Description

Both in addition to busy motor vehicle roads and railway lines has been built as noise protection for lying next to these driveways inhabited environment airborne sound absorbing walls.

In this context, it is known to create such walls of plantable earth walls. These require a large footprint due to the necessary slope angle. In addition, it has been provided to avoid the large base of steel skeleton or concrete structures formed arrangements, which also have terraced stacked pockets, which can also be filled with soil and planted.

Furthermore, it belongs to the state of the art to assemble noise barriers made of aluminum cassettes and to combine these optionally with transparent viewing elements.

Finally, for example, from the DE 197 32 904 A1 a comparatively narrow noise barrier known, which is formed in two layers. The layer facing away from the track here forms a stable carrier, while on the carrier side airborne sound absorbing non-self-supporting absorption plates are attached to this carrier. These absorption plates have vertical, trapezoidal in cross-section grooves. They consist of a dried in forms wood pulp with stiffening and optionally coloring additives.

In the patents FR 2 612 964 and FR 2 601 394 Noise barriers are disclosed which are transparent in an upper height range.

From the US 5,539,163 shows a noise barrier, which has a stabilizing layer in a central portion in which a steel reinforcement is embedded in the horizontal direction.

The US 5,912,440 shows a wooden pile construction, at the lateral free ends U-profiles are arranged. Between the U-profiles in the horizontal direction steel wires are stretched to give the construction halt.

In the DE 79 34 763 U1 a noise barrier is shown, which has a rear stabilization layer of concrete. The stabilization layer can be fixed in channels of vertical double-T-carriers.

The plantable noise protection screen of DE 34 23 566 A1 consists of concrete elements that can be fixed between vertical double-T beams.

All known noise barriers is to their own that the experts in their deal with a compromise between the requirements of noise protection, the assembly effort and the required installation area on the one hand and the human form and color sense appealing aesthetics on the other hand received. This inevitably leads to the fact that so far no noise barrier has been built, which combines all these demands uncompromising in itself.

The invention is accordingly based on the prior art, the task of a noise barrier next to roads, especially track sections, too create, which offers a comparatively low manufacturing and assembly costs, both an optimal noise protection as well as aesthetically appealing is designed and travelers do not deny the view into the environment.

The solution of this problem is seen according to the invention in the features of claim 1.

Accordingly, the invention provides on both sides of the noise barrier in the lower altitude range, ie where no clear view is required especially for track distances, an airborne sound absorbing design, with farewell targeted Absorptionsplattem from a dried wood pulp with roughened, in particular grooved, preferably vertically grooved front surfaces and integrated stabilization layers are provided. Due to the incorporated stabilization layers, the absorption plates now have a self-supporting function. Consequently, they can, like the known visual elements, simply inserted into the U-shaped channels of double-T-shaped vertical supports and here interchangeable position fixiert wierden. In this way, a quick installation in a small footprint is possible.

This special design of the noise barrier thus on the one hand, the requirements of noise protection and the necessary transparency for a good view of the environment and on the other hand an aestheticEen design with ease of manufacture and installation bill. In the double-T-shaped vertical supports are commercially available profiles that can be built next to a track without significant effort.

In the production of an absorption plate now only when casting the wood pulp a stabilizing layer needs to be inserted into the mold, which then ensures after drying the wood pulp that the absorption plate as such is self-supporting and can be mounted without an additional support layer.

The stabilization layer consists of a commercial metal grid, which forms the back of the absorption plate facing away from the track. In addition, the rear side edges of the metal mesh with angled profile iron provided, whereby an additional stiffening of the absorption plate is achieved, which also facilitates the positional fixation.

According to the features of claim 2 and the wayside vertical edges of the absorption plate are covered with angle profiles. At this angle profiles anchor rods are welded on the inside, which extend into the material of the absorption plate and fix after the solidification of wood pulp in this way the angle profiles.

Due to the features of claim 3, according to which the front side of the absorption plate located leg of the profile iron overlap the frontal side of the angle profiles, the proper position of the stabilizing layer (metal mesh) back of the absorption plate can be ensured in the production of the absorption plate.

The profile iron on the stabilizing layer are used according to the features of claim 4 for fixing the absorption plate in the channels of the vertical supports. For this purpose, the back of the absorption plate arranged legs of the profile iron form the carrier of clamping screws and clamping nuts. The clamping screws extend transversely through holes in the legs. Their heads, which are supported on the inner sides of the flanges of the vertical supports, can be transversely displaced by corresponding relative rotation of the clamping nuts to the clamping screws and in this way the absorption plate on the vertical supports are perfectly fixed in position.

The features of claim 5 allow, in particular under sound absorbing aspects improved positional fixation of an absorption plate in the channels of the vertical supports. For this purpose, strands of an elastic material, such as rubber or a corresponding plastic, are set on the wayside-side legs of the angle profiles. During the displacement of the clamping screws, on the one hand, the heads of the clamping screws on the inner sides of the flanges and, on the other hand, the strands on the inner sides of the opposite flanges of the vertical supports come into contact and thereby fix the absorption plate to the edge regions.

