Es soll ein einfaches und rückstandsfreies Auswechseln der Belagsflächen ohne erneuten Klebeband- oder Kleberauftrag gewährleistet werden. Die Belagsbahnen sind unabhängig voneinander vom Untergrund ablösbar. Diese Eigenschaft, gepaart mit der bereits angesprochenen für Filz oder Vlies typischen strukturellen Instabilität, hat im Bereich der Stoßnähte den Nachteil, daß sich die Belagsbahnen an den Nähten horizontal in alle Richtungen leicht gegeneinander verschieben lassen. Außerdem könnte eine Gefahrenquelle entstehen, wenn sich nur eine Teppichkante vom Untergrund löst und abhebt. Diesen Problemen kann man bisher nur durch eine feste Verklebung der Stoßnähte mit dem Untergrund begegnen, wodurch der besondere Vorteil der Klettverlegeweise, nämlich die einfache Reversibilität der Bodenbelags an diesen Stellen neutralisiert werden würde. Eine andere Möglichkeit ist die Verwendung von aufgesetzten und mit dem Untergrund verschraubten Teppichschienen aus Kunststoff oder Metall, welche die Stoßnaht abdecken. Vliesrücken des Bodenbelags (1) herstellt. Ein ausreichend breiter Streifen mit Klebstoff
versehenen Vlies- oder Filzgewebes ist nun bei der in Fig. 2.) gezeigten Anwendung
geeignet, sowohl eine Verbindung zwischen dem Vliesrücken des Bodenbelags im
Bereich der Stoßnaht (2) und dem Mikroklettverlegeband einzugehen, als auch zwei
Bodenbelagsbahnen an besagter Stoßnaht horizontal miteinander zu verbinden. Durch
die zusätzlich eingebrachte, mit Kleber versehene Schicht entsteht im Bereich der
Stoßnaht eine höhere Stabilität in horizontaler Richtung. Durch die Verklebung der beiden
Kanten miteinander wird ein entgegengesetztes Verschieben der Bahnen in Laufrichtung
der Kanten unterbunden. Desweiteren wird durch die Verbindung der Kanten miteinander
das Ablösen und Anheben nur einer Bodenbelagskante verhindert.
Es sei an dieser Stelle nochmals darauf hingewiesen, daß die in Fig. 2.) gewählte
Darstellung zur Verdeutlichung übertrieben wurde. Im Rahmen der tatsächtlichen
Anwendung ist das mit Klebstoff versehene Vlies- oder Filzgewebe ausreichend dünn,
daß keine sicht- oder fühlbaren Aufwerfungen an der Oberfläche des Belags im Bereich
der Stoßkanten auftreten. Auch sind, wie in Fig. 2.) erscheinende Aussparungen an den
Unterseiten der Belagskanten tatsächlich nicht erforderlich.
