Claims (8)
- Regeleinrichtung für ein- oder mehrgerüstige Walzstraßen, mittels der die Banddicke von in der Walzstraße gefertigten Metallbändern regelbar ist, wobei die Regeleinrichtung als Massenflußregeleinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die eine erste Drehzahlregelungseinheit (5) aufweist, die einer z.B. als S-Rolle ausgebildeten auslaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (4) der Walzstraße zugeordnet und mittels der die auslaufseitige Rollenanordnung (4) als Speedmaster ausbild- und für die auslaufseitige Rollenanordnung (4) eine feste Drehzahl (V1 *) vorgebbar ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, die eine zweite Drehzahlregelungseinheit (6) aufweist, die einer z.B. als S-Rolle ausgebildeten einlaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (1) der Walzstraße zugeordnet und mittels der die Drehzahl der einlaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (1) in Abhängigkeit von der Drehzahl der auslaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (4), der Sollbanddicke des Metallbands am Einlauf der Walzstraße und der Abweichung der Banddicke von dieser Sollbanddicke regelbar ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der der zweiten Drehzahlregelungseinheit (6) ein Steuerelement (7) zugeordnet ist, welches die zweite Drehzahlregelungseinheit in Abhängigkeit von der vorgebbaren einlaufseitigen Sollbanddicke und der Abweichung der Banddicke von dieser Sollbanddicke steuert.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der das Steuerelement (7) der zweiten Drehzahlregelungseinheit (6) über ein erstes Massenflußregelglied (8) an ein Banddickenmeßgerät (9) angeschlossen ist, das in Bandlaufrichtung stromab der einlaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (1) der Walzstraße angeordnet ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, die eine dritte Drehzahlregelungseinheit (10) aufweist, die einem stromauf der auslaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (4) angeordneten Walzengerüst (3) der Walzstraße zugeordnet und mittels der die Drehzahl des stromauf der auslaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (4) angeordneten Walzengerüsts (3) in Abhängigkeit von der für die auslaufseitige Rollenanordnung (4) vorgegebenen festen Drehzahl (V1*) unter Berücksichtigung von im Bereich des stromauf der auslaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (4) angeordneten Walzengerüsts (3) auftretenden Arbeitspunktverschiebungen regelbar ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der die dritte Drehzahlregelungseinheit (10) an ein zweites Massenflußregelglied (11) angeschlossen ist, das an ein in Bandlaufrichtung stromauf des stromauf der auslaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (4) angeordneten Walzengerüsts (3) angeordnetes erstes Bandzugmeßelement (12) und an ein in Bandlaufrichtung stromab des stromauf der auslaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (4) angeordneten Walzengerüsts (3) angeordnetes zweites Bandzugmeßelement (13) angeschlossen ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der dem stromauf der auslaufseitigen Rollenanordnung (4) angeordneten Walzengerüst (3) eine Zugregeleinheit (14), die an das erste Bandzugmeßelement (12) angeschlossen und mittels der der Einlaufzug des Walzengerüsts (3) über die Anstellung desselben durch einen ersten Regelalgorithmus kontrollierbar ist, und eine Gerüstregeleinheit (15) zugeordnet sind, mittels der über einen zweiten Regelalgorithmus und einen Antrieb des Walzengerüsts (3) als Stellglied ein über einen Walzspalt des Walzengerüsts (3) konstanter Zugverlauf realisierbar ist.
