Abstract
Description
La plupart des boítes de produit à appliquer(de type peinture) ne disposent pas de réservoir pour contenir un pinceau et lorsque l'on s'arrête de peindre momentanèment,il est d'usage de le poser sur son dessus,en équilibre instable avec des coulis de peinture éventuels.
Elles ne comportent pas non plus de réservoir à diluant pour faire tremper le/les pinceaux (x) afin d'éviter que ceux-ci ne sèchent lors d'un arrêt prolongé d'application du produit.
Les brevets DE9310970U,US2308666A et US4436217A proposent des bacs extérieurs mais adaptables seulement à un type particulier de boítes:
- le premier se fixe à l'aide d'un clip correspondant à un diamètre particulier de boíte.
- le second se fixe à l'aide d'un cordage venant s'appuyer sur des boítes disposant de deux charnières d'articulation d'une anse de transport,en saillie sur l'extérieur.
- le troisième se fixe à l'aide d'une pièce support venant se positionner cette fois directement sur une des deux charnières d'articulation d'une anse de transport,en saillie sur l'extérieur.Cette fixation se faisant selon un diamètre bien particulier.
- il est nécessaire de laisser la boíte ouverte.
- l'emplacement imposé du bac en position haute rend instable l'ensemble.
- le problème de rangement se pose lorsque l'on veut laisser tremper les pinceaux à l'intérieur avec du diluant et que l'on veuille fermer la boíte pour éviter que le produit ne sèche.
Il possède un rebord permettant l'égouttage des pinceaux.
Les éléments individuels magnétiques sont constitués soit de fragments de feuille d'élastomère naturel ou synthétique tel que par exemple caoutchouc, plastique, silicone magnétique soit d'éléments rigides de type ferrite.
Le bac est du type évasé regroupant dans un même volume deux évidements, l'un destiné à un pinceau plat, l'autre central destiné à un pinceau rond et comportant un bandeau arrière incliné vers l'intérieur et présentant une bordure supérieure arrière légèrement en retrait par rapport au plan de la face d'appui de la partie fixe centrale du support magnétique de sorte à éviter tout écoulement du produit à appliquer entre ladite face d'appui et la paroi extérieure de la boíte et à protéger le support magnétique de produits corrosifs éventuels.
Le support magnétique représenté aux figures suivantes , est équipé de bandes allongées de caoutchouc ou silicone magnétique ou de barreaux de ferrite verticaux et parallèles.

- Une bordure supérieure avant (1i) avec deux joues (1j),de même épaisseur que l'enveloppe et en saillie vers l'intérieur du bac pour former égouttoir et présentant dans sa partie médiane une zone concave destinée au maintien du pinceau rond. Cette bordure prend appui par ses deux joues (1j) sur la partie supérieure des deux nervures (1h).Les bords intérieurs de cette bordure (1i),(1j),et des deux nervures (1h) servent de racloir pour égoutter le pinceau lorsqu'on le retire d'un mouvement rotatif.
- Deux nervures verticales (1h) disposées à l'intérieur de la face avant (1a) et symétriquement à l'axe de la concavité de la bordure (1i) et allant en se rapprochant vers le fond (1d).
- Un bandeau plat (1k) de même épaisseur que l'enveloppe disposé sur le bord supérieur de la face arrière (1c) incliné vers l'intérieur du bac. Celui ci évite les coulis de produit en excès sur le pinceau entre boíte et bac lors du déplacement de ce dernier et protège le caoutchouc magnétique lorsqu'on utilise des produits corrosifs à appliquer. Sa largeur est sensiblement inférieure à l'épaisseur de l'ensemble épaulement + support magnétique pour éviter que son bord supérieur vienne toucher le corps de la boíte en empêchant ainsi une bonne application du support magnétique.
- Un épaulement (1f) centré verticalement au dos de la face arrière (1c) formant zone d'appui central et présentant sur sa partie arrière éventuellement une face concave (1g) sur toute sa hauteur. Cette face concave a une courbure correspondant sensiblement à celles des boítes cylindriques d'une contenance allant de 0,5 à 2,5 litres de produits à appliquer existants courants, et destinée à la fixation du support magnétique (2) dont la surface totale est sensiblement équivalente à celle de la face arrière (1c),et qui constitue les moyens de maintien.

- de deux parties latérales magnétiques souples (2). Le bac à pinceaux (1) est en matière plastique rigide ou dérivés. Sa forme peut être rectangulaire ,évasé ou pas. Sa largeur est suffisante pour contenir soit un pinceau plat (PP) ou un pinceau rond (PR) et éventuellement du diluant (DI) dans son fond (1d).
Une description d'un 1er mode de réalisation du support magnétique souple va être faite en référence aux figures 2, 3 et 4 représentant l'ensemble des bandes parallèles magnétiques de forte aimantation ou de barreaux de ferrite supportées par une feuille souple.

