A treatment of goods by means of heated gases takes place in different industrial processing, e.g. when drying wet or solvent-based products in drying plants, during curing of coatings or moldings in ovens or in the storage of cold-sensitive goods in Warehouses. The exemplified heated rooms must to achieve a uniform temperature distribution targeted and even with the heated Gas to be flowed through. This is usually done accordingly sized blowers. Preferably, for economic reasons, the air in Circulation method moved by circulating air fans, which from the room air, recirculation called, sucked off and elsewhere - after a warming and if necessary, clean - refill. The usually required high Air quantities require the use of powerful fans, so that the Purposes of saving power, the pressure losses in the recirculation system constructive must be minimized. This is done by the flow cross sections for the Circulation air flows chosen as large as possible and distributing units such as air baffles, Chokes etc. are avoided.
To achieve or maintain the desired circulating air temperatures Required amounts of energy are usually supplied by heat sources that spatially do not detect the entire circulating air flow. With radiators one would indeed the possibility of adjusting the radiator surface the Umluftquerschnitt, this is possible but only as long as it does not increase the pressure losses too much. In which is frequently encountered use of gas burners or hot air blowing the energy input, however, virtually point-like. This leads to education of hot air strands, which are very difficult and only at the expense of Pressure losses are eliminated by appropriate distribution devices can. The punctiform energy input also brings with it that the Temperature at the place of energy supply is very high, with gas burners typically around 2000 to 3000 ° C (flame temperature). This usually leads to pronounced thermal effects: The hot air rises in the relatively cool circulating air flow Speeds up, the z.T. in the order of the circulating air speed lie. Especially with vertically extended systems it comes thereby easily reaching upper temperature levels, i. under the Ceiling of the drying plant.
An improvement in the energy distribution can be achieved here by fans be that mix the airflow, passing it through a relatively small Promote cross-section and mix by deflecting the impeller. This has however the disadvantage that measures are taken on the pressure side of the fan need to equalize the velocity distribution of the circulating air. In addition, the use of such mixing fans from the above Reasons relatively energy-intensive. On the other hand, if circulating air fans are used, the work large area and thus have little mixing effect, so you save the Cost of the speed distribution, but requires measures for Temperature distribution.
The above general remarks are made below to the specific and economic meaningful example of the drying of textile webs closer explained.
From the prospectus of H. Krantz Textiltechnik GmbH "K M 16" 4/94 is a dryer for drying textile webs in several floors with a transport device for the web, with two fields, each with two superimposed Chambers and two recirculation devices per chamber with a recirculation fan, a pressure chamber, which extends over several floors, from the pressure chamber outgoing nozzle boxes, which in each floor above and below the Web are arranged side by side, a suction and a in the Intake chamber projecting gas heating with a surface burner known. By the Burning out of such a surface burner burner gas is a relatively uniform mixture of the burner gas with the circulating air over the entire height of the chambers achieved.
When using a, for example, centrally located, point-shaped oil burner due to the thermals the hot burner gas collects, whose temperature is about 2000 ° C, in the upper part of the suction chamber. This leads, in particular at the use of one over the entire height of the chamber or the two Chambers extending cross-flow fan, to that in the upper floors much hotter drying air is supplied as in the lower floors. These There is also danger when using an axial fan. For centrifugal fans can the extreme temperature differences between circulating air and burner gas too cause a fluctuating temperature of the drying air.
When using punctiform oil burners, it is already known in the flame chamber of the burner, a hot burner gas leading flame tube with manifolds to arrange. The distribution pipes are arranged at the end of the flame tube and have openings for the outflow of the burner gas over their length. Flame pipe and manifolds can reduce the accumulation of hot burner gas Do not completely prevent the upper area of the suction space.
