Description
Die Kautschuke werden mit Hilfe für die jeweilige Kautschuktype gängigen Verarbeitungs- und Vernetzungsverfahren zu Platten gemacht; wie z.B. durch Preßvulkanisation, Extrusion, Spritzguß und Sprühverfahren oder durch Tauchverfahren, wie bei Latex. Die Elastomere können auch als übliche geschäumte Elastomere eingesetzt werden. Die Plattenstärke beträgt vorzugsweise 0,1 - 20 mm. Bevorzugt 0,1 - 5 mm. Die Kautschukhärte liegt zwischen 0 und 100 Shore A, je nach Kautschukart, bevorzugt zwischen 0 und 60 Shore A, besonders bevorzugt 10 und 60 Shore A.
