Claims (17)
- Procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend:au moins une étape de scannérisation de l'oeuvre (1),une étape de traitement des données obtenues par la scannérisation de l'oeuvre (1),une étape de compression des données,une étape de stockage des données dans la mémoire d'un module à puce semi-conductrice sans contact (2),une étape de fixation du module à puce sans contact (2) sur l'oeuvre (1).
- Procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de fixation du module à puce sans contact (2) sur l'oeuvre (1) consiste en l'insertion du module à puce sans contact (2) dans le cadre (3) entourant l'oeuvre (1).
- Procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon les revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éclairage (44, 144) peut émettre des ondes visibles et des ondes invisibles.
- Procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éclairage (44, 144) peut émettre des rayonnements X.
- Procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le module (2) comprend un support (202) de matériau déterminé comportant un premier logement (221) destiné à recevoir la puce (201) sans contact, de sorte que, lorsque le module (2) est fixé sur l'oeuvre, la puce (201) est recouverte par le support (202).
- Procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le support (202) comprend un deuxième logement (222) destiné à recevoir un cachet de cire (203) authentifiant le module (2).
- Procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les données extraites de l'oeuvre (1) par scannérisation se composent de différentes classes de données, les classes pouvant se composer d'une classe contenant une matrice définissant la couleur de tous les pixels formant l'oeuvre, d'une classe contenant des informations sur la taille de l'oeuvre, d'une classe contenant des informations sur la vitesse de déplacement du pinceau, la signature et la gestuelle de l'artiste.
- Procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un facteur multiplicatif est associé à chaque classe de données, les classes comprenant des informations sur la couleur et la taille de l'oeuvre étant affectées d'un facteur multiplicatif inférieur au facteur multiplicatif associé aux autres classes.
- Dispositif spécialement conçu pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un ensemble optique (44, 45, 144, 145), un plateau support de tableau (31), un moyen de déplacement de l'ensemble optique selon deux directions perpendiculaires dans un plan parallèle à celui de l'oeuvre, l'ensemble optique (44, 144, 45, 145) étant installé sur une poutre (40, 140) en forme de U ou de L, la poutre (40, 140) et/ou l'oeuvre étant animées d'un mouvement relatif, de façon à ce que l'ensemble optique (44, 144, 45, 145) balaie toute la surface de l'oeuvre, le mouvement étant commandé par l'ordinateur de bord et actionné par un moteur.
- Dispositif spécialement conçu pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la position angulaire de l'ensemble optique (44, 144, 45, 145) est réglable, l'ensemble optique comportant un dispositif d'éclairage (44, 144) et un scanner (45, 145) reliés à un ordinateur de bord.
- Dispositif spécialement conçu pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'oeuvre est fixée sur un plateau de support (31), le plateau de support (31) coulissant dans une première paire de glissières (23, 24), la première paire de glissières (23, 24) coulissant dans une seconde paire de glissières (21, 22) de manière à ce que, par déplacement relatif des paires de glissières les unes par rapport aux autres, l'ensemble optique (44, 45) monté fixe sur la poutre (40) puisse balayer toute la surface de l'oeuvre.
- Dispositif spécialement conçu pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble optique (144, 145) coulisse dans une première glissière (123) de la poutre (140) parallèlement au plateau de support (131), la poutre (140) coulissant dans au moins une seconde glissière (112, 121) d'une embase (130), de manière à ce que l'ensemble optique (144, 145) balaie toute la surface de l'oeuvre.
- Dispositif spécialement conçu pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon les revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le scanner (45, 145) est formé d'une caméra linéaire couleur haute résolution.
- Dispositif spécialement conçu pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon les revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éclairage (44, 144) peut émettre des ondes visibles et des ondes invisibles.
- Dispositif spécialement conçu pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé d'authentification d'oeuvres selon les revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éclairage (44, 144) peut émettre des rayonnements X.
- Module à puce sans contact utilisé dans le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient dans sa mémoire, en plus d'une information concemant la couleur des pixels formant l'oeuvre, au moins l'une des informations suivantes concernant la taille de l'oeuvre, la vitesse de déplacement du pinceau, la signature et la gestuelle de l'artiste, le module à puce sans contact (2) étant fixé à l'oeuvre (1).
- Module à puce utilisé dans le procédé sans contact selon la revendication 1 ou 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un support (202) comportant un premier logement (221) destiné à recevoir la puce (201) sans contact, de sorte que, lorsque le module (2) est fixé sur l'oeuvre, la puce (201) soit recouverte par le support (202), le matériau constituant le support étant une résine polymérisable assurant la liaison de la puce (201) avec le tableau.
