Description
US-A-4 188 685.The invention relates to a mounting element according to the preamble of claim 1, for fastening a fitting part in a hole in a workpiece, especially for furniture construction, see. US-A-4,188,685.
Especially in furniture construction, the most diverse assembly elements are used Connect furniture parts or to attach fittings to one Furniture part needed. The hole in the furniture part is often a blind hole formed and the mounting element is in two parts, one part in the Bore of the furniture part is used and fixed therein. That in the furniture part The part used is usually pot-shaped and holds only by pass or Press fit in the hole in the furniture part.
It is an object of the invention to provide a mounting element with which Have the fitting parts installed in a simple manner.
This object is achieved with the mounting element according to claim 1. The connecting pin can already be in the Fastening sleeve located in the bore of the workpiece. This allows one over the connecting pin and the mounting sleeve Reach connection to the workpiece. Since the fitting part in one piece on the Connecting pin is coupled, can be on separate fasteners and fastening steps for connecting the fitting part are dispensed with.
To the hold between the mounting sleeve and the inner wall of the To improve drilling of the workpiece, the holding legs of the mounting sleeve be provided with serrations in the area of their outer sides. The Serrations dig into the inner wall when the connecting pin is pushed in the hole and create a positive connection.
So that the connecting pin is pushed into the fastening sleeve as little effort as possible, it is according to one Invention design provided that the connecting pin a smooth Has sliding surface that on a likewise smooth inner wall of the Fastening sleeve when inserting the connecting pin into the fastening sleeve slides.
A further reduction in the friction effect between the connecting pin and the fastening sleeve can be achieved in that the sliding surface of the connecting pin and the inner wall of the mounting sleeve in a suitable Material pairing are selected.
A mounting element can in particular be such that the Connecting pin and / or the mounting sleeve a trigger device has, by means of which the connection between the connecting pin and the mounting sleeve can be lifted. In particular, the Connection between the fastening sleeve and the connecting pin with a positive fit be trained. This configuration prevents the Unintentionally insert the connecting pin into the mounting sleeve can be. The trigger device ensures that the connecting pin is only released at the desired moment.
A possible variant of the invention is characterized in that the holding leg are provided with a bevel in the area of their free ends. If the If the fastening sleeve is inserted into the hole in the workpiece, slide it the run-up bevels, for example, at the hole entry, which causes the holding legs be moved towards each other. This adjustment of the holding leg can then be used to connect the stop of the Pick up the connecting pin and the paragraph of the mounting sleeve.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the connecting pin when the positive connection between the connecting pin and Fastening sleeve (heel of the connecting pin and stop of the fastening sleeve) is held on a shaped surface of the fastening sleeve, the holding force generated on the molding surface is greater than that for inserting the Fastening sleeve into the hole of the workpiece required joining force. This measure ensures that the connecting pin is not in the Fastening sleeve can be pressed in before it is completely in the Bore of the workpiece is inserted.
A possible mounting element according to the invention can be characterized be that the fastening sleeve on its the fastening part facing end region has a spring element, which against a contact surface of the fastening part in the axial direction of the pressed-in connecting pin is tense. The spring element may equalize between connecting pins and mounting sleeve from existing play.
If it is provided that the fastening sleeve has a fitting collar, whose outer diameter compared to the inner diameter of the bore Excessively shows that the fastening sleeve in the area of your pass collar the bore is deformable radially inwards, and that in the inclusion of Fastening sleeve inserted connecting pin in the area of the pass collar is held clamped due to the deformation of the mounting sleeve, so a wobble-free tensioning of the connecting pin is possible.

The connecting
an.
gebildet.The
To join the mounting element, the connecting
As can also be seen in FIG. 3, a
Fig. 3 veranschaulicht. Das Werkstück 50 ist mit einer Bohrung, vorliegend
einer Sacklochbohrung 51 versehen. Zur Montage des Beschlagteiles 40 wird
die Befestigungshülse 20 in die Sacklochbohrung 51 eingesetzt. Dabei gleiten
The fitting part 40 (with connecting pin 10) and
The
To compensate for any play that occurs in the area of the locking
The
It has been shown that the extension of the latching
