Claims (21)
- Wickelmaschine (1,1') zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (5), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, unter Ausbildung einer Wickelrolle auf einen Tambour, mit einer Tragtrommel (3;3'), die mit der Wickelrolle einen Wickelspalt bildet, und mit mindestens einer die Materialbahn (5) in einem Trennbereich trennenden Trenneinrichtung (23;23';23''; 23a'), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung (23;23';23'';23a') vor dem Trennvorgang -in vertikaler Richtung gesehen- von oben an den Trennbereich herangeführt wird, der in einem geringen Abstand zum Außenumfang des neuen Tambours und/oder -in Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (5) gesehen- zum Wickelspalt zwischen der Tragtrommel (3;3') und dem neuen Tambour liegt.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Materialbahnschleife (43) gebildet wird, in deren Bereich die Trenneinrichtung (23;23';23'';23a') die Materialbahn (5) trennt.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Aufführen des freien Endes der Materialbahn (5) auf einen leeren Tambour (11) eine Blasvorrichtung (37;(Blasrohr (47)) und/oder mindestens eine die Oberfläche des leeren Tambours (11) mit einem flüssigen oder gasförmigen Medium beaufschlagbare Düse (Blasrohr (36)) vorgesehen ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine der Trenneinrichtung (23;23';23'';23a') -in Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (5) gesehen- nachgeordneten, zu Führung des freien Endes der Materialbahn (5) dienenden Leiteinrichtung (57).
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiteinrichtung (57) von mindestens einem sich vorzugsweise über die gesamte Breite der Materialbahn (5) erstreckenden Leitblech (59), einem Textilvorhang und/oder einer Kunststoffolie gebildet ist und/oder eine Blasvorrichtung (121) umfaßt.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leitblech (59) einen kurvenförmigen Verlauf aufweist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung (23;23';23'';23a') mindestens ein Bahntrennelement (29;29';29'') umfaßt, das von einer Wasserstrahleinrichtung, einem Messer (55), einer Nadel, einer Lasereinrichtung oder einer am Außenumfang Zähne (65) aufweisenden Walze (63) gebildet ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in Trennposition angeordnete Bahntrennelement (29;29'; 29''), insbesondere Messer (55), entgegen der Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (5) um einen Winkel α geneigt ist, der in einen Bereich von 0° bis 120° liegt.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung (23;23';23'';23a';23b') und/oder das Bahntrennelement (29;29';29'') in Richtung der Materialbahn (5) verlagerbar ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bahntrennelement (29;29';29'') um eine erste Achse drehbar und/oder um eine zweite Achse (27) schwenkbar ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Bahntrennelement (29;29';29'') eine Betätigungseinrichtung (31) zugeordnet ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung (23;23';23'';23a') entlang einer sich zumindest im wesentlichen quer über die Breite der Materialbahn (5) erstreckenden Traverse (21) verfahrbar ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung mindestens zwei Bahntrennelemente (29;29';29'') umfaßt, die im wesentlichen gegenläufig verfahrbar sind.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung, die Leiteinrichtung und/oder die Düse (Blasrohr (36)) an einer Transfervorrichtung (18,18') für den neuen Tambour angeordnet sind/ist, mit deren Hilfe der leere Tambour von einer Warteposition nach unten in Richtung einer Anwickelposition verlagerbar ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mindestens ein Bahntrennelement (29;29';29'') umfassende zweite Trenneinrichtung (23b') vorgesehen ist, die -in Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (5) gesehen- der anderen, ersten Trenneinrichtung (23;23';23'';23a') vorgeordnet ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Trennvorgang zunächst die zweite Trenneinrichtung die Materialbahn trennt und daß anschließend die erste Trenneinrichtung einen sich quer über die Breite der Materialbahn erstreckenden Streifen vom freien, auf den neuen Tambour aufzuwickelnden Ende der Materialbahn (5) abtrennt.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine an den Umfang der Wickelrolle (9) andrückbare Andrückwalze (19).
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andrückwalze (19) verfahrbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, auf einen Tambour zu einer Wickelrolle, mit folgenden Schritten:Einfahren eines leeren Tambours von oben in einen Trennbereich und Ausbildung eines Wickelspalts zwischen dem neuen Tambour und einer Tragtrommel, über deren Umfang die Materialbahn bereichsweise geführt wird,Ausbildung einer Materialbahnschleife und/oder einer Restfahne,Trennen der am Außenumfang des neuen Tambours bereichsweise anliegenden Materialbahn in einem geringen Abstand zum neuen Tambour und/oder -in Laufrichtung der Materialbahn gesehen- zum Wickelspalt zwischen der Tragtrommel und dem neuen Tambour,Aufwickeln des freien Endes der Materialbahn auf den leeren Tambour.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Tambourwechsel die Materialbahn -vorzugsweise nacheinander- an zwei Stellen quer über die Breite getrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Vorbereitung eines Tambourwechsels ein Zwischenraum zwischen der Tragtrommel und der fast fertigen Wickelrolle gebildet wird, in der die Materialbahn in einem freien Zug geführt wird.