The invention makes it possible according to claim 6, that absorption plates can be provided with stabilization layers using appropriate vertical supports on both sides of the noise protection wall in the lower height range. These absorption plates basically have an identical structure in the course of manufacture. It is only necessary during assembly to use the clamping screws in the track facing the leg of the angle profiles, while the strands of elastic material are incorporated in the rear absorption plates between the rear legs of the angle sections and the inner sides of the flanges of the vertical supports. When inserting the absorption plates in the channels of the vertical supports then get the welded with the metal meshes profile iron on their mutually parallel legs for supporting system.

The great variability of the invention also makes it possible, according to claim 7, to provide a plantable earth wall on the side of the noise protection wall facing away from the travel path, which is formed in particular by a supporting skeleton with rear-like, stacked pockets. This support skeleton can then be easily combined with the vertical supports.

In FIG. 1, 1 designates a track for rail vehicles 2 consisting of a track section. In addition to the track 1 extends at a distance A noise protection wall 3, which is formed on both sides absorbing airborne sound in the lower altitude range UH and in the upper height range OH transparent viewing elements 4 in the form of slices.

As can be seen in the joint consideration of FIGS. 1 to 3, absorption plates 5 made of a dried wood pulp slurry having a vertically grooved front surface 6 and an integrated stabilizing layer 7 are provided on the lane side in the lower height region UH. These absorption plates 5, which will be explained in more detail below with reference to Figures 4 to 6 are, as can be seen in particular Figures 3 and 6, fixed interchangeable in the U-shaped channels 8 of double-T-shaped vertical supports 9. The viewing elements 4 are 8 interchangeably fixed in these channels.

The vertical supports 9 have at their lower ends anchoring plate 10, with which they are fixed in the soil 11 (Figures 1 to 3 and 6).

On the side facing away from the track 1 side of the noise barrier 3 is located in the lower height range UH by a support skeleton 12 with rear-like superimposed stacked pockets 13 interspersed and planted earth ramparts 14. The support skeleton 12 is connected to the vertical supports 9 (Figures 1 and 3).

It can be seen from Figures 1 to 3, that the noise barrier 3 combined with optimal aesthetics both the function of airborne sound absorption as well as the good view for the traveler in the environment U.

Each absorption plate 5 has on the side facing the track 1 (Figures 4 to 6) vertically extending, juxtaposed trapezoidal grooves 15. The back of the absorption plate 5, the stabilizing layer 7 of a metal grid with horizontally and vertically extending strips 16, 17 is provided (FIGS 4 to 6).

Die Winkelprofile 18 ummanteln die fahrwegseitigen Vertikalflächen 33 der Absorptionsplatte 5.In the manufacture of the absorption plate 5 in a horizontal form, not shown, an existing of wood fibers porridge is filled into the mold. In advance, an angle profile 18 is inserted on each side, which are equipped with welded inner anchor rods 19 (Figures 4 to 6). After filling the mold with the wood pulp, the stabilizing layer 7 is then finally embedded. This is provided at the rear side edges 20 with welded angular profile iron 21. These profile bars 21 engage with the end-side legs 22, the frontal side leg 23 of the angle sections 18. In this way, a perfect positional orientation of the stabilizing layer 7 is ensured in the manufacture of the absorption plate 5. Due to the stabilizing layer 7 is thus present after drying the wood pulp a self-supporting element. The angle profiles 18 encase the track-side vertical surfaces 33 of the absorption plate. 5

In order to be able to fix a absorption plate 5 between two vertical supports 9, 21 holes are made in the rear legs 24 of the profile iron, are used in the clamping screws 25. On both sides of the legs 24 clamping nuts 26 are provided. By turning the clamping screws 25 relative to the clamping nuts 26 and locking the clamping nuts 26, the positional fixing of the absorption plate 5 between the inner sides 27, 28 of the flanges 29, 30 of the vertical supports 9 can then made become. In this case, in particular FIG. 6 shows that on the side of the track 31 facing the guideway 31, the sealing profiles 32 are made of an elastic material, which then come into contact with the inner sides 28 of the flanges 30 when the clamping screws 25 are displaced axially ,

It can be seen from FIG. 6 that an extraordinarily simple assembly of the absorption plates 5 on the vertical supports 9 can be ensured in this manner.

Figures 7 and 8 illustrate the embodiment of a noise barrier 3a, in which on both sides in the lower height range UH absorption plates 5 of a dried wood pulp with vertically grooved front surfaces 6 and opposing integrated stabilization layers 7 are provided. Again, the absorption plates 5 are fixed in position in the U-shaped channels 8 of appropriately sized double-T-shaped vertical supports 9.

When mounting the profile bars 21 are with their parallel legs 24 together, whereas at the mutually parallel legs 31 of the angle iron 18 once clamping screws 25 are fixed with clamping nuts 26 and the other sealing strands 32 made of an elastic material. Here, too, two adjacent absorption plates 5 can then be perfectly fixed in the channels 8 of the vertical supports 9 only by axial displacement of the clamping screws 25.