Claims (13)
- Dispositif destiné à maintenir en position au moins un pinceau de forme plate ou ronde sur une boíte métallique de type ferreux de produit à appliquer,du type constitué d'un réceptacle formé d'un bac conformé pour recevoir au moins un pinceau plat ou un pinceau rond de profondeur correspondant sensiblement à la longueur maximum des soies y compris la bague de sertissage et pouvant contenir éventuellement en son fond du diluant et des moyens de maintien sur la boíte de produit à appliquer caractérisé en ce que les moyens de maintien sont constitués d'un support magnétique (2) définissant une zone centrale d'appui fixe, magnétique on non (2g) et de part et d'autre de celle-ci deux zones magnétiques latérales souples (2b) aptes à suivre la courbure éventuelle de la boíte de produit et constituées d'une pluralité d'éléments individuels magnétiques de forte aimantation (2f) réunis entre eux en juxtaposition et/ou superposition par des moyens de liaison définissant des zones de déplacements relatifs entre les éléments individuels magnétiques.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1) caractérisé en ce que les éléments individuels magnétiques (2f) sont constitués de fragments de feuille d'élastomère naturel ou synthétique tel que par exemple caoutchouc, plastique, silicone magnétique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1) caractérisé en ce que les éléments individuels magnétiques (2f) sont constitués d'éléments rigides de type ferrite.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1) 2) ou 3) caractérisé en ce que les éléments individuels magnétiques (2f) sont réunis entre eux en juxtaposition par des moyens de liaison souple magnétique ou non définissant des zpnes intervalles (2i) entre les éléments individuels magnétiques reliant les éléments bord à bord.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4) caractérisé en ce que les éléments individuels magnétiques (2f) sont constitués d'éléments allongés sous forme de bandes d'élastomère naturel ou synthétique tel que par exemple coutchouc, plastique, silicone magnétique ou de barreaux de ferrite , rangés verticalement par rapport au bac et disposés parallèlement les uns des autres , de sorte à se positionner parallèlement à l'axe de la surface courbe métallique de la boíte (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4) caractérisé en ce que les éléments individuels magnétiques (2f) sont constitués d'un ensemble de pastilles d'élastomère naturel ou synthétique tel que par exemple caoutchouc, plastique, silicone magnétique ou de ferrite (10) à (12) disposées alignées selon une maille carrée ou en quinconce.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la stucture de liaison souple (2a) est constituée d'une feuille souple ou d'une structure ajourée (14) sur laquelle sont solidarisés les éléments individuels magnétiques (2f) en étant soit rapportés soit reliés par enrobage soit moulés de façon monobloc sur ladite feuille.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1), 2) et 4) caractérisé en ce que le support magnétique est constitué d'une structure de liaison souple (2a) sous forme de bande ou de toile sur laquelle est rapportée une feuille d'élastomère naturel ou synthétique tel que par exemple caoutchouc, plastique, silicone magnétique de forte aimantation (2f) dans laquelle sont ensuite usinées des zones d'intervalles (2i) de profondeur correspondant à l'épaisseur de la feuille magnétique de sorte à définir entre ces zones d'intervalles des bandes constituant les éléments individuels magnétiques.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1) caractérisé en ce que les éléments individuels magnétiques (2f) sont constitués de feuilles souples de matériau magnétique superposées les unes sur les autres et reliées solidairement entre elles en partie centrale (2g) selon une ligne sensiblement verticale de sorte à ce que les feuilles situées en zones latérales (2b) à ladite zone centrale de liaison soient reliées entre elles par adhésion magnétique en étant libres de pouvoir se déplacer légèrement par glissement les unes par rapport aux autres lorsqu'elles sont mises en forme à la courbe de la boíte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1) caractérisé en ce que les éléments individuels magnétiques (2f) sont réunis en juxtaposition et superposition et sont constitués de limaille aimantée (30) disposée dans une enveloppe souple de faible épaisseur (31) à double paroi (32) fermée, soit subdivisée en plusieurs compartiments (34) (35) dont les zones de jonction (36) constituent les intervalles, soit sous forme d'au moins un compartiment (33) dans lequel les brins de limaille sont maintenus espacés ou répartis par des moyens de maintien souples (37) tels que silicone, matériau fluant, ou structure alvéolaire,définissant des zones d'intervalles.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes dans lequel le bac (1) est du type évasé regroupant dans un même volume deux évidements l'un destiné à un pinceau plat, l'autre central destiné àun pinceau rond et comportant un bandeau arrière (1k) caractérisé en ce que ledit bandeau (1k) est incliné vers l'intérieur du bac (1) et présente une bordure supérieure arrière légèrement en retrait par rapport au plan de la face d'appui de la partie fixe centrale du support magnétique (2g) de sorte à éviter tout écoulement du produit à appliquer entre ladite face d'appui et la paroi extérieure de la boíte et à protéger le support magnétique (2) de produits corrosifs éventuels.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11) caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de la face avant (1a) du bac est arrondie,et munie sur toute sa longueur d'une bordure supérieure (1i,1j) en saillie vers l'intérieur du bac pour former égouttoir et pourvue dans sa partie médiane d'une zone concave (1i) destinée au maintien en position de l'embase du manche d'un pinceau rond.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12) caractérisé en ce que le bac comporte en outre intérieurement à sa face avant (1a) et symétriquement à l'axe de la concavité de la bordure (1i) deux nervures verticales (1h) allant en se rapprochant vers le fond (1d) destinées au renfort du bac et à l'égouttage des pinceaux.
