Claims (12)
- Schienenfahrzeug mit einem vorgefertigten und mit einem Untergestell verbundenen Wagenkastenmodul und einem vorgefertigten Kopfmodul aus einem Faserverbundwerkstoff, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß:ein zum Kopfmodul (12) weisender Fügebereich des Untergestells (3) mit höhentoleranzausgleichenden Mitteln (5) ausgestattet ist,ein zum Kopfmodul (12) weisender Fügebereich des Wagenkastenmoduls (2) zumindest im Bereich von Wagenkastenseitenwänden (9) als Fügekante mit längs- und quertoleranzausgleichenden Mitteln (7 8) ausgestattet ist,der Kopfmodul (12) zum Wagenkastenmodul (2) und zum Untergestell (3) weisende Fügekanten der Kopfmodulstirn- und Kopfmodulseitenwände (13, 14) mit in den Faserverbundwerkstoff integrierten Verstärkungsprofilen (18, 19) aufweist,die Kopfmodulstirn- und Kopfmodulseitenwände (13, 14) mit dem Untergestell (3) mittels Vorspannkraft aufbauender und sich an den Verstärkungsprofilen (18) abstützender Befestigungsmittel (20) schubsteif verbunden sind und daßzumindest die Kopfmodulseitenwände (14) mittels Vorspannkraft aufbauender und sich an den Verstärkungsprofilen (19) abstützender Befestigungsmittel (21) mit zumindest den Wagenkastenseitenwänden (9) schubsteif verbunden sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß im Fügebereich von Kopfmodul (12) und Wagenkastenmodul (2) eine schubsteife Verbindung nur zwischen Wagenkastenseitenwand (9) und Kopfmodulseitenwand (14) hergestellt ist und die Fügekanten des Wagenkastendachs (10) und des Kopfmoduldachs (22) für eine Klebeverbindung ausgebildet und miteinander mittels einer elastischen Klebeverbindung (11) gefügt sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Faserverbundwerkstoff des Kopfmoduls (12) ein Sandwich-Laminat zumindest aus einem Kernwerkstoff (Kern 15) und zumindest beidseitig aufgebrachten Faserverbundwerkstoffen (Schichtstrukturen 16 und 17) mit gerichteten Faserstrukturen ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Verstärkungsprofile (18, 19) in den Faserverbundwerkstoff des Kopfmoduls (12) einlaminiert und von den beidseitig aufgebrachten Schichtstrukturen (16 und 17) umschlossen sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Verstärkungsprofile (18, 19) aus einem Leichtmetall bestehen.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das höhentoleranzausgleichende Mittel (5) ein vom Untergestell (3) mechanisch abarbeitbares Werkstoffaufmaß ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der die Fügestege (7 und 8) aufweisende Teil des Wagenkastenmoduls (2) ein Wagenkastenendprofil (6) ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Wagenkastenendprofil (6) ein der Außenkontur des Schienenfahrzeugs (1) angepaßtes Hohlkammerprofil ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß das Wagenkastenendprofil (6) ein Hohlkammer-Leichtmetallstrangpreßprofil ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der vom Kopfmodul (12) wegweisende Teil des Wagenkastenendprofils (6) für die Verbindung mit längs- und quertoleranzausgleichenden Mitteln (Seitenwandendprofil 23 und Seitenwandendprofil 24) ausgebildet ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß mindestens ein Fügesteg (8) als getrenntes Teil am Wagenkastenmodul (2) anbringbar ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der zweite Fügesteg mittels Montagehilfen (25) in Fügeposition gebracht und gehalten wird.