The object of the invention is to provide a method for treating goods by means of a
heated gas according to the preamble of
The object is achieved by the characterizing features of
Mischeinrichtung erfolgen.According to
In the method according to the invention therefore not the pure heated gas supplied to the cooler gas, but a homogeneous mixture as possible heated gas and admixed gas. Since the admixing gas consists of heated gas, it has a lower temperature than the heated gas. The mixture of heated Gas and Zumischgas is therefore correspondingly cooler than the pure heated gas. As a result, the above with respect to the prior art described Disadvantages of the punctiform supply to the cooler gas avoided. It kick so no hot air strands or thermal effects on and the temperature distribution is homogeneous. While in the prior art in the merger of heated gas and cooler gas a heterogeneous mixture - instead of one Homogeneous mixture - forms, arises in the merger of Mixture of heated gas and Zumischgas with cooler gas a homogeneous Gas mixture with a correspondingly homogeneous temperature distribution.
This advantageous effect arises, as mentioned, because the Zumischgas is cooler than the heated gas, it lowers its temperature and thus the effects through extreme temperature differences are avoided. The beneficial effect arises Also, because the volume of gas to be introduced into the cooler gas of the Mixture is greater than the amount of heated gas. This effect occurs regardless of the source of the admixed gas.
The removal of the admixing gas from behind the blower heated gas also has the advantages that, firstly, no separate gas must be provided and secondly, the pressure of - already existing - Blower for the return of the admixed gas and its mixture with the heated gas is exploited. As a result, the existing systems and Method to be changed for the conversion to inventive method minimized.
According to claim 2, the mixture of heated gas and Zumischgas after the point-shaped inlet distributed in the vertical direction. Such a distribution is for the heated gas known in the art and advantageous when a in Vertical direction extending gas stream is needed for the treatment of goods. Characterized in that according to the invention a less hot mixture of heated gas and Zumischgas and in addition a larger volume is present, occur in the vertical distribution barely disturbing thermal effects on and the result of Distribution is significantly more homogeneous.
According to
The heated gas is preferably hot air or the burner gas according to claim 4 a gas or oil burner. Such gases are due to their advantageous Properties commonly used as heat sources in the art and are characterized by a naturally relatively high temperature. The from this high temperature resulting problems are caused by the inventive method effectively avoided.
wherein in at least one stage heated gas is supplied as drying air through a serving as a fan recirculation fan via a pressure chamber and connected to the pressure chamber, located on each floor above and possibly below the goods nozzle boxes the estate, and wherein circulating air as a cooler gas in a Suction chamber combined with heated gas and fed as drying air through the recirculation fan, the pressure chamber and the nozzle boxes the goods again. This known method according to the invention is characterized in that a portion of the drying air is returned as admixing gas from the pressure chamber into the suction chamber, mixed with the heated gas and this mixture is then supplied to the circulating air. The drying air of higher temperature than that of the recirculating air, which is returned under pressure, when mixed with the heated gas (eg a hot burner gas) leads to a mixture of homogeneous temperature. The mixture of heated gas and recirculated drying air has a larger volume and a lower temperature than the heated gas and is easier to mix with the circulating air to a drying air of homogeneous temperature. In particular, a drying air, the temperature of which remains the same over the height of the suction chamber. A temperature gradient due to rising due to the thermal heated gas is avoided. The goods transported in floors through the dryer are dried evenly.
According to
A recirculated according to
The invention also relates to a device for treating goods by means of a
heated gas according to the preamble of
The device according to the invention is characterized in that the Warming room also a mixing device, which in the field of point-shaped inlet of the heated gas is arranged, as well as a Mischgaszuleitung, which from the pressure side of the blower to the Mixing device leads, contains. The arrangement of the mixing device can directly at or before the point-shaped inlet, wherein the point-like inlet as such is essentially preserved, but it can also directly after the punctiform inlet. About the mixing device can the heated gas a cooler Zumischgas be admixed. This leads to a reduction in the Temperature and an increase in the volume and the subsequent Mixing with the cooler gas in the warming room finds significant more even.
The admixing gas can be via the mixed gas supply line from the pressure side of the Blowers are tapped. This has the advantage that the blower pressure is exploited, so no further structural measures or facilities are necessary to give the Zumischgas the required pressure. moreover no extra gas must be provided for the admixture, as a Any existing gas is taken anyway.
According to
According to
