einer dünnen Wand, wie Türblatt (20) bis zum Anliegen des Flansches (114) an der Wand (20) hindurchsteckbar und mittels Überwurfmutter (22), Steckfeder oder dgl. in dieser Stellung festlegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehriegel (18) eine zum Gehäuse (12) gerichtete Einschnürung (88) bildet, die das Aufschieben einer Überwurfmutter (22) oder Einbringen des Drehriegels (18) einschließlich montiertem Gehäuse (12) in eine Öffnung in einer dünnen Wand ermöglicht.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch ein Verschlußgehäuse, das an dem anderen (inneren) Ende einen Flansch oder Befestigungansätze aufweist, und das mit seinem anderen (äußeren) Ende durch einen an den Außenquerschnitt des Gehäuses angepaßten Durchbruch in einer dicken Wand, wie Türblatt oder Klappe bis zum Anliegen des Flansches oder Ansatzes hindurchsteckbar und mittels Haltescheibe und/oder Schrauben in dieser Stellung festlegbar ist.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehriegel nahe seinem freien Ende ein Gewinde zur Aufnahme einer Stellschraube aufweist, deren Kopf eine einstellbare Drehriegelauflagefläche bildet.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehriegelverschluß (310) ein am Gehäuse oder Rahmen oder dgl. (312) befestigbares Riegelaufnahmeteil (92) umfaßt, das die Hintergrifffläche (323) für den Drehriegel (318) bildet.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelaufnahmeteil (92) zwei diametral sich gegenüberliegende Hintergriffflächen (323) aufweist.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehriegel (318) Knebelform aufweist.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelaufnahmeteil (92) die Form eines mit seinem offenen Ende auf der Befestigungsfläche aufschraubbaren Bechers aufweist, dessen Boden eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Öffnung (96) bildet, in der der knebelartige Drehriegel (318) in zur Längsrichtung der Rechteckform ausgerichteter Stellung mit Spiel hindurchgeschoben werden kann.
- Drehriegelverschluß nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehriegel einen Knebelfußbereich (98) aufweist, der eine Radialerstreckung aufweist, die im wesentlichen der schmaleren Breite des Durchbruches (96) entspricht und den Knebel in der Verschlußstellung bezüglich des Riegelaufnahmeteils (92) in der Querrichtung zur Längserstreckung der Öffnung (96) ausrichtet.
