Description
Auf diese Weise wird die Preßscheibe gleichermaßen an allen inneren und äußeren staubablagernden Flächen durch einen permanent wirkenden Saugzug gereinigt. Die inneren Flächen werden durch den Saugzug gemäß einer Weiterbildung am besten dadurch erreicht, daß die Strömungsverbindung zum Lagerraum der Preßscheibe durch beidseitig am Umfangsrand der Preßscheibe austretende Luftschlitze hergestellt wird, welche zweckmäßigerweise in Form von wenigstens acht Radial-Randschlitzen ausgebildet sind.
Gewöhnlich ist das Förderband kurz vor seinem Umlauf um die Preßscheibe an einem feststehenden Schubstreckenklotz entlanggeführt, welcher gemäß einer Weiterbildung dazu genutzt wird, den Luftkanal durch eine Ausnehmung in dem den Saugstrangförderer führenden Schubstreckenklotz zu bilden.
Die Effektivität des Luftkanals wird gemäß einer Weiterbildung dadurch optimiert, daß er seitlich durch als Messerleisten ausgebildetete Seitenwände begrenzt ist, welche Durchbrechungen aufweisen, die den Luftkanal mit der Atmosphäre verbinden.

Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbauen eines kontinuierlichen Tabakstranges, mit einem entlang einer Aufbaustrecke mit einer Saugkammer in Wirkverbindung stehenden Saugstrangförderer, welcher im Strangeinlaufbereich einer den Tabakstrang zu einem umhüllten Zigarettenstrang formenden Formateinrichtung um eine mit dem Saugstrangförderer umlaufende Preßscheibe herumgeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßscheibe (19) im Bereich eines umschlingungsfreien Umfangsabschnitts durch einen einerseits mit dem inneren Lagerraum (27) der Preßscheibe und andererseits mit der Saugkammer (8) in Strömungsverbindung stehenden Luftkanal (26) begrenzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungsverbindung zum Lagerraum (27) der Preßscheibe (19) durch beidseitig am Umfangsrand der Preßscheibe austretende Luftschlitze (28) hergestellt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftschlitze (28) in Form von wenigstens acht Radial-Randschlitzen ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftkanal (26) durch eine Ausnehmung in einem den Saugstrangförderer (1) führenden Schubstreckenklotz (22) gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftkanal (26) seitlich durch als Messerleisten ausgebildete Seitenwände (21) begrenzt ist, welche Durchbrechungen (31) aufweisen, die den Luftkanal mit der Atmosphäre verbinden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schubstreckenklotz (22) unterhalb der in den Luftkanal (26) einmündenden Durchbrechungen (31) der Seitenwände (21) mit einem in den zwischen dem unteren Umfangsabschnitt der Preßscheibe (19) und dem Saugstrangförderer (1) gebildeten Zwickel eingreifenden schaberartigen Partikel-Rückhaltekeil (23) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im wesentlichen konzentrisch zur Preßscheibe (19) verlaufende Luftkanal (26) sich zwischen dem unteren Rückhaltekeil (23) des Schubstreckenklotzes (22) und einem oberen mit dem Schubstreckenklotz verbundenen, gegen die Preßscheibe angestellten Schaber (24) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnflächen der Preßscheibe (19) Durchbrechungen (31) aufweisen.
