Claims (14)

Verfahren zum Abreinigen gegossener Kupferanoden (10) von anhaftenden Resten einer Schlichteverkrustung, wobei die aus der Gießhitze noch ca. 700 bis 900 °C heißen Platten in ein längliches Wasserkühlbecken (2) eingesetzt und darin bei taktweisem Transport zu einem Aushebebereich (1) gefördert und, an diesem angekommen, mit einer Aushebeeinrichtung (3) an eine anschließende Bündelungsvorrichtung zur weiteren Verwendung übergeben werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anoden (10) beim Durchlauf durch das Wasserkühlbecken (2) in eine Reinigungsstation (11) eingebracht, darin im Stillstand wenigstens eines Transporttaktes in Relativbewegungen zu wenigstens einem Reinigungsmittel (13, 13') versetzt, dabei Reste der Schlichtekruste vollständig abgereinigt, und anschließend bei wieder einsetzendem taktweisen Transport zur Aushebeeinrichtung (3) am austragseitigen Ende (4) des Wasserkühlbeckens (2) weitertransportiert werden.

die folgenden Elemente: eine dem Wasserkühlbecken (2) zugeordnete, an dessen Aufgabeende (5) angeordnete Schwenkeinrichtung (22) mit Mitteln (6) zum Ergreifen und Einsetzen der Anoden (10) in das Becken (2), eine Transporteinrichtung (12, 17) zum taktweisen Fördern von Anoden (10) durch die Länge des Beckens (2), eine mit Reinigungsmitteln (7, 7'; 13, 13') ausgestattete Reinigungsstation (11), etwa im mittleren Bereich des Beckens (2) angeordnet, Mittel (14) zur Erzeugung einer Relativbewegung zwischen einer abzureinigenden Anode (10) und Reinigungsmitteln (7, 7'; 13, 13') an bzw. in der Reinigungsstation (11), eine Einhausung (15) der Reinigungsstation mit Absaugung (16) zum Anschluß an eine vorhandene Maschinenabsaugung, eine Aushebeeinrichtung (3) am austragsseitigen Ende (4) des Beckens.
