Abstract
- un corps de récipient 1 tubulaire, rigide, muni d'un élément distributeur 4 à une première extrémité et ouvert à sa seconde extrémité,
- un bouchon 2 rapporté sur ladite seconde extrémité du corps de récipient pour obturer ce dernier à cette extrémité et comportant une partie 14 élastiquement déformable, permettant d'exercer une pression pour expulser le produit par l'élément distributeur 4, et
- une capsule de bouchage 3 rapportée de façon amovible sur ladite première extrémité du corps de récipient 1 pour coiffer et protéger l'élément distributeur 4.
Description
- la figure 1 représente, moitié en élévation, moitié en coupe, un distributeur conforme à l'invention avant assemblage de ses trois parties constitutives;
- la figure 2 représente le distributeur de la figure 1, sans la capsule, le récipient tubulaire reposant sur le bouchon assemblé avec le corps de récipient;
- la figure 3 représente le distributeur de la figure 1 en position de distribution goutte à goutte.
Claims (10)
- Distributeur de produit fluide, du type comprenant une enceinte renfermant le produit à distribuer avec une partie souple sur laquelle une pression peut être exercée pour expulser une quantité dosée de produit par un élément distributeur, comprenant un corps de récipient (1) tubulaire, rigide, muni d'un élément distributeur (4) à une première extrémité et ouvert à sa seconde extrémité, un bouchon (2) rapporté sur ladite seconde extrémité du corps de récipient pour obturer ce dernier à cette extrémité et comportant une partie (14) élastiquement déformable, permettant d'exercer une pression pour expulser le produit par l'élément distributeur (4), et une capsule de bouchage (3) rapportée de façon amovible sur ladite première extrémité du corps de récipient (1) pour coiffer et protéger l'élément distributeur (4). caractérisé par le fait que le bouchon (2) est moulé d'une seule pièce avec un fond (14) comprenant une partie centrale élastiquement déformable, bombée de façon convexe en forme de dôme vers l'extérieur, et avec une partie extérieure d'appui (18) faisant saillie sur le fond (14) autour de ladite partie centrale déformable bombée, au-delà de la partie la plus profonde de cette dernière.
- Distributeur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite partie extérieure d'appui comprend plusieurs pieds (18) répartis autour de ladite partie centrale déformable bombéee.
- Distributeur suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les pieds (18) font saillie sur le fond (14) dans le prolongement de la paroi du corps de récipient.
- Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le bouchon (2) est fixé au corps de récipient (1) par encliquetage.
- Distributeur suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le bouchon (2) comporte une paroi cylindrique (13) pour son raccordement à la seconde extrémité du corps de récipient (1) et que la seconde extrémité du corps de récipient (1) et la paroi cylindrique (13) du bouchon (2) comportent des crans anti-rotation (12, 16).
- Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le fond (14) du bouchon comporte intérieurement une jupe (17) coopérant avec la surface intérieure du corps de récipient (1)
- Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la capsule de bouchage (3) comprend une bague d'inviolabilité (24) coopérant avec le corps de récipient (1).
- Distributeur suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que la capsule de bouchage (3) comporte un filetage intérieur (20) coopérant par vissage avec un filetage extérieur (8) de ladite première extrémité du corps de récipient (1).
- Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément distributeur est un embout (4) et que la capsule de bouchage (3) présente une jupe d'étanchéité (23) coopérant avec ledit embout pour l'obturer.
- Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le corps de récipient (1) est moulé en matière thermoplastique "incassable", de préférence transparente.
