Abstract
Eine Anordnung zur hydraulischen Betätigung eines beweglichen Bauteils an einem Fahrzeug, beispielsweise eines Heckdeckels, einer Abdeckklappe od. dgl., weist zumindest einen doppeltwirkenden hydraulischen Arbeitszylinder (1), der einerseits am Fahrzeug und andererseits an der Abdeckklappe angelenkt ist, auf, wobei einer von seinen Arbeitsräumen (3) mit einem passiven Druckspeicher (4) und der andere Arbeitsraum (7) mit einer Hydraulikpumpe (8) verbunden ist, und wobei zwischen Pumpe und Arbeitszylinder eine Leitung zum Tank (9) abzweigt, in welche ein Druckbegrenzungsventil eingesetzt ist. Um insbesonders auf einfache und sichere Weise die Gefahr von Verletzungen von Personen oder die Beschädigungsgefahr für Fahrzeug oder andere Gegenstände zu vermindern, ist zwischen Pumpe (8) und Arbeitszylinder (1) ein in Richtung zur Pumpe (8) sperrendes Rückschlagventil (11) eingesetzt, und zweigt zwischen diesem Rückschlagventil (11) und dem Arbeitszylinder (1) eine Leitung zum Tank (9) ab, in welche ein elektrisch ansteuerbares Proportionaldruckventil (13) als Druckbegrenzungsventil eingesetzt ist. An arrangement for the hydraulic actuation of a movable component on a vehicle, for example a boot lid, a cover flap or the like, has at least one double-acting hydraulic working cylinder (1) which is articulated on the one hand on the vehicle and on the other hand on the cover flap, one of its workrooms (3) is connected to a passive pressure accumulator (4) and the other workspace (7) is connected to a hydraulic pump (8), and a line to the tank (9) branches between the pump and the working cylinder, into which a pressure relief valve is inserted. In order to reduce the risk of injuries to persons or the risk of damage to the vehicle or other objects, in particular in a simple and safe manner, a non-return valve (11) blocking the pump (8) and the working cylinder (1) is inserted, and branches off between this check valve (11) and the working cylinder (1) a line to the tank (9) into which an electrically controllable proportional pressure valve (13) is used as a pressure limiting valve.
